Pretty much as good as any taco bell. Good news, the drive through person speaks good english so you can understand them... crazy how many times you go through drive through and can't understand the person taking the order. NOTE: the burrito with the Fritos in it mus be eaten immediately or it become just a soggy blob of starch. NO VERDE SAUCE!!!! many theories on this.... their great corporate plan to create an artificial demand when the bring it "back for a limited time" -- LAME. We are OK for now.. horded 50 pack before they were GONE. read more

Was in for a quick lunch today and ordered the chicken cantina taco meal. Both tacos were all broken and almost impossible to eat. It came with a small bag of chips, processed cheese dip and two packets of some sort or green liquid they advertise as guacamole. Not worth the $10 they charge for the meal. Was unable to eat them because they just broke into pieces. Went through the drive thru and ordered a 5 layer burrito and got back on the road only to realize they didn't put any napkins in the bag. read more

went through the drive-through and they forgot to give me my card back and now I have a $20 charge that I did not make

Service was fast and friendly. Burritos were on the small size, which was not the normal size that we get when ordering the same items at other locations. Plus, the enchilada chicken burritos hardly had even Chicken in it. Like two little bites maybe of chicken full of rice though and no enchilada sauce either. Very bad choice from this location. Trying calling store but got no answer. Go figure when you go thru drive thru you might as well play roll the dice on if your food is going to be to your liking anymore, or heck just right to what it should be based on their own menu. Hope you have better luck with you menu choices. read more

Bad service and very slow order........ didn't want to accept order past 11 on a Wednesday. Will not return

A pathetic excuse of a team of employees, would be easier to start fresh than teach any of them. Every single person we came in contact with was rude, 30 minutes for a single box of food that was wrong. Asked to speak to a manager and she was just as bad as everyone else. read more

they are slow. i was the only person in the store and everyone was just standing in the back talking an gossiping. 25 minutes to get my food. Everything was wrong and cold. read more

I ordered the cravings trio which included a cheesy Gordita crunch and a nacho cheese taco. Food was old which was not freshly made and had been sitting in the kitchen for a long time with a spoiled smell. Service was not really a problem. The ambiance was dull. read more

This has become the worst Taco Bell around. Placed our order in the App. Went to drive thru to get it. The order missing half the food, both drinks, and sauces. Very argumentative young lady at window insisted everything was there. No apology. Meanwhile drive thru backing up. 20 minutes later I left. Arrived home...order still incorrect. $31+dollars for crappy food and service read more

This Taco Bell on Senoia Rd is by far the best one I've eaten at - EVER! Their food is always fresh and they always prepare my custom order to perfection. The customer service is top notch which is very rare at most fast food chains. Highly recommended... read more

Extremely slow service. Waited in line for over an hour to order food and receive order. The only reason I stopped is because this is the only one near my house. Customer service is garbage. Just throw the whole restaurant away!!! read more

I am very tired of this Taco Bell there has been many times I asked for a order a certain way and they mess it up almost every time. But this past time I asked for no beans and extra sour cream. Well I got extra beans and no sour cream. Really need to work on that. It was to late to bring it back but it's been countless times I've had to return my food because they forget. I'm sick of it. read more

I waited in line at the drive they with About 10 cars for 25 minutes and then finally the line started moving and they told everyone they "ran out of food"...you ran out of all food, and let us sit there for 24 minutes. A terrible business. So angry. read more

This might be my third ever trip to Taco Bell. Never been a big fan of fast Mexican food. I was in a bind at work with a short lunch and had to swing by TB. I parked and went in to order. Parking lot and interior of the store were both clean. After placing my order I was able to watch my food being prepared and it was ready in just two or three minutes. Keep in mind it is Taco Bell and you get what you pay for. The food wasn't bad... Wasn't great but not bad. The customer service was equal or better than most fast food places in this area. I would go here again if in a bind. read more

I don't normally write reviews on fast food, but this one needed one! This was literally a model of what Taco Bell should be! Every employee in there was friendly and the crunchy tacos were fresh! After we sat down to eat, an employee asked us if everything was okay, like we were at a sit down restaurant, not fast food! The bathrooms were clean and if you took a look into their kitchen it was clean too! WOW! I'm impressed and think the employees need a raise, and a Thank you! read more

First time coming here. First thing cashier told me was they were out tortillas. Ok so no burritos. So now here is the issue I ordered a number 4. It took me 20 minutes to get my food. read more

Is this Taco Bell a national treasure? Are they hiding a nuclear arsenal in lower Fulton County, Georgia? Are they paying so little for their national advertising that they resent free publicity? Its hard to tell. As a happy contributor to Yelp, I was taking some alternative photographs to submit when some staffer comes outside, in the 36 degree weather, to tell me photography of the building is not allowed. Not allowed? Is corporate aware that Google Maps probably has their building nailed? Is this location hiding something? Labor violations? I didn't notice anything proprietarily unique about the exterior of this typical-looking Taco Bell building. No photographs allowed. Excellent, Taco Bell. Most restaurants embrace free publicity. Are you still pouting because 50 Cent turned down your invitation to collaborate? read more

This is probably one of the Best taco bells I've ever been to. They have scored 100 A. They do need to pay attention to detail.

Man, those nacho fries are good as hell. I know, I know, they're just french fries with taco seasoning and some dipping cheese. But, that's what they say they are... so... look they good as hell. read more

Stopped by after work to grab dinner sat in the drive-thru for 15 minutes because they got the customer in front of me order wrong then when I got home home with my food they did not cut the quesadilla's one of the four was only cut down the middle and the cheese wasn't even melted all the way every time I go there for lunch they only have two employees maybe three working during lunch time I've stood in line for 20 minutes waiting on food I don't understand why they run such a lean crew around lunchtime if your pressed for time at lunchtime don't waste your time at this Taco Bell. read more
