They actually have floor attendants (not sure if thats the correct title) walking around, bringing food that was ordered & checking to make sure the seated customers are good. Well, Mr. James was the floor attendant on this day & he was so polite & friendly while providing white glove customer service. Mr. James suggested trying the Kale Salad with the Avocado Lime Ranch dressing & when I tell you it was everything on that salad. He also gave me the run down on the chocolate chip cookies, how they are rolled with a rolling pin & a piece of chocolate should be in every bite. Lol Also, everyone at this location was great. And I didn't order the Cherry drink but the host who took my order thought I did & she brought it to the table & I replied I didn't order that she said well you can have it. Restaurant should not offer "pick up" service if customers are not allowed inside of the restaurant. The app clearly states "Pick up your order inside the restaurant". We were on a road trip and stopped off to pick up lunch but also needed to use the restroom and wash our hands. "Pick Up" customers are made to wait outside the restaurant doors inhaling the fumes of the drive thru line. We were told by the staff we could go across the street to the gas staton and use their facilities. Wow! Our money went to thChick Fil A and they won't let costumers in but they have no problem with directing you to the restrooms at another business! Basically the franchise owner is saving money by not opening his facilities to customers. What he is offering is "curbside" at the customers inconvenience - pay employees to properly service customers or don't offer services you do not plan on delivering. And our order was missing an item but after fighting our way out of the traffic to go to the gas station we were not about to go back. Probably a great restaurant otherwise, as 99.9% of all CFAs are, but this is a poor business model. And completely unnecessary at this point in the pandemic. Rules for the sake of rules! read more

Not my favorite location, because of the traffic pattern and layout with it being between the highway and a truck stop park it can be horrible to get in and out of. The drive thru can get very hectic at this location and if you order to pick up it is much easier to get in and out to get your order at the McDonald's parking lot next door. If you order for pick up inside the location the orders here take longer than the drive thru so be prepared. read more

Hand down, one of the best Chic - fil - A's. Please give them credit for perfecting the french fries almost every visit . The fries are cooked to perfection . I appreciate how they are lightly salted , and fried in fresh peanut oil which I can tell is switched often . Please continue this practice . The drive thru almost always have employees in the lanes waiting to take your order . As a result the process to grabbing your food is truly fast and convenient. Please encourage other business to do the same if possible . The employees are almost always polite and happy to serve . Sometimes I will step inside to order and eat in . At times some employees will wait my table . I was quite shock because it's a fast food restaurant and typically no one waits the tables . However , this place is well over above and beyond . I've had employees ask to refill my beverages or even bring me condiments. Walked across the street from our hotel shortly after 8 p.m. on a Thursday night, and was greeted warmly by Cameron who made me feel like a welcomed guest. I've been to this Chick fil a location quite a few times and I've never had an issue. The drive thru line is always full and sometimes wrapped around the building but I'm in and out in minutes. It's run efficiently and smoothly every time. Cones and traffic markers keep the line constantly moving in an orderly fashion. I offered to pay for a particular item that I want it on my salad, which comes on another salad, which is Jess blue cheese, because I don't like the shredded cheese offered to pay additional no matter what the cost was, and was told that I could substitute it for any other cheese, except for blue cheese.. when I asked to speak to the manager, she said every Chick-fil-A is different. This is my go to location. Briana is one of the favorite person at this store. Whenever we see each other, she greets me with kindness and by name. The only decent fast food restaurant off Senoia Road in Fairburn. Food is consistently hot, well portioned, and seasoned well. The line is always long, but what Chick-fil-A doesn't have a long line? Like always moves fast and the customer service is very pleasant. They know me and my fiancé by name now which is great. Lemonade, ice cream, and soda are always on point. Chicken is hot and crispy. Sandwiches are very well crafted. Salad and lettuce/tomatoes on sandwiches are always fresh, green, and never wilted! I have been visiting this chick fil a for a long time. Most of my CFA reviews are very positive. For the first time in my Yelping Career I am changing my review on a restaurant from 5 stars down to 2 starts. Over the past few years I have noticed what I would call a steady decline in overall operation of this location. A few weeks ago I visited the CFA world headquarters and was able to see first hand what corporate expects from their franchise locations and I have to say that MOST (98%) probably live up to those expectations. I highly doubt that this Fairburn location is in the 98% anymore. I'm not sure if it has to do with the increased volume or if something else is going. I think their hiring choices should be re-evaluated as well. I will say that the fact that this location open so early is a bonus for commuters who head downtown. I believe (Mon-Fri ) the opening time is 530am. First, the drive-thru set up is horrible. You have a very hard time parking at the front of the store and then backing out because of the volume of cars in the drive-thru. Parking is limited. The traffic cones ( devices ) that direct drive-thru traffic are too close to the curb side. Larger vehicles have trouble negotiating the tight turns ( F250 is what I drive and it is TIGHT) The last several times I went through the drive-thru I had a very hard time hearing / understanding the person taking the order. The volume is always low and it sounds as if they mumble. I am used to hearing "Thank you and my pleasure" at every transaction. I just dont seem like that is happening here. Also, I dont feel like the food quality is now where it used to be. I get cold food. Iced tea that is watered down with no flavor. Chick fil a chicken tastes better hot. There is no way around it. So when I pay premium money for good food I want that good food. Proper temperature etc. The bathrooms were pretty clean but could use some more frequent cleaning. The other portions of the restaurant appear to be fairly clean. Every chick fil a has the ability to be an awesome experience for both the customer and the employee and I just feel like this location is letting us all down. read more

First, let me start by saying Chick-Fil-A started in Atlanta! So why wouldn't you visit a CFA when you were here? We had a group of 8 and the staff did everything possible to get our order out to us in a timely fashion (and with no problems)! This CFA earned 1 star just for that! I really liked that there was a manager on duty as well. He walked by a couple of times making sure everyone in the "restaurant" needed anything and were satisfied. That says a lot. Kudos!! Waited forever for them to bring my order and then a young lady came to my car and said yall are out of cold chicken for the wrap (shes was very nice) so would i like spicy chicken i said no and opted for a grilled chicken sandwich.
