The food is good, it's 4 stars as far as fast food chicken goes. Batter is right not to thick, the Bo sauce is tasty, I got the rice as a side and it was nice. The thing that truly sets this place above is the staff, some of the nicest and friendliest people I've ever been around and made me feel welcomed. read more

First time ever at this restaurant brand. Family decided to try it since so many people said the chicken is so good and spicy. Well the chicken is not spicy at all, we had to use hot sauce to give it flavor and heat. This is not a brand that we will eat at again, just did not have any flavor. read more

On my fist visit to this Bojangles store I had a great experience. I went in and was waited on by a very polite young lady. The store is fairly new and seemed very updated and well taken care of. It looked and smelled very clean. I had a special order which they completed with no problem. I asked them to cook Bo-rounds fresh for me (I know it's picky but I like them fresh and hot ) and I also ordered a steak biscuit. They cooked my bo-rounds and didn't make my biscuit until my bo-rounds were almost done so that both would be as fresh as possible. While I waited the 4 minutes for my fresh food I made a visit to the restroom. It was very clean and smelled fresh. The parking lot was also very clean and well maintained. This store is definitely better than some of the other Bojangles I have visited lately. I will return next opportunity I get. read more

I had a very good experience at this location and on Thanksgiving! I love Bojangles so it was good to see they were open when most of the other restaurants around were closed. The service was quick, accurate, and very polite! The drive thru was full so we ate in. The restaurant was approximately half full but we were served within minutes of our arrival and our food was hot and freshly prepared. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for well seasoned food and good service. The facility was very clean and comfortable also and the television was playing ESPN. Great visit! read more

3 Ps. Piss poor planning. How can a chicken place run out of cooked chicken. Really. How does the cook not know they are out of chicken...

I know masks are a little frustrating, but I'm pretty sure they are company policy at bojangles as they are at many other eating establishments. So when I pull up to the window and the person preparing the food isn't wearing their mask over their mouth, it's severely frustrating. In fact, if I didn't have to get food for my work crew at the butt crack of dawn, I would have canceled my order. I am married to an immunocompromised person but can't always help when I have to order take out so please follow company policy. read more

Suck is not even an adequate word for this place. worst customer service I have ever received. Order was shorted, no plastic ware given with side. Stood at counter for literally over 5 minutes to receive missing items and forks. Meal was somewhat decent, Botaters were so mushy, other food was room temperature. The had to interrupted the counter guy who was more interested in talking to his conworkers than doing his job. After the meal had approach the count for a refill of sweet tea, and had to loudly ask the counter person who was standing in the back again talking and leaning on the counter and staring at my husband and i standing at the counter to refill the sweet tea. I understand times are difficult right now with workers but this was completely ridiculous. Will NEVER cost this AWFUL location ever again. Would probably be best to close it down. I decided to give Bojangles breakfast a try a few days ago as I was returning to Atlanta from a trip to Florida. The restaurant was fairly quiet at about 10:30am. I decided to get the biscuit and gravy, and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit, with their hashbrown nuggets. I got my usual drink, some sweet tea. The tea was rather odd. It had a peculiar hint of vanilla ice cream in its flavor. It wasn't bad, but just unusual. The hashbrowns were fresh, and had just the right amount of crispness to them.The biscuits are very good at Bojangles. Large, buttery and nicely browned. The gravy was thic rich and thick, and had a nice flavor. The sausage biscuit was ok, but didn't excite me too much. I shall return for breakfast again. read more

I was so thrilled when this place opened up in fairburn. The 1st week, it was horrible service. I somewhat expected a little trouble there. On March 26, 2022 at approximately 1:20 pm, I visited this location and ordered a 12-piece family meal. I paid with my debit card at the first window, and when I arrived at the second window, I was told my card did not go through. (Lie. #1) My credit union shows attempted twice, which was suspicious. I went ahead and paid cash, and then I was told to park and the food would be brought to me, and this is where the horrible experience began. After waiting 20 minutes or so, I went inside of the location and requested a refund. I was met by a young man with braces, Quincy, that told me that he was the manager asked, "What is the problem?" Then a young lady in a blue shirt, and a medium length black wig proceeded to yell out, "The chicken is right here". Another young lady in a pink jacket yelled out, "Your 12-piece is right there"", which my response was still "I would like a refund". So instead making this a quick transition, they were offended that I requested a refund. So the young lady in the blue shirt stormed off yelling expletives, and said "I am not a damn child and I will f*** that b&$#* up". I advised I was calling the police due to that behavior. She yelled, "Us that b%^#* still talking, which I'm speaking with another individual in jeans and jean jacket advising that she is the manager. So I asked her if she heard the employee threaten me, which she said "if she had said that she would have done it"(meaning the employee) So I proceeded outside, and the manager sent an employee to lock the door behind me. I also inquired who the franchise owner/Bojangles corporate, which they all said they did not know.I called back to 911 and notified them not to send the officer due they were hiding the employee, and I was already running late. I could no longer be apart if that circus any longer, but I wanted other patrons to be aware. I also asked if the cameras in the back where the employee yelling, and female "manager" advised that they do, but there is no sound". I will not visit this location again. read more

The food at this place is decent but the service was terrible. It took 40 minutes for a grilled chicken sandwich to be made. Excuse after excuse was made and when I tried to ask for a refund they said the sandwich was coming. 40 minutes for a mediocre sandwich. Not worth it and definitely not going back. read more

Everything started off well. I hadn't had a bo berry biscuit in years and I stopped to get it and I had to wait 4 min to cook, which was fine. At the window I added a large sweet tea. My total was $2.68 and I gave her $5.60 cause I thought she said $2.58. She then asked for the rest of the change and I gave it to her. As I was waiting I realized that I didn't get my change after I gave her the total $5.68. I only had a $5 bill in my purse so I know what I gave her. When the man brought the food out I let him know that I didn't get my change. He came back and said she said I gave her exact change. I went in and she was talking about the situation and saying that she know I gave her exact change, but I know I didn't...my kids witnessed it. I just left because I didn't like the way she handled the situation. I called as I was leaving and asked for the manager and she said it was her. I told her to call me when they count the drawer down. She said she was counting it down now, but why wouldn't she ask me to wait and count it down immediately? I was in restaurant management for 17 years and this is not the way to handle this situation. I live 30 min away and just left because it was no point going back and forth with her. Even on the phone she kept saying...if I made the mistake and she said she was about to tell them to give me the $3 but how if I had left out? Maybe more training is needed for management here. read more

The service was good, she was very helpful while I was teeing to make my selection.she was patient. When she handed me my box attached was a string of her hair, ugh. Good thing all my food was covered up. When I got home to eat it and distribute it, the chicken wasn't all the way cooked.and smh. What a waste, disappointed cause there food is good. read more

So here I'll post my 2nd review for this garbage restaurant .... I would have been nicer if I hadn't just spent ten minutes writing a post on fb to find out they FILTER comments ... So here we go ... I saw them advertising on FB as a suggested page ...so I add them and see them advertising sausage biscuits for ..99 cents . Yes it said bojangles (Fairburn). So I send one of my workers up there to get 35 biscuits. He comes back with a receipt for 60 something dollars. I call and no one picks up . So good luck with cheating folks .... Hardee's is right next to you .... Good luck with that . Also I happen to manage about 350 people in your area... I go in the drive thru from time to time for breakfast. I always get the gravy biscuit combo and when I get to work guess what? NO FORK to eat a gravy biscuit!!! how am I supposed to eat a gravy biscuit with out a fork?!? Needless to say I am a bit irritated. I tried to call and complain, NO answer...go figure. read more
