Stood in for a quick order of a sub. No line, no waiting. The staff inside were friendly and I got my sub with no issues. This restaurant is located in a strip mall with lots of parking. read more

Jersey Mikes sandwiches are good. This particular location one of the worst! Their customer service is just flat out horrible. I live near two location yet this one is the closest. On my first visit - the person made my sandwich so salty I couldn't even eat it and had discarded. My second visit here - I was literally stopped at the door, I mean the store had a full working staff yet not too much movement was occurring. When I looked at the customers, one lady was outside and looked to be frustrated, I immediately understood why. As I walked in another guest said, "you'll be waiting... I've been here 20 mins." When I observed the staff, again they were all standing around and one person was working and he sweating entirely too much. He also seemed to have an attitude. On my first observation I left out, to double chk my decision to eat here but came back b/c I was hungry. Upon my return into the store I saw an open piece of meat just sitting (naked) in the meat area on top of the other packaged meat! I LEFT to visit to the Fayetteville location. read more

If I could give zero stars I would! This makes about the third time that the sandwiches that I order are thrown together. I tried to take advantage of the free delivery this weekend, but I wish that I didn't. I ordered a turkey sandwich and two tuna sandwiches. I always ask for no salt on the tuna sandwiches because I don't feel that it is needed. Not only did they add the salt, it's all that you could taste and they did not follow the directions given. The sandwich was soaked in mayonnaise and mustard which came through the paper and paper it's wrapped in. It was leaking everywhere. The amount of tuna that they put on one was so little that we had to pick through the lettuce and tomato just to see it. I feel that the people at this store (Fairburn) does not follow directions given when you order, so you may as well not even do it. The sandwich makers at the Peachtree street (HUB) location downtown on Peachtree Street actually makes this sandwich the way that I order so I know it can be done. Someone please come retrain the Fairburn staff. #TheWorstSandwichEver read more

10 minutes waiting. No acknowledgment. Not even to say I'll be with you shortly.... Just muteness. Several in line but all have ordered. In for new order and not one word. After 10 minutes of 2 workers ignoring me, I left. Can't wait entire lunch break being ignored. read more

Great sandwich. Don't understand the low scores. Service was prompt and friendly during the lunch "rush" - it wasn't busy except for pick up sandwiches and a few other folks. Ambiance is Jersey Mikes, clean and typical. Don't let the low scores scare you if this is what you are feeling for lunch. At least I don't see the reason for the low scores... read more

IF I COULD GIVE THE PLACE 0 STARS I WOULD. I just left this Jersey Mike's because the ugly girl making the sandwiches was RUDE & DISGUSTING! She talked in a low voice and kept rolling her eyes while asking what me and my husband wanted. As she started to make my sandwich she threw the toppings on the counter and smashed my bread BEFORE I COULD EVEN BITE INTO IT! During her attempt to try cutting the sandwich she FAILED MISERABLY and because she split the bread all the way down the middle like a damn IDIOT she smashed my entire sandwich. I walked out and I will never return as long as she works there! Hire people that actually wanna be at work !!!! read more

Ordered the Original Italian. It was sliced and made to order. Close to closing time but the customer service was so good! Patient, friendly, and professional. I'll be back. read more

Today was sort of a disaster during the lunch rush. Like a lot of places, it's grossly understaffed, customers are basically impatient a-holes. Mobile orders completely overwhelm the location. Staff is overworked and it shows in their responses and interactions with customers - short, indirect, and stressed. Whoever owns the store, needs to step up and provide the team some leadership. Because the poor service lies squarely on that persons shoulders! read more

Sandwiches are always great. Delicious. Yelp orders take too long to fulfill. I've ordered in advance twice. Both times I had to wait at least 10-15 minutes. read more

I went to this place to get a couple subs on Sunday October 29th. I waited in a line of about 6 people. When it came to my turn the lady making subs decided to ask the lady behind me what she wanted first. I figured she just forgot who ordered and who hadn't yet so I let it go. I waited another 10 minutes ( 25 minutes in all now) I am still standing there and she proceeds to help the next customer behind me and the next one after. I finally said what about me and she acted like she did not hear me so I got loud and waived my hands and then she said "fine what would you like" . This was an African American lady making the sandwich's and I was the only white person in the line. JUST SAYING!! I cannot think of any other reason she would behave like this. It became obvious to me she did not want to help me. I was very reluctant to leave a review like this as I have never personally used racism as a complaint before in my life. If I am wrong then maybe she just simply did not like the way I look or something else but I am not wrong in this I bet... Worse yet I wanted to speak to the owner about my experience. I left a very nice message and she did not call me back. If was the owner I would be calling back quickly! The sandwich's got made by the Caucasian lady that was working behind the scenes as the other lady would not finish my order. She also gave me one sub for free due to my experience. By the time I left I had been in the store 35 minutes. Unacceptable!!! read more

I'm so over the staff and the way they prepare the sandwiches I've ordered from here several times and it's gotten worse . Even today sandwich was delivered and it taste like half prepared. Jersey Mike's Subs - Sandwiches Near Me - Fairburn, Georgia

Terrible customer service!!! First, my bread was thrown on the bare, dirty counter ... no cutting board, sandwich wrap, etc.. Next, the lady added some burnt, black bacon strips and caught an attitude when I asked for some different or ingredients. It takes a lot for me to have a compliant. I usually put up with more than most. However, the workers at this location clearly do not want to be there and need to find another job. read more

It tasted great and the service was amazing and everyone was super nice and the place was very clean

Once again jersey Mike's exceeded all expectations. Ordered delivery for my friend and I ordered two veggie subss, two cookies subs were made to perfection. This time I admitted the mayonnaise, and Kept the olive oil. The delivery person was wonderful. Not sure if I remember her name correctly. It started with an L either Lori or Lisa. She was a little bit early which was perfect , parked, where I could see her, walked slowly tmy door and handed it to my friend. And gave us a few minutes to get the dog outside. Thank you very much. This is becoming my new go to spot. five stars was not enough. I would give six if I could. read more

Update: Issue in the review not taken seriously. No change. NONE. Doesnt appear that they could care any less about the boat load of complaints. And, well, it shows. SMH read more

We placed an online order. When picking it up the forgot to make a bowl and when they did there was literally nothing available other than lettuce, turkey and cheese. We ordered 2 subs and those had the same. I was told the manager quit and they did not have a food ordered placed. It was not worth the $$ spent. I would like a refund vs store credit bc I will not go back. read more

The service was super slow, not because it was busy, more so because the employees did not move with any urgency. And the counter was so dirty and they continued to make sandwiches on top of that. The reused the knife multiple times without wiping it down, spreading mayo on everyone's sandwich. Just terrible. read more

The sandwiches are always great when they are ready for you when you get there. I have recently ordered online and when I got there my sandwiches was not ready and I was late coming back to work from lunch. This has happened the last two times I ordered online, so I advise you not to order online. read more

I do not normally leave reviews, but the customer service I just received on the phone for a call in order was terrible. I did not finish my order. The woman who answered seemed as if she couldn't be bothered to take my order and I had already waited minutes for her to come back on the line after placing me on hold. My family loves Jersey Mike's and we order all the time in our neighboring town. This was the first experience at this location and I would not recommend to anyone. read more

As I stand here waiting for my food the lady at the register prepare a pickup order by sliding the chips across the counter having them fall on the floor, sliding a soda across the counter I was waiting for it to land on the floor but it didn't....she clearly don't wanna work an didn't greet as I walked through the door. Just a little add to this review. I asked the cook if the peppers were hot but he didn't know so he asked the unpleasant girl an she said no they are sweet peppers, I'm eating these peppers an yes they are very hot. read more

My rating would've been a1/2 star I placed an order last evening online at 8:18pm and they had already stopped making subs you could only get wraps and they had no onions the funny thing is one of the young ladies called me before I left him to tell me they couldn't make my subs they had no bread and I asked could they make one of the sandwiches she checked and said that's OK we can make them bit they won't have onions on them they're out if that's OK I said that's fine I can handle that so I drive to the location and check in I ordered curbside pick up and after about 15 minutes or so I called the store and they replied I couldn't getmy subs they could make me wraps if that's would be OK I said no so I didn't get a refund because she said my points wouldn't go back in my account so I agreed to come back tomorrow which is crazy 2 trips to Fairburn from union city for one order really. And the need to have an older person on duty with these young people to help guide them because if I wasn't watching they would messed up my order read more

Don't come here, the young lady told me that there would be an hour wait for the sub bread and I got no apology whatsoever and I'm very disappointed honestly. Why is there an hour wait at the sub place over bread, you should be more prepared. Get it right. This is so stupid if you want to get good food go ahead and go to touchdown right beside it they are fast & amazing. Why is there an hour wait at a sub place over bread, you should be more prepared. Just a terrible experience. Service is awful. To the representatives who work there: YOU applied for a job in the SERVICE industry with a company that sells SANDWICHES. Why are you upset when PEOPLE come in to ORDER SANDWICHES? Why does it bother you to have napkins on deck or to answer questions about the product you sell? I bought a sub at this shop on 11/18/2022 at around 6:30 pm. I can't prove what I saw them do with my sandwich because I wasn't recording it. I didn't make a scene, but I didn't eat it. ordered ahead because I was in a rush. got to the store and waited for an additional 15-20 mins while over a dozen people came in after me and all received their orders as I was just standing there waiting. i don't see the point of ordering ahead when you're just going to take 30 mins for one sandwich and then also serving a dozen new orders while i'm sitting there waiting. bad experience read more

I visited this location once again and they are out of turkey! I was so furious that I wasted my entire lunch hour. Yet again I don't know who is in charge of inventory, but this is unacceptable! read more

This was my 1st visit here and it wasn't bad but it wasnt impressive. I walked in behind a couple a little after 7 on Friday. The couple wanted wheat bread but they were told "we only have this little piece left". They walked out. The worker stated "not making more bread when we close soon" well ok then, I decided to get a club wrap. Not many toppings offered so that left much to be desired. After her comment about not getting bread, I'm not sure if they actually dont have other toppings or she didnt want to get them out. Either way the wrap was ok, but I dont see myself rushing back. read more

Tried to order twice this week. The first time they were out of turkey and they said it will come in tomorrow. I came back on Friday after work and wouldn't you know, still out of turkey. Terrible service. Order is incorrect. Customers arguing with workers while there is a line of people out the door.

Of course Fairburn has yet another business which can't be run properly. From the customer service to the quality of subs, this location sucks! Definitely wouldn't recommend, Regardless of a fake response from the owner I doubt change will come about read more

I like this particular location. They are fast and it's easy to place an order. The workers are extremely nice and proficient. One person was new and he was nervous you could tell, I just wouldn't give him details of how to do things in front of customers if it's not going to be in a professional manner. That's my takeaway for the manger, it makes it uncomfortable for us all and it's a way to address things. read more

I like Jersey Mike's sandwiches. They're always good compared to a lot of other sub shops. But this location has the slowest service you'll find anywhere. Everyone standing around moving as slow as possible. And don't bother coming in within 30 min of closing. They will have already put everything away and can't make you a sandwich. Pitiful. read more
