Chik-Fil-A was the destination for a recent lunch while on vacation. The LOs and grilled chicken nuggets with fruit cups and milk. M and I had the Southwest Chicken Salad. It is my absolute favorite, and it is SO MUCH BETTER in the South than it is in California. Chopped romaine and spinach are topped with grape tomatoes, thinly sliced chicken, seasoned pepitas and tortilla strips, scallions, shredded carrots, black beans and corn. So this morning I had a Chick-fil-A asst. manger call me an asshole. This morning I stopped to get breakfast and I eat at Chick-fil-A pretty regularly. So I know how to order my food. I got a large sweet tea also a spicy chicken biscuit with egg and American cheese. I made sure the person taking my order heard me say American cheese I repeated three times. She dismissed me saying OK ,I've got it,yep any thing else I said no then thank you. Drove around to the window. Got my tea and they pulled me forward. They bring me the biscuit and it was Wrong I took it back and said this is wrong I asked for American cheese. Well this is where it gets Aggravating the next 3 Biscuits they brought me were wrong one wasn't even a biscuit it was An English muffin with pepper jack cheese egg and chicken. The person that brought it to me was a warning she proceeds to tell me next time you order it automatically comes with pepper jack cheese like hardly phone and say what I told her at the menu where are you order three times that I wanted American cheese and she just dismissed me and she got an attitude and walked off mumbling. The fourth biscuit was right as she proceeds to tell me I'm an asshole and walks inside i'm paying for something and I wanted to be right. I love all Chick-Fil-As and this location is no exception. Service was wonderful and so was the cleanliness! All the tables were super clean, and although they had the blinds up (on a sunny day), one of the employees offered to close the blinds of the booth I was sitting at to prevent any glare emitting from my laptop screen. Of course the food is great, but..... ....The director here, Jennifer Partin, is very rude and abrasive. I have never been so upset leaving a Chick-fil-A as I was today after interacting with her. I currently work as a student teacher at a local high school. I promised my students Chick-fil-A biscuits as a reward for good behavior. Yesterday, I visited Chick-fil-A at Kedron Village to get gift cards for the students. They were very warm and welcoming at this location. They gave me gift cards, no problem! I was charged $2.34 for each "CFA Biscuit." However, I realized that I did buy enough cards. Today, I went to buy the remaining 8; I stopped by a different Chick-fil-A because it was more convenient on my route. I explained why I needed the cards, but Jennifer Partin was very rude & abrasive towards me. She told me that I had to put a minimum of $5 on each card. Instead of speaking to me directly, she multitasked & kept working as we spoke, implying that she was too busy to take a moment & speak to me as a customer. I am working a Master's in teaching; $40 is a lot of money & way more than I budgeted to spend. I went ahead & bought the cards because I could tell they were quite busy. I did not want to hold up the line. After I dropped the cards off to the school, I realized I was still so unnerved by interaction with Jennifer Partin, that I actually drove back to Fairburn to get her name so I could complain about the experience. I run my own small business &I would never dismiss a customer like this. Even after I called her aside to voice how I was feeling & showed her my receipt from the Peachtree City location; she offered me nothing except, "I'm sorry." I can't believe how different my experience at Kedron Village (which I give 5 start) versus the one in Fariburn. They are not personable here, no community feeling. Just right off the highway with too many customers flowing in and out to care about the individual customer. read more

EXCELLENT service!!! Just got done eating here and the food was delicious. No, this isn't my first rodeo, but this was definitely my best experience with the Chick Fil A at this location. Even though they were still serving breakfast, they let us purchase the chicken cobb salad and the lady in front of us a meal from the lunch menu. We then asked for a cup of water for our doggy and she brought out a soup bowl and filled it up with water for him! How sweet and thoughtful :-D We went outside to wait for our food and a very friendly manager brought the food out to us with napkins, utensils, etc. But wait, there's more...the employees that were walking around cleaning up the area they asked us if there's is anything they can do for us and to enjoy our meal. Next time I'm in the area I will most DEFINITELY be returning to this location. Oh, and the bathrooms were very clean too! read more

This was one of the most disappointing trips to Chick-fil-A I have ever had. Poorly coordinated drive through. Confusion at the window as to who's order is going to be given out. No straws for the 6 drinks ordered. The straws were already inserted in our drinks when they were walked out to us because our order was not ready at the window. Asked for a couple different kinds of condiments and received 2 packets of something we did not even ask for. I'm sure the people behind us are disappointed also since we received half of there order so there's that also. Just expect a higher standard from a chick fil a no matter where I'm at. read more

This CFA is fast, accurate, and polite. They always have plenty of staff working, so you never have to wait long for your meal. When it is ready, it is always hot and accurate. The staff are my favorite part though. They are always so kind and accommodating. If I ever ask for anything, they are very quick to accommodate. Love this place! read more

I used their app to order breakfast and a salad for lunch since I can't leave out for lunch. Well what a waste of time. I placed my order in advance so they had time to make the salad (if it's about customer service). Then I had to walk back to my car to retrieve my card for them to refund me my money for the salad. It was a big inconvenience, a waste of time and I'm still without a lunch. This has got to be the only Chick Fil A who doesn't make salads on MONDAYS. It's called planning and preparation. Get in early like all the the CFAs and make fresh salads every day of the week that you're open. read more

This is the best "CFA" they always go above and beyond. I have always had a good experience at this location, there is only one time that I had someone be slightly rude-ish to me in drive thru. Other than that they are amazing. There was one day when they first opened that my mom took us there after school, and she had forgot her debit card in drive thru but didn't find out until we were at the widow. They let us keep the food and said my mom could come back to pay later, which she really didn't wait she had dropped us off at home and went back after finding her card. They are alway generous with the sauces. They are just the best ever!!!! I have eaten here at least four times this week. The food is always yummy. The staff is friendly and the owner is usually always there. The managers are nice and always welcome everyone. They walk around checking on people to make sure they are okay and asking if they can get us anything like more sauce or a refill. Their bathrooms are always clean, which I love. The parking lot is usually clean which is nice compared to the McDonalds parking lot. read more

Our family went through the drive thru this last Saturday 6/4 for breakfast. We were in a hurry for a lacrosse game and the line was extremely long. After we received our food and made it to the fields my husband and I quickly discovered that we had not received out change back from our purchase. We would not have worried too much about it however we paid with a $50 and was suppose to get back $37. We contacted the store immediately. They counted both drawers and even found the $50 that we paid with. Unfortunately, they could not recover our change because both drawers balanced. We accept responsibility that it was our fault for not realizing that we were not given our money. But the gentlemen that we spoke with did not seem concerned that the money was missing, especially with regards to the any employees working the drawer. Not one I'm sorry or even a let me see what I can do. I've written to the headquarters because I think that they should know how our situation was handled. We love our Chick-fil-A in Acworth and know that they would have taken care of us. read more
