Arrived to no one at the counter taking orders and 4 people in line ahead of us. Finally someone takes an order about 5 minutes later. Then another 5 minutes goes by and someone in front of us leaves because they were only taking one order every 5 minutes. Eventually 5 more people walked in behind us so they finally picked up their pace. I also had to tell the cashier 3 times I wanted the birthday cake frosty and they still rung it up wrong. I had to tell them when they were handing me my drink to get it fixed. Their coke was also out and had no flavor in the lobby or from the drive thru. Their breakfast beverage policy is to charge for a large & serve a medium. First reason given is that the medium is a breakfast large. Then after asking about charging the higher price, they said it was to use their medium cups. There is nothing on the menu board about this so essentially fraud. This is the absolute worst Wendy's that I think I have ever been to! I will certainly not be returning to this location ever again! I don't even know where to start, I waited in line for about 35 minutes before receiving my food, and I didn't even get to receive all that I ordered. I ordered a five dollar biggie bag. Which included a Junior bacon cheeseburger, a four piece nugget, and a medium fry with a drink. I only received my burger and drink and fries. My fries weren't even cooked half of them were frozen to the touch. Not only did they say my order was wrong and take the bag back from me, upon giving me the bag back I was still missing my nuggets. All the employees were in the back laughing and joking around not doing their jobs. Obviously after this experience I called the location to speak with the manager, shortly upon calling and asking to speak with a manager my number was blocked. I don't even know how that's possible but they would much rather avoid accepting responsibility for their employees, lead rather just block a paying customer and avoid the situation.if you want good service and decent edible food don't come to this location. read more

Went in to order to go. First bad sign was two young ladies were waiting on their food which they had already gotten wrong twice. Telisha was on the register, she never spoke to anyone other than to grunt nor did she ever smile. Stopped here while on our way back home from vacation and it was definitely not a good choice. Wendy's is one of my favorite quick places to eat but this was not the case here. The cashier apparently was new (which is fine), but I told her she rang up an extra potato when I wanted to substitute the potato for fries she said "no, can't you see it?" then once she realized her mistake she called the manager over to fix the error and the manager was more rude than she was. After waiting 15+ minutes for our food to get on the tray, it was ready but the manager was moving about as slow as the sloth in Zootopia we finally got our food. I asked for my cup and lid, because there were no lids in the lobby and they refused to put lids out there because "there's only a few left". The manager attempted to hand me a lid that had been passed over the counter to another customer, and from the customers hand back to the workers. I asked for a clean lid and she rolled her eyes and then handed me another that had already been laying on the counter. Definitely the worst experience I've ever had at a Wendy's. read more
