The sign at the drive-through is not lighted so how are we supposed to know that we're supposed to stop back there to take an order? We drove to the window to place our order and the cashier took the order of the person that was behind us first instead of asking us that we need to order. We let them know that the sign was not lit so we didn't think they were open. We drove to the window to verify if they were open or not. The girl that is a cashier for a drive-through has a terrible attitude and needs to be replaced immediately. She act like it was an inconvenience and made us go all the way around back to the drive-through to place our order instead of taking our order at the window as again I say no lights are on at the sign and we did not know they were open. We drove up to the drive through at 5:02on a Friday night. No one even came to the drive thru for 5 minutes until I started speaking for someone to help us. And, yes, some day the plague will subside for those who have lost all hope. Arrived at about 11pm Saturday night. About 7 cars in front of me in drive thru when I pulled up. The line seemed to be stalled. After sitting there about 15 minutes, the car in front of me pulled off without going through the drive-thru. Seems like the drive-thru menu strategically placed where you can't see it until you arrive at the speaker preventing you from reviewing the menu and making a decision on their offers. So I pull up to the speaker and the lady comes on and glowingly states "We're not taking any more orders because we are doing a shift change." Bewildered, I said "Thanks for letting me know." and I pulled away. What I regret is that I didn't pull around to the other side of the parking lot to watch how the other 8-10 cars behind me reacted... I may have missed some good entertainment... We waited 45 minutes total to get our food (12 Krystals with cheese combo) only for them to short us 3 of them. Also, 2 of them were not fixed how we ordered them. The "new" Kristy fries were soggy. The guy at the window was on his cellphone while taking orders. All I can tell you value your health and time then don't even look Krystal's up as an option in the fairburn area. It doesn't exist or it shouldn't anymore. For this specific location do have have such bad reviews on yelp for three years straight if not more without one positive one tells you something.
