On this late rainy morning, I was looking for a place to get some breakfast. I pulled into the Bojangles parking lot. I placed my order, and moved forward. When I got to the window, the employee was very nice, chatting with me while my food was being made. I took my order, pulled over to eat it and expecting bacon half cooked or burned. To my pleasant surprise, the bacon was completely perfectly cooked!!! That was the best biscuit that I've had in a while. Kudos to the employees!! read more

Rude and incompetent staff. Food was good but the staff to include the manager needs to be retrained on customer service. Staff member using profanity because she was being questioned about an order. Pretty pathetic that these fast food workers are out here demanding $15/hr but can't complete a simple order within an acceptable time frame. Ordered two sausage Bo berry biscuits, two Cajun chicken filet biscuits and a Pepsi. Took them 20 minutes to get our order out to us and that was only wife went inside to inquire about our order. It's always something w/ this place. Out of items, no coffee, no cups, missing different meats. Today, only took cash inside. (No cards) my cashier then can't make change. Shorted $1 until drew attention to it. Then couldn't re-open the drawer & had to wait until another customer came who also had cash in order to to complete my order. ( a couple turned around & left b/c only had cards) After long wait, finally got Country Ham biscuit w/ extra ham ( charged for it), but w/o extra ham. Perplexed to round the corner and see a minimum of five persons on hand, AND ANY amount of untidiness, such as drink spots on counter, straw papers, receipts, etc. Interested in wings for breakfast, asked where to find on menu. Order taker keyed in numbers and stated PRICE. Asked again to know where on menu and what comes with. Got nowhere. Ultimately found #15 visually on our own. Noticed warming light off just after ordering. Requested Bo rounds dropped fresh. Order taker asked Headphones from dining area, who asked me whether I wanted a REDROP of what was already there because they were 5-6 minutes fresh! NO! May I please have some dropped fresh?! Get to meeting spot and open the meal. The Cajun chicken filet is NOT fresh. It is pull-y and stringy on one end. The biscuit is overdone and broken, crumbling as I try unsuccessfully to hold it together. Bojangle's is one of the pricier fast food chicken outlets, because consumers know you typically get what you pay for. Absolutely trash. I've given this location 3 strikes and they are OUT. The first time was decent. Customer service was horrible, person taking the order was rude. Food was hot, fries were a little stale but service was fast. Second try was not great. Again, person taking the order couldn't care less about their job. Rude with a side of attitude. Food was cold, and so stale it was obviously left out for looong time. Third time. Food as ice cold as their customer service. French fries DRY, unseasoned, stale to the point of INEDIBLE. This location is such a problem. I think their biscuits are better than other places. One day it's quick and easy the next time as if it's being tan by 1 person and the wait just to order can be over 15min in a drive thru before ordering and your trapped. I was traveling in GA and never had been to his place although it seems like their all over the south. The fried chicken was really tasty with nice crunchy skin and the biscuits were flaky and yummy. We stopped here at about 1045 on 13 October 2021. All though we love Bojangles, we were greatly disappointed. The fries were chewy (very old, beyond stale and cold). The chicken tasted terrible. It tasted like it was fried in old grease. We were supposed to get a 3-piece that consisted of 2 thighs and 1 leg, but I received 2 legs and 1 thigh. I requested extra napkins, but received none. And finally, I didn't receive my receipt. Really?! Needless to say, we won't be returning to this specific Bojangles location. read more

This particular Bojangles ran out of wings when I went through the fast food. The guy had told me I had to wait for 13 minutes, which is an oddly specific time. I ended up sitting in my car for 30+. The wings ended up being pretty tasty but they had forgotten a side item that I had ordered. I returned two days later and got another order of wings with sides. They made up for the missing side item but actually forgot another side item. Consistency is key when you order from a chain and this one has some issues. read more

Been sitting in damn drive thru line for 20 minutes. Not happy at all. Not the first time, but definitely my longest wait.

I truly love Bojangles. Always have. Its my favorite fast food establishment. However, the attitude of the staff here taints the flavor of their food. This is the kind of place where if you dont say anything, i.e. "thank you" when your order is placed, then there is no conversation from them. They are there to take your order, period. There is no greeting. There is no "thank you" in return. If the order isnt correct (which it wasnt, despite the fact we were the only patrons in the restaurant), there is no apology. A request to pls fix the order is met with a long, frustrated stare and more silence as they hesitatingly fix and hand back what you paid for. Oh, one more thing...funny how noticable it was when other customers came into this store with a complexion much darker than mine, they are met with a smile and the greeting of the day. Dont know what the deal is up here in Fairburn, but I felt anything but welcome. Very sad experience, and not at all how I would have liked to start my day. read more

Ordered 2 piece dark with Mac and cheese and salad with chicken strips only to be told that they had run out of lettuce so I also ordered 2 piece dark with mac and cheese.
