I'm going to do something I never in my life thought I would have to do...... Which is write a negative review on a chick-fil-a I went to this location this morning for breakfast. They only offered biscuits for sandwiches which was already negative but I gave them a chance. That was my first mistake. I asked for a chicken,egg,cheese biscuit sandwich with additional sausage and bacon with strawberry jam.. Maybe it's my fault, but I am so trusting of chick fil a that I didn't even check the order. When I got home my sandwich had no egg or cheese and grape jam. So, I returned to the store and explained my situation. Do you know that when I arrived to the drive-thru to pick up what I thought would be my corrected order I was given a container with just egg and cheese. I couldn't believe my eyes. I politely asked if they could remake my entire sandwich. To which I was told they were unsure if they had enough breakfast left. Turns out they did remake it but on this 3rd order the chicken and bacon was left off. Needless to say I was so annoyed that I just took it and left. The past few orders I have placed from this Chick-fil-A my order has been messed up. On the app I have specifically asked for a certain number of sauces, which I have almost never received. On my latest order, I asked for extra pickles, and I did not receive any on my sandwich. The chicken patties have also been small and dry. Very disappointed in the service recently. read more

Just like most people, Chick-fil-A has the best chicken sandwiches and salads anywhere. But when I came to this location I was extremely dissatisfied and shocked at how poor this location was compared to others. Someone named "Bob" took my order in the drive thru and he was extremely rude and seemed impatient. He even yelled at an employee in the other lane while I was giving him my order. When I got to the window there was a lady who seemed like a manager type that gave me a dirty look and told me to hurry out of the line after I got my order. Ok, so it's a brand new restaurant after the original was demolished in order to build a huge dorm for Auburn University students. The Chick-fil-A is located on the bottom floor of the dorm and has either an enormous drive-thru that you access by entering the building's parking deck or you can walk into the restaurant proper from the street. I've eaten all three ways (dine in, takeout, and drive through) and each has their own strange quirk about them. Drive through requires you to enter the building's parking garage from a side street and honestly there's enough room in that double line of cars to handle half the county eating there at one time (probably a requirement from the City of Auburn after the orignal Chick-fil-A building's drive through line consistently backed up traffic on Magnolia Ave.) Dine in parking is even more strange because you have to enter the same parking deck and go through some automated gates. I felt like I was about to either get ticketed for not having a parking pass for this student dorm or maybe get charged by the building's owner whenever I left (I didn't, but it's off-putting). Inside the restaurant they have put the line where you place your order on the side of the building away from the overhead menu, which again is strange since you need to place an order yet you don't have a menu to look at while you do so. If you get it to go you are given a laminated piece of paper and told to wait outside in the building's breezeway for your food to be handed to you through a drive through style window. The food's high quality and what you expect from a Chick-fil-A, but the new setup within a dorm building is sorta strange. read more

Easily the worst chickfila I've ever been to. Never waited less than 15 min for my food and I always order ahead of time on the app. It's often more than 20 minutes. Workers are not nice and stuff is often left out of my order. Wouldn't come here if there was another option close by. read more

I'm from California so I had to know what this Chick-Fil-A everyone keeps talking about was and be sure to not go on Sundays The service here is wonderful and the employees all address you by sir or ma'am. They refill the sodas for you without you needing to wait in line, and they go as far as to replacing the cup/lid/straw for you. My one big gripe on this place was you had to ask for the sauces. They don't charge you extra but it was annoying to ask for. Their burgers are plain for this reason. You can't go wrong ordering the fried chicken burger or the grilled one. Get the chicken salad sandwich. It's worth at least one try and it tastes so good. The kid's menu is the best value even for grown-up girls. You get a meal with dessert and a toy! read more

The most ridiculous Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. We requested a fruit cup with no apples for our 1 year old (who doesn't have all his teeth and cannot chew apples) and were told it was not possible because it's Saturday and the operator won't allow new fruit cups to be made. Then the manager told me even if she made one she wouldn't put more of the other fruit in it to fill the void of the apples. I'm from Atlanta and have eaten at many Chick-fil-A's. It's a fast food restaurant. Not getting more than 3 stars. Sorry, it's just how it works with me. The chicken is of higher quality than most fast food joints. The waffle fries definitely beat out any other fast food fries. Yay. Breakfast is pretty bitchin.' The chicken minis are great, and the breakfast burritos are really good (very high in protein too!). The chicken biscuit is extremely dry... it's hard to eat without good oral lubrication. That's why I order it on a bun. Not much more to say. It's Chick-Fil-A. I do have to say also that Chick-Fil-A supports anti-gay organizations. For that reason, I try not to eat here, but it's hard because it's across the street from where I work. When it comes to fast food chicken sandwiches you can't go wrong with chick-fil-a. split tea = half sweet, half unsweet. the chick-fil-a sauce is yummy. their brownies are pretty darn good too. i always go for the deluxe spicey or normal deluxe. the milkshakes are awesome too. cookies and cream is my favorite. get the small. even for a fat boy like me, the large is really just too much unless you're going to share with someone. staff is always super friendly here. if you eat in, sometimes there's an old man who will get refills and stuff for you. i guess it's good exercise for him? he seems happy. read more

I know it's a chain, and I typically don't give chains much credit, but CFA has to be an exception. Always great food, good service and friendly. This location especially impressed me because it is right on campus and most locations nearby a college campus will either suffer from lethargic service or dirtier facilities. This one does not. Great chicken, Great staff, great service, every time! This morning there was a minor mixup in my order - but, admittedly, I am one of those who unintentionally complicates their morning orders with my need for their grilled chicken minis, because I can't eat fried food. Anywho, there was a slight delay in my wait time, which was truly no inconvenience for myself, but they went above and beyond to ensure that I was both full and satisfied; presenting me with two coupons for double my order, and surprising me with an extra box of grilled minis in my bag. I am totally disgusted with the fact that this location failed to honor the teacher appreciation deal for ALL TEACHERS in the surrounding areas. I am a first year teacher in a low-income town, Tuskegee, Al. And I was so excited to celebrate my FIRST teacher appreciation day by going to chick fil a, only to be told that they were only doing the deal for AUBURN teachers. However there is no chick fil a in Tuskegee and this particular location is the closet to Tuskegee which is literally 15 minutes away!
