Food great and service very satisfying and delicious I would recommend to the entire family

I'm honestly starting to wonder what's going on at this Chick-fil-A location. Every time I customize my order, it gets messed up--every single time. I don't understand how it keeps happening. Just look at the pictures and the food I received. This is getting out of control. Accuracy should be the bare minimum, especially for such a simple order. The reason this sandwich was ordered is because the bun is very good and the regular sandwich doesn't allow you to swap out that bun on the app. But it does allow you to get the jalapeño sandwich and swap out everything on the inside. I've been coming here because it's more convenient than going to the mall, but at this point, I'm seriously considering making the trip to the mall location just to get my order right. Discriminatory! You are least likely to get hired if you have visible tattoos especially face tattoos and if you are young with them as well. All because you have tattoos doesn't mean your value is any less. Actually they turn out to be one of the most valuable people you'll ever meet and really hard workers too. This was, hands down, the worst Chick-fil-A experience I've ever had and I've been a loyal customer for years. I chose to dine in expecting the usual friendly service and quality food that Chick-fil-A is known for, but I was completely let down from start to finish. First of all, no one even checked on me or acknowledged me once I sat down. The basic courtesy of a quick "Is everything okay?" was completely missing. When my food finally arrived at the table, I was absolutely disgusted to find a bug in it. Yes, a bug. I immediately brought it to the staff's attention, expecting at the very least an apology maybe even a refund or replacement. Instead, I was met with complete indifference. No apology, no refund, no offer to make it right. Just blank stares. It was shocking and incredibly disappointing. To make matters worse, when I asked for a drink refill (as any dine-in customer would), I was told I had to buy a whole new drink. Are you kidding me? Since when does Chick-fil-A charge for drink refills when you're eating inside the restaurant? That's completely ridiculous and shows how far this location has fallen. This place used to be clean, welcoming, and professional. Now, it's none of those things.But the worst part? While I was still inside, I saw employees working the drive-thru in over 100-degree heat with absolutely no shade, no fans, no cold drinks, and no visible care from management. It was heartbreaking and unacceptable. These workers are humans not machines and they deserve better. For a company that prides itself on being "customer and employee first," this was a disgrace. It's not just unprofessional it's inhumane.This location clearly has major issues with cleanliness, customer service, and basic human decency. I wouldn't be surprised if it's in violation of health and labor standards. Honestly, someone should contact the health department and possibly even OSHA. This location has no organization at all. At any given time there are a million employees behind the counter running back and forth doing nothing but chatting with each other. The black girl with red lipstick on her teeth and two sloppy ponytails in her hair has the worst attitude. The manager guy does absolutely nothing but walk back and forth with a blank stare obviously trying to avoid customer interaction. Same with the two women dressed in regular clothes, maybe they think theyre at a fashion show. Place an online order expect to wait at least 15 minutes after the confirmed pickup time. The employees will direct you to look at the screen for your order status. My name has disappeared off the screen and when i inquired about the order they claimed they were still making it. TWENTY minutes later i asked a different guy (a black guy with a low haircut ) and he handed me my order immediately. After waiting forever my food was just sitting there!! Chic fil a always had a wait but this store has an out of this world wait in addition to bad service, something ive never had at any chic fil a in any state. 5/8/21: We went there almost at closing time & the drive thru line was wrapped around the parking lot. The way they have cars coming in is kind of weird & people often go into the "Do not enter" part of the parking lot. It's an accident waiting to happen & people can't drive. Although the line was long, it moved pretty quickly. The cashier was kind of friendly. Not too much though. Probably because it's was almost closing time. No biggie. We let it slide due to immense hunger. When we got to the window, they had us drive all the way around the building through the "do not enter" part of the parking lot, park, and wait with our hazard lights on for someone to bring us our order. We waited a good 10 minutes & at the window they said they were only waiting on strips which had 2 minutes left. It was all good because our food was fresh. Who complains about fresh food?? Anyway, the staff wore masks for the most part. Some wore theirs under their noses. What good will that do?? I won't say we will never be back. I will just say that this location won't be my first choice just because of how disorganized & crazy their parking lot is. read more

What is not to love about Chik-fil-a? Our family came in for a quick dinner and I was pleasantly surprised to see how nicely decorated it was and full of holiday cheer. There were poinsiettas on every table and table runners on on the storage cabinets. It almost made you forget it is a fast food restaurant. Though the drive thru was jam-packed (and inside too), the staff seem to move swiftly and efficiently. Our food was available to us in surprisingly little time. Often times in these busy situations staff in other establishments would appear flustered and running around like chickens without their heads but at Chik-fil-a it was as if everyone knew exactly what they needed to do and did it efficiently. As a Chick-fil-a Certified Trainer in Pennsylvania, I was quite disappointed with my experience here. My family and I were traveling through on our vacation. We went through the drive through, which as expected went very quickly. Hunter served us, and did an excellent job, spoke with a smile and got our order correct. However, as we were leaving with our food, we realized we had been given the wrong food. It wasn't the end of the world, just a small delay. My brother, a shift manager at our restaurant back home, went in and explained the problem. We weren't given our receipt back, the old food was immediately wasted, and we didn't even get an apology for their mistake. The food took a while to get, on account of the front counter manager taking personal calls on his phone in front of guests. This took a large chunk of time out of our trip, will not be back. read more

This review is for a drive-thru order. The young lady who took our order didn't have a menu, which was a bit of a nuisance, but I would have rather been able to look since they were taking orders so far away from the menu board. We ordered a kids meal, salad and chicken tortilla soup. Then proceeded to pull up thru the drive thru process where the secondary person was to confirm our order and receipt. As we're watching the young lady at the booth (who is wearing her mask on her mouth only) wipes her nose with her hands FOUR times. It's constant enough that when she tries to give me my receipt and explain that they are actually our of chicken tortilla soup I had to ask her to step back a bit from the window and declined the receipt. I anticipated reporting at the window the nose wiping but as I pulled up to receive my order EVERY EMPLOYEE except 1 at the window area (about 5 people) were all wearing their masks below their noses! With a company that loves to tout customer service, protecting me from dying should be at the top of that list during a pandemic. I won't be back. read more

Eaten here too many times to count. Chick-fil-A is my go-to fast food, and this location has done a really great job adapting to the COVID restrictions. It is drive-thru and curbside only, and it is usually very busy. But the lines go quickly and everyone is happily on their way with the Lord's chicken. Something that happens on occasion is that the fries aren't always filled to the top like other locations so I typically upgrade to the large fry. If you use the Chick-fil-A app, you can earn lots of free food so make sure you scan that at the drive thru. The manager of this branch will also drop free items in the app just because! Chick-fil-A sauce is my guilty pleasure. If you haven't tried it, switch up your sauce game! It's the best! read more

Taste: Admittedly, this was one of the best sandwiches I have received from Chick-fil-A. Steaming hot out of the bag, the first bite was everything a chicken sandwich should be. My tastebuds rang with the perfect dose of spice and pep, complimented by scrumptious fried texture and crisp. Consequently, the faithful and true taste of Chick-fil-A chicken emerged to the forefront. Juicy, tender, delicious. Chick-fil-A's emphasis on recipe and taste is very evident. Value: The spicy chicken combo, I believe is $6.19. A very generous deal for a sandwich of such caliber, waffles fries, and a drink. Service: There is simply no other drive-thru line I would willingly enter of this size. It is as if it were a line to enter a theme park. But sure enough, they had it working like a well oiled machine. Smiling, enthusiastic, polite Teams members approached my car from far away to take my order. I also scanned the app for points. I waited in line perhaps 10-15 minutes, but I still felt it was worth it. The service is unrivaled. Overall: I will give this experience a 4.8 which rounds to 5 stars. Excellent taste! Great value. Love chick fil a good but this location doesn't seem to mind cross containment, being discourteous, forgetting to give someone there order and when you call to resolve managers like Jaid will ask You repetitive questions then tell you she cant give you your money back prior to asking if you have receipt. Customer beware, with flu going around and them not minding health codes or minimal customer service skill. Look at the pic and see misrepresentation of breakfast biscuit . They also steal money from kids gladly. My son bought a lemonade frosty they never gave it to him. I have called and was given the wrong toll free number. Then google made complaint, the owner operator never called nor return my sons money and he never got his shake. They dont care, it is an act until they do something is done wrong they will not fix or acknowledge! read more

Came into chick fil a about 830 am on a Saturday. We are a family of 7 so the order was quite large. We ordered it curbside. The process was very quick and easy. Our food came out quickly and was very fresh and hot. The staff member who tended to us was very friendly. The entire order was correct which is always a plus. Ok so allow me to state my complaint and then what made up for it. I visited the drive thru the night prior and ordered a chick-fil-a combo with no pickle, large fries, large lemonade and a regular size milkshake with no whipped cream. I asked the server for fresh fries with a response of no problem from the server. I get to the window, pay for my food and see that the large lemonade I ordered was tendered as a medium and whip cream in my milkshake. To add insult to injury they couldnt scan my app claiming it wasnt working. I leave a drive home, reach in my bag and not only is my sandwich bun cold, my fries are too. I was heated and called the store and asked for the manager/owner. I call the next day and spoke to the hospitality manager and she went above and beyond to make it right. The customer service from her alone is why I respect the franchise. She made up for the oversight of her junior employees. read more

How are you going to have a "drive through only" situation with no menu available to look at? Waited in the typical long Chik fil A drive through line only to get to the girl who was taking our order to find out if you don't have the menu memorized you better quickly pull it up on your phone. What a pain in the ass! Have a menu to give the customer! After we paid and received our food we were stuck in a line for over 10 minutes while a difficult customer was having their order made. This chick fil a location is definitely the one to go to if your in the colonial heights location. Staff isn't as personable or as friendly as other chick fil as I've been too but they still work efficiently, and never tend to get my food order wrong. It's sort of weird reviewing a fast food place as I feel that most of what makes or breaks a fast food place for me is the customer service and efficiency(speed of how quickly I get my food). Unless they completely jack my food up, I would say I haven't been to a chick fil a yet that has really messed up my food. The chicken is always juicy and the waffle fries straight fire but I want to highlight this chick fil a because I walked in one morning and ordered a tray from the catering menu for breakfast, and normally you have to call ahead earlier but they said it would be fine and that they would get right on it. 20 mins later it was complete and the food was really good. I was afraid it was rushed and that things would be undercooked or taste different but everything was great! Thanks guys read more

This Chick-fil-A is in a very busy area. I went there to pick up a Cobb salad using the drive thru service. There must have been 30 cars in front of me. All I can tell you is don't let that line fool you into believing that you will be there for hours. It must have only taken me 12 minutes from the time I got in line to when I got the food. Who ever figured out the logistics involved in running that drive thru is a genius. My wife loves the Cobb salad. I usually get the regular chicken sandwich and a milk shake.
