I absolutely love this location and the play area! It's right outside our neighborhood so it's very convenient. Today was unpleasant. I ordered through the app and requested table service (we were in the play area) and instead of bringing me my food, one of the female employees yells out to me "yoooo you order a happy meal?" I said "yes" she goes "it's at the counter" and I replied "I thought I ordered for table service" she says "no you didn't". Maybe she's racist toward white ppl, who knows. Food did not hit at all! I started to bite into the Quarter Pounder, but I took a piece. That's when I discovered the burger was not thoroughly cooked. It was bright pink. The burger looked dry with a smidge of ketchup and mustard, but lots of BIG onions!!!! The fries were hard. They replaced the Quarter Pounder and fries. I was so disappointed because the replacement burger was NOT much of an improvement. It was dry as well w/BIG onions. THIS WAS BY FAR THE WORSE QUARTER POUNDER I have ever received. SERVICE: I would rate the service as a "C" because the cashier was pleasant and so was the employee that corrected my order. They asked for the poorly prepared order back. So now it's time to update the status As you see I reviewed 8 days ago. Well since then nothing has really happened. After 5 days I wrote McDonalds that I hadn't heard anything. If you want to wait for 20+ minutes or be insulted by staff this is the perfect place for you. Today, I went to the drive through and requested a large number 5. I was given a medium drink and when I told the staff I could pay for the upgrade she closed the window and walked away. I waited there and she came back asking what I was waiting for. I said I'm looking for my receipt to see what I paid for, and she raised her voice at me stating we have other people to get their food get out the drive way. She started yelling through the window making it a hostile encounter. I responded shut the fxck up, and calm down. She was overly aggressive and had extremely poor customer service. My response wasn't appropriate either but after a 13 hour shift with no lunch and two codes, all I'm asking for is a large Coke with light ice and my meal. Hope you're not trying to get any food in under 20 mins here. They shutdown the dining room but kept the option of picking up your food inside available. This was the worst fast food experience I have had. I was in a hurry and stopped in for a fish sandwich meal with a lemonade and with no salt on the fries. My sandwich was made as desired, grateful for that. No tarter sauce and fresh. However, everything else that followed appeared to be impossible to accommodate. They didn't have lemonade, so I requested fruit punch and they didn't have that either (in the back or in the lobby) When I made them aware of it they offered me soda, I don't drink soda. As a result, I was offered a shake. I accepted, but was told I would have to pay the up charge. I declined and got a cup of ice water instead. When I got my upsize fries they were half full and filled with grease. I asked if they could please get me another container and fill my fries so I could get what I paid for, my request was greeted with an attitude and a sharp, "You the one who did not want salt." I ignored the comment and apologized for any inconvenience and maintained a smile. When she got the fry container back, she said I guess you are getting salt today... It is McDonalds they have the full gambit of the menu and typical McDs automation. This location has an indoor playground that while not full of interactive materials does have a suspended tube system and two slides. Service much like most drive thru establishments varies by day or hour from being friendly, quick to dullard and sloth like. The majority of the Tim though it is speedy if not personable at the very least. We come here in occasion to visit the playground when the weather is rotten and an outdoor park is just not an option. I've seen worse locations by far so this one gets an average rating just being pretty quick and maintaining a high public health score. read more

Ive been visiting this location for over three years now and never have I been met with such a high level of disrespect. I specifically asked for my nuggets and fries to be fresh. Upon receiving my fries they were not fresh. I requested that they be changed for fresh ones. The ones that were given to me the second time still were not hot. The young lady shouted Im just going to give her a refund in a very unpleasant manner. I didnt request a refund. I simply wanted hot fries. She provided me with a partial refund I then requested a full refund She informed me I could speak with her manager but then refused to give me her managers name. So how exactly were we supposed to resolve this issue ? There are two sets of individuals that work at This Particular store. You have the Hispanic staff that are always pleasant , friendly and get the order right every time without any issue. Then you have the staff that consist of the young lady I encountered today who lack customer service Skills , basic respect for others and a true understanding of what it means to be in the service industry. in the future I would hope there would be more training on how to provide exceptional customer service. read more

I would give it zero stars if it was an option. I stopped in with my child to get a kids meal. I let him play for a few minutes in the play area. Once washing our hands we went to order his food. We received the happy meal and when I opened it, it was dried up sauce inside the nugget box. I took it to the counter and ask the worker to look and ask why would they give this used box to a child. She proceeded to getting another one but I kindly asked for my money back. As I walked away I heard someone called me a bitch. I'm not sure why I was called that when I was very professional and kind about the situation. I turned around and asked what did you say and the guy in the back laughed. I got my money back and left. I called the corporate office but no one has called me back. They forgot to charge me for an item I requested it at the second window to which the employee got rude and decided to run her mouth while we were waiting for the food. Stated that we needed to come in to get the item that she can't take money at that window which was all well and fine until we went inside and the manager proceeded to be rude when we told her we would file a complaint her response was "I don't care" . Easily one of the worst fast food experiences ever. I arrived at 10:48 PM, they took my order at 10:57 PM, and I did not leave the drive-thru until 11:22 PM. Also, they got my order wrong (shocker), over charged me, and lied about putting the receipt in the bag. They were rude from beginning to end, let me sit there with nobody coming to the window, as well as my food because I could see the bag on the counter for 15 minutes.
