It's a dry spicy chicken with a light flaky coating which isn't at all heavy like other Korean fried chicken. Pleasures of eating fried chicken without the guilt!!! I liked the snow cheese as well. It was very flavourful. But those fries are really delicious. They coat them in the snow cheese and herbs and they are so delicious tasty and addictive.
