Thank you for satisfying all my Chickfila cravings. There is a location at NYU, but I heard they sit under a heat lamp all day. I can't believe Kim R. and I drove an hour out of NYC just to come here! I had the opportunity to try the new Spicy Chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese. OMG heaven!! This is a very busy location because it is inside the Menlo Park Mall so there are long lines. Chick-fil-A is known for certain things and great customer service is supposed be one of them. Maybe it was an off day for them on a busy Saturday evening, but the young man working the counter that day could take some lessons from McDonalds, KFC, Burger King, or any other place. Fast food workers get a bad rap because of an occasional bad egg and that dude was rotten. No one needs their behind kissed, but being polite and professional goes a long way. I had no other issues otherwise and the food matches all my prior experiences at other friendly locations. Anyhow this is just one person's negative two cents for one bad experience. I'd go to any other locations in the future, but will skip this one going forward. read more

Not only is this mall more my speed than neighboring Woodbridge, but the employees at this Chick-Fil-A were such great sports when I insisted on taking pictures b/c I couldn't believe I was in the presence of 2 Chick-Fil-A's in less than 20 minutes. This is the life! PS: Buy extra sandwiches. They reheat well! My suggestion is to opt for no pickles and no butter if you plan to do this. read more

Let me start by saying that I am a HUGE Chick-fil-A fan. While this Chick-fil-A has great service, I'm writing this review because of the lack of consistency with the food. The most glaring issue that I find with this location is the lack of breading on their classic chicken sandwich. There have been 3 or 4 times throughout the past few months that the chicken has been breaded extremely light, almost to the point that it looked and tasted like a grilled chicken sandwich. I'm not sure if the Menlo Park location has been trained to prepare their classic chicken sandwiches this way, but compared to every other Chick-fil-A that I frequent, this one is the only one with this issue. read more

I grew up on Chick-Fil-A; when I was a kid, my mom would take me to the Woodbridge Mall and I'd get nuggets, and trade a nugget for other food items w/ kids at lunch. They have and always had a great, tasty flavor. The one in Menlo is no different. The staff is friendly at this one in particular, and always smile and make it a point to get food out quickly. I ordered a tray of nuggets for a party once at this location, they told me fifteen minutes and it didn't even take ten. Refills are also free and happily given, even though it's not posted anywhere that they are available. It's too bad New Jersey has no stand along Chick-Fil-A restaurants like the south does, I'd definately frequent it more outside a mall setting. read more

I thought Chick-fil-A was a company for the people but they really did not do a good job with my most recent order. I had trouble using the app and was given less French fries than desirable. I ordered two larges but might as well have ordered two smalls, there was so much extra room in the French frie holders, and the fries weren't even crispy, they were floppy and soggy. I was also denied the use of two milkshake gift cards that were only two days expired. And to top it all off, I was hit on by the worker when I went to pick up my food. For a company that boasts over the top customer, this was an extremely disappointing experience. read more

This place definitely deserves 5 stars ! The food taste great and there milkshakes are the best. Every time I come to Menlo mall I always have to stop here to get the food I can't Resist. I usually get the chicken nuggets with the waffle fries and a large peppermint shake always hits the spot when I'm really hungry. We used to frequent this location often. Never again! The girl Alexis who waited on us was rude and obnoxious. Maybe she can't handle the pressure but then she shouldn't be working there. I think she may even be a supervisor as her outfit was different from the others. There are so many friendly, qualified people looking for work. Why would anyone hire and promote someone with attitude? I manage people and if someone was ever rude to a customer, they would be gone! A real shame. They have lost our business. read more

Tried for the first time , I don't quite get the hype. Got a classic chicken sandwich and it was sort of dry - had to use a lot of honey mustard to give it more flavor. Can't say I've ever had a waffle fry before but they aren't crispy and sort of chewy / soggy, maybe that's how they are suppose to be but would be much better if had some type of crisp aspect to them. I am appalled at the way my food was given to me. My Aunt and I had chicken nuggets and I and herself had undercooked meat. Also we found a hair in her chicken nugget. I am very unhappy with the food and usually I love this place. But however this one in particular disappointed me a lot. I always get the spicy chicken sandwich which is impossible to mess up. It is 2 buns pickles and a spicy chicken patty that's to die for. Also have to get the nuggets and the fries. I first had chic fil a down south years ago because that's where they originate from but they've slowly made their way up north. I've been going to the one in menlo mall I'd say for 5 years. It's nice to be able to have without you just happening to be in the area of one down south. Only drawback it is in The food court of the mall but it's the closest thing to where I live. That being said if you've never tried chic fil a you're missing out on quality chicken the wife and I don't eat fast food let alone fried foods but chic fil a always negates that because it is so good and not fried with your standard veggie oil so it has a distinctive taste that compares to none. read more

What other fast food restaurant has waitresses that come to your table to see if you need anything? While I don't agree with the radical views of this company, I can't deny that they make one hell of a chicken sandwich. Not to mention they serve breakfast chicken minis on a sweet bread that will make you wanna slap yo momma. They're definetly one of the pricier fast food places like chipotle or panera bread but they're food is great and their employees are always very hospitable. P.S.
