Actually the worst at morning fast food. I come In to order breakfast and every time I wait at least 10 minutes and it's the same for the people in the drive thru. I would account for the short staffing but it's hard to reconcile when it's clear that 2/6 workers are actually doing their jobs. The only reason they get two stars is because the food is good but the workers don't actually make the food lol. read more

So disappointed in this location! Was visiting family in Jersey and decided to grab a 30pc of nuggets. At the drive though the girl told me that with my order I would be limited to just 3 sauces...30 nuggets between 3 people and only 1 sauce each? Apparently there was a sauce shortage?? I asked if she could confirm that information as I would not order anything if I wasn't gonna get the sauces I wanted. After all people go to chick fil a not only for the great chicken but their legendary sauces. After a moment she confirmed that it was just 3 sauces per sauce type but I could order as many sauce types as I wanted. So I proceeded to put through my order and then added 3 sauces of about 4 different varieties. I moved forward through the line, paid for my Order and then got to the pick up window. It's the first time I seen a rep at the window and another rep outside of the window working in tandem. (Inside rep hands bag to outside rep who then hands to me) mind you we are all with one 2 feet of each other. I check the bag to make sure everything was packaged and Ofcourse I got just 6 sauces in my bag. I'm not a fancy pants complainer but again I know who I was sharing the nuggets with and I know they want extra sauces. Especially for the 2 large fries I also ordered. When I asked for the extra sauces I ordered the outside rep was not interested and just stated their current sauce policy. I explained that I wouldn't have placed the order if I had been explained this in the beginning so she offered me a refund. I didn't want a refund I wanted the sauces I ordered and even offered to pay for them. Was basically just looked at like I was an idiot and they couldn't help me. Not what I have come to expect from this company but I guess not all locations are created equally. I hope this outside pickup window rep is not a manager or supervisor as she shows no business acumen or customer service experience. Next time apologize for any confusion and just give the sauces requested. Then speak to your order takers and keep them up to date with current policies. The service are was clean. The staff was neat, courteous and cloyingly polite (to the point of it being rote.) This was my first and very last visit to this chain! It poses as a chicken specialty restaurant..I am not impressed. Starting with the unsalted "fries" they were bland and spongey textured. I have the feeling that they were pre-cooked and microwaved to order. The "spicey deluxe" sandwich failed to live up to its name. I can get similar quality meat out of the frozen food section of any grocery store. The vegetables were ok. At least they seemed fresh, so I'll count that as a good thing. But folks, one pickle chip? The bun was an absolute disaster. It completely disintegrated 4 or 5 bites in. They did not screw up the fountain drink. Yeah... My store shares a parking lot with this place. Never have I given a Chick Fil A less than 5 stars and this location isn't any different. I must shamelessly admit I visit this location about once a week and have never had a poor experience. Kind staff, clean indoors, and fast drive thru service. Overall- Chick Fil A prices and food are well matched with quality. CHICK FIL A IN BRICK, FINALLY After years of having to go to Howell or the Freehold mall to get my chick fil a fix, Brick finally gets its own. With this location, as with the Howell location, I can shop for home improvement products at Lowe's. Because, you know, I always crave hardware after I eat spicy chicken. FOOD: If you haven't experienced Chick Fil A, then I think you're missing out. They use real chicken to make their sandwiches, as attested to by a friend of mine who is employed by them. They have to filet the chicken breasts and bread them by hand in the kitchen. It's no joke. But it does result in something tasty. If you don't get your sandwich deluxe, then all you'll get is pickles on top, which I happen to like. The steamed bun takes some getting used to, I like it now but if it isn't steamed properly, the bread can taste stale. I think this place has the best spicy chicken sandwich out of all fast food national chain establishment. I challenge anyone to find better. Fries are waffle fries, which I think are best when dunked into Polynesian sauce. They're good. But never enough. SERVICE: The service at chick fil a is the highlight. Employees survey the restaurant at all times to ensure that you're being served right. The ask to clear your tray or refill your drink. It's nice. My one gripe is 'my pleasure,' that they say after everything. I think it's a weird phrase for everyone to say for everything. But I'm weird, so take that for what it's worth. VALUE: Meals are around $7. So not bad and not great. Just average price wise for what you get. Shakes are really good but are pricey and kind of on the small size to me. OVERALL: I really like Chick Fil A. There's not a month when I don't have it at least once. The breakfast is good. Lunch is even better. Service is the best it's gonna get for fast food. Told the manager and he said "oh do you want one more nugget then?" And then goes uhhhh and walked away. Seriously. However no matter how busy you are it is appalling that you have you staff stand outside in the rain/cold to take orders! I had the nicest woman take my order and I'm honestly in shock she was so pleasant because I can't say I would have been standing there socking wet! This is not the first time I've seen this also in the summer on an incredibly hot day there were employees standing outside taking people orders. Do better Chick-Fil-A, there are plenty of fast food companies that are busy just like you and don't have their employees standing outside! Fast food chicken doesn't get better than this! Not only is the service extraordinary, the food is delicious and seemingly healthy compared to all the other fast food restaurants. I remember Chick-fil-A was sometimes an infrequent treat at the Woodbridge Mall when I was a child. I couldn't get enough of the Polynesian sauce for my chicken nuggets or the waffle fries! It was awesome when I moved to Ocean County and spotted the one in Howell, and now, a local franchise in Brick is super exciting even though they will be closed on Sundays. I have catered twice from Chick-fil-A and my guests continue to love the food, and the I always have lots of food left over even after people have seconds and thirds. On Friday, November 24 I visited this location with my mother for breakfast. I ordered the chicken grill sandwich meal while my mother ordered a sausage egg and cheese sandwich. Our meal total was close to $12 and I was extremely dissatisfied with what I received. Not only did they have to replace our hashbrowns due to finding a hair in the box with them, I received perhaps a thin and halved piece of chicken in my chicken grill sandwich which was tough and very flavorless. I wonder if I caught this location on a bad day because most of my experiences here have been nothing but wonderful with great service. I'm hoping that there is room to improve upon this experience in the near future as their regular chicken sandwiches, sauces, waffle fries and frozen coffees are typically wonderful! read more

I placed a mobile order to avoid the long line at 5:47pm and I did not leave the place until 6:45pm - AN HOUR LATER. The receipt said exactly what car I was waiting in, and I watched over 20 people who placed mobile orders receive theirs as I sat and waited. After 40 minutes of waiting I finally went up to the workers and asked what was going on. It took 10 more minutes for them to figure it out, after they asked for the last 4 digits of my phone number and finally noticed the order. what can i say - i love Chick-fil-a. i go mainly to the one located on route 70 in Brick new jersey. i love the original Chick-fil -a sandwich - it's always hot and fresh. i also like the breakfast options, the milkshakes,and the salads. i have to admit i am not a fan of the waffle fries but that's just personal preference. i wish they hadn't taken the cole slaw off the menu because it was super delicious even if it was very high in calories. the staff is always very polite and respectful. they even have staff members roaming the dining room offering soda refills. they also are very community oriented. this store has family night, the do charity events and even offer loyalty members occasional free breakfast. I definitely recommend but be warned if you've never been there before - they only have chicken and salads and fries. they do not have burgers or hot dogs or fish, they do have many forms of chicken (nuggets, strips, grilled and fried.) read more

OMG BEST FAST FOOD EVER! I enjoy going to chick-fil-a whenever I have the chance too. Since I'm a kid my dad or mom has to bring me but i love it. I normally get the 6 count nuggets with Mac and cheese which is bomb and then a lemonade or milkshake. It gets really crowded but it's worth the wait :) I actually have the same name as one of the workers who is a very nice person. All workers are very nice and patient. Some tend to get annoyed but I would too saying "my pleasure" all day so they are good beyond the best place definitely go there right know btw get the chick-fil-a sauce anyone who doesn't like this place I'm feel bad for you read more
