Was in for a quick lunch today and ordered the chicken cantina taco meal. Both tacos were all broken and almost impossible to eat. It came with a small bag of chips, processed cheese dip and two packets of some sort or green liquid they advertise as guacamole. Not worth the $10 they charge for the meal. Was unable to eat them because they just broke into pieces. Service was fast and friendly. Burritos were on the small size, which was not the normal size that we get when ordering the same items at other locations. Plus, the enchilada chicken burritos hardly had even Chicken in it. Like two little bites maybe of chicken full of rice though and no enchilada sauce either. Very bad choice from this location. Trying calling store but got no answer. Go figure when you go thru drive thru you might as well play roll the dice on if your food is going to be to your liking anymore, or heck just right to what it should be based on their own menu. Good news, the drive through person speaks good english so you can understand them... crazy how many times you go through drive through and can't understand the person taking the order. This might be my third ever trip to Taco Bell. Never been a big fan of fast Mexican food. I was in a bind at work with a short lunch and had to swing by TB. I parked and went in to order. Parking lot and interior of the store were both clean. After placing my order I was able to watch my food being prepared and it was ready in just two or three minutes. Keep in mind it is Taco Bell and you get what you pay for. The food wasn't bad... Wasn't great but not bad. The customer service was equal or better than most fast food places in this area. I don't normally write reviews on fast food, but this one needed one! This was literally a model of what Taco Bell should be! Every employee in there was friendly and the crunchy tacos were fresh! After we sat down to eat, an employee asked us if everything was okay, like we were at a sit down restaurant, not fast food! As a happy contributor to Yelp, I was taking some alternative photographs to submit when some staffer comes outside, in the 36 degree weather, to tell me photography of the building is not allowed. Not allowed? Is corporate aware that Google Maps probably has their building nailed? Is this location hiding something? Labor violations?
