Ashley and Ethan were super helpful and friendly!! Service times were quick and the dining area was very clean and welcoming. Food was delicious, as always! Probably my best experience at this location so far! Thanks, Chick-fil-A!

This is my first time trying this location, it is only half a mile from my house but I usually just stop on my way home from work at the Mallory Lane location. The drive thru line was very short and we promptly pulled up to order. Due to what is going on right now they had it listed that they would have a limited menu. I had only come to pick up some milkshakes for dessert, so I was worried that they would not have the ice cream machine on. Thankfully this is Chick-fil-A and not McDonald's and I was reassured I could get my chocolate milkshake. Service was very quick and the staff was pleasant the chocolate shake was delicious and was topped with a cherry and whipped cream. I will be coming back to get an a chicken sandwich with extra pickle meal with ranch soon.

I needed coffee in the worst way, so my wife and I stopped at a brand new place, Chick-fil-A, for breakfast. It may have been chilly outside, but, inside, it was WOW!! The decor was cherry & bright and the folks behind the counter were helpful and welcoming. Why, for those who brought kids, there was even a playroom. My breakfast was a cup of their hot, steaming coffee and a chicken, egg ad cheese bagel. My wife started off the day with the hash brown scramble bowl. We then took our seats and our food was quickly delivered to our table. Surprisingly, my eggs were nice and warm- just right, in fact. The eggs and cheese really played well together. My wife said that the size of her scramble bowl was perfect. Now to rate this Chick-fil-A. The store was bright and the staff was welcoming. The coffee was excellent and both of our meals were scrumptious. Still, food served in paper doesn't deserve five stars. Four stars for Chick-fil-A.

I don't really want to know what this is in my salad....but it looks like a FEATHER. I will NEVER be back to this location again. Two bad experiences in a row and im 100% Over. It.

This Chick-fil-a is the slowest in Williamson county. It is frustrating that it takes so long.

I recently tried the fried strips and mac & cheese and really enjoyed both. Everything was packaged well and still hot when we got home about 10 minutes later. The dining area was noticeably dirty, with multiple tables covered in visible crumbs, food, and trash, even though it wasn't busy. It made the whole experience feel uncomfortable and honestly pretty off-putting while trying to eat. This hasn't been the cleanest location on past visits but because we've been in hospitality we've tried to give some grace and have come back again, but it was especially noticeable this time. Food was mixed - the tenders were fine, but the nachos were much lighter on toppings than usual and the jalapeños, onion, and lettuce were very roughly chopped to the point I ended up picking a lot of it out. I also found a bone in my chicken, which was concerning because it was a good size. Hoping this was just an off day, but the cleanliness is something that really needs attention. For now, we might be changing up locations if we're craving Waldo's chicken.

This is another one of the meat + 3 places that show up on all the places to try when in the area. My wife had the mild chicken tenders with black eyed peas and mac & cheese. She loved her food and the black eyed peas preparation (traditional with pepper vinegar). I had the fried chicken and dressing with gravy and the green beans. I loved the fried chicken. Done right. I didn't like the dressing as it was bland and mushy. Not flavorful at all. The green beans were decent. Our counter server was surly and didn't seem happy to be there so they lose a star for that. I really wanted to like this place but they can do better.

This spot was busy, even around 11am on a weekday! The staff was hustling to get through the line and we didn't wait long to order. The employees here were friendly and welcoming. We chose to take our food home, but there are tables if you prefer to dine in. Normally, I'd be a little worried about food safety with a cafeteria line. This spot is so busy and fresh food was constantly being put out on the line. It didn't look like any of the food was sitting for long. The meats and sides rotate by the day. The offerings by day are listed on their website. Plates can be ordered as meat only or meat plus one, two, or three sides. Veggies plates are an option. They even have a family meal option. Cobblers and pies are available for dessert. I would rate the food quality and taste at 3/5. The portions are generous for the price which is why I bumped to a 4/5. It's decent enough for a large, cheap meal. The Fried Chicken was good. It's not the best I've had, but good if you want something quick. The Chicken and Dumplings was good, a little on the soupier side. The sides were my favorite part. The Carrot Soufflé was my favorite with a sugary topping. The Squash Casserole had a nice taste. The Mashed Potatoes were creamy and buttery. The Green Beans had a nice texture and taste. Nothing here is going to be heavily seasoned, just simple flavors. The Pecan Pie was really good. I liked the crust and the flavor of the filling. The Banana Pudding was good, but not the best we've had. This is one of the few spots you'll still be able to get inexpensive takeout. A basic meal without breaking the bank!

My quarter rotisserie dark chicken was small but enough. The collard greens were the best I've ever had as were the fries! The cole slaw was delicious if you like the sweet kind. My husband's quarter fried chicken (white) was huge. I love everything fried is done so in beef tallow. Yum! The decor is rock n roll with personalized wallpaper of beer brands renamed to honor the chicken (see photo). The service was great. He took our order and answered our questions. The nice lady refilled our tea and off we went. Overall a fun and satiating experience!
