There's a small outdoor patio which is great for spring and summer, but in questionable weather, the seating may be at a premium. The staff did clean tables pretty regularly. Parking lot is big. Only issue was there are only 2 single stall bathrooms and both times weeks apart one was out of order, which is quite a detriment when it's as crowded as it is. I love spicy food, and I really like that you can choose your spice level here, ranging from naked to hot. I went with the hot for the chicken & waffles and medium for the wings, and I'm so glad I did. If you're a spicy lover like me, hot is not something you'd want every time. It's enjoyable, but there's definitely a kick that'll have you dusting off your mouth. The medium, on the other hand, is the perfect balance. The chicken was good, but the clear winner for me is the spicy smash burger. That burger was good, and I'll be coming back for it again and again. I also ordered the oreo shake, and it was definitely worth the purchase. And, for a franchise, I was really impressed with the service: friendly, attentive and responsive.

I decided to stop by the Inman shopping center for lunch since I have not been here in a while. I…read moresaw that there was a new restaurant in this shopping center and decided to give it a try. Cleanliness: The restaurant was clean with no trash on the tables, by the condiment station, or on the floor. The staff: They are friendly and helpful with the menu items. They have a lot of patience and update you on your order. Prices: The prices range from $5.99 and up depending on what you order. The best part is that if you get a combo then the price is worth it. The combo comes with your entree, French fries and a soda. Chicken Platter Combo: This was an amazing platter and was absolutely delicious. The rice, chicken, tomatoes, lettuce was good with the sauce that they put on top. French Fries: They were cooked to a crisp so when you bite it, it has a crunch. Chicken Cheesesteak: This was not what I had expected. The bread was soft, the chicken was cooked to perfection, and the cheese was melted on top of the chicken. The sauce gave the cheesesteak some flavor; however, I probably would not get this again. Overall: This is a good place to grab lunch or dinner with the platters. Their credit card machine sometimes does not work well so it is better to pay in cash. I would probably come back to try other platters, wraps, or even the chicken sandwiches. I just do not recommend the cheesesteaks if you are expecting something great.

I love chick-fil-A! However the prices of the food located at this restaurant (located inside Menlo Park mall) are a bit more pricey than the actual restaurant located in Woodbridge. The service is fast so don't be discouraged by the long lines. However one night, my boyfriend and I rushed here before they closed at 9:30pm on a weeknight. We were disappointed to discover that when we arrived at 9pm they were already closed. We were told that it was due to a work celebration. I guess I cannot be upset, but there was an influx of disappointed customers attempting to satisfy their chick-Fil-A cravings prior to the scheduled closing time. Other than that, the food is amazing as always! The servers will come to your table (in the food court) and ask you if you need anything! This is very helpful considering that sometimes you need an extra packet of ketchup, their special sauce, or napkins. read more

I decided to pull in and give it a try and I'm glad I did. The place is pretty big inside and there is a lot of seating. There were three high School or maybe college kids in front of me who ordered relatively quickly and then I was up. Unsure what to get. I asked the guy who was taking the orders and he made some recommendations. I had went with the hot level chicken and it was slightly too spicy for my tastes. Not the fault of the restaurant and I feel like spice levels vary so much from place to place, but I normally like spicy food and I didn't find it. Unenjoyable but next time I would get the medium. The food came out pretty quick and originally apprehensive getting just too tenders. I thought they were a decent size. I ended up finishing most of the meal and had a handful of fries left over. So it is a decent amount of food. One of the additional things I didn't think I would be impressed with, but was is it the rice machine as the little Pebble ice which I think is always a nice touch. The service started off cool but once I notified the cashier that she charged me for fries I didn't order, she acted like I made the mistake. The best part is, you go and pick up your food by reaching over the garbage cans. The cheese fries were 10 out of 10... A nice amount of cheese whiz, plus the fries were like the coated type of fries so they were able to withstand the Cheese and maintain their integrity throughout. The wings were an 8 out of 10, I love the crispness of the wings, and the flavor, plus the garlic Parm sauce was really good, but I just wish they would've poured the sauce on the wings directly. Nonetheless, they were really good and worth ordering again.. My Son said the burrito is an 8 out of 10. I got the triple smash, and it was kinda good, however, the OG sauce is something I could go without never having again in my life and be very happy. 7/10 The milkshakes aren't bad either. I like that they were thick yet smooth at the same time if that makes sense. Although the last quarter of My Son's shake was straight ice cream that he needed a spoon to finish. also, they use paper straws that get soggy by the time you get to the end of the shake. 5.5/10 Overall, this wasn't a bad experience. The food was definitely the savior here after the trash service and horrible smells. I can just see why everyone got their food to go. If we were here for all of 45 minutes to an hour, about five customers came in to either pick up online orders via food carriers, or came in and ordered to go. Next time I'll Uber Eats.
