This review is for the one in Atlanta AirPort. I have never had any Chick fill A this bad before. The over fried chicken was as thin as card board and dry like Death Valley. This is exceptionally bad as it is off the average quality of Chick-fil-A. Stay away from this location. Another angle to look at this is maybe it is related to the Atlanta Airport, where everything is bad. Especially the rude people- what is wrong with the people there?

Despite a long line at Chic Fil A at the ATL airport, the employees are friendly and efficient. The food was freshly made and delicious. One complaint - the straws. They have these awful paper straws that have no structure and disintegrate quickly. Please bring back usable straws!!

(Dined 09/02/25 TU @ 5:30am): Hey... I was going to get my chicken fill on! I deplaned my Delta Airlines flight to Toronto, Canada with a layover in Atlanta, Georgia, and I immediately went to ATL's Chick-Fil-A Concourse A Domestic Terminal location. I was a huge fan of theirs and frequented their Santa Clarita location when I used to work in the area. Some personal history... my very first experience with Chick-Fil-A happened at this exact location decades ago when my Delta flight was delayed, so this place had a soft spot in my heart whenever I traveled through Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. Chick-Fil-A founder S. Truett Cathy started a small business in 1946, The Dwarf Grill, with his brother Ben in Atlanta. Through the years, that restaurant prospered and led Truett to further the success of his business. In 1967, Truett founded and opened the first Chick-fil-A restaurant in Atlanta's Greenbriar Shopping Center. All locations were always closed on Sundays to glorify God by being a faithful steward to his religion. Over the decades, the brand has expanded domestically and globally. Truett's family has continued his tradition of leadership, including his son Dan, who was appointed as the company's CEO in 2013, and grandson Andrew, who serves as the current Chick-fil-A CEO. Did I still have the hots for this chick and got filled up on its Southern cooking!? PURCHASE(S) Chick-Fil-A: Spicy Biscuit ($4.70 x2): I was so ravenous over these that I practically inhaled them. The biscuits were a tad dry, and the chicken could've been spicier (I liked things hot and spicy!), but these still hit the spot and then some! https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw&start=24&select=SPfk9Mf8NczmieKsCodxfg Hash Browns ($1.97): A 12pc side order, these were fresh, hot, steamy, and so damn good! There was no need for any dipping sauce. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw&start=24&select=8vmBRJeRmS8E8zEjVSNqGw SERVICE It was a long slow line (the longest of any business), so I patiently waited until my time was up. About ten minutes later, I was wryly greeted by a young female who easily took my order. I stepped aside and waited roughly five minutes before my order was called, and I gleefully grabbed it and found a spot to eat. Everything was easy-peasy and straightforward - thank you! PARKING (Varied; N/A this instance): I was traveling through and had no need to park. However, the airport offered onsite parking structures with rates that varied from a range of $10.00-$75.00/daily maximum. Because this was located within Concourse A of arriving and departing flights, you had to already be an outgoing or incoming passenger to even get here, so parking would be a moot point. ATMOSPHERE, DÉCOR, AMBIENCE Located deep inside of Concourse A near (I couldn't remember the gates around me) where it was busy, noisy, and highly-trafficked, this was tucked among other eateries as part of a quasi food court with an order counter and a smattering of communal dining chairs/tables and stools. There was a very legible menu board https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw&start=24&select=OMqk2FEXSP7ol7ha0mU9Ng up on the wall behind the counter. There wasn't any natural lighting in this part of the concourse while standard electric ceiling lights filled in the rest. There were no TVs why the constant strain of announcements on the PA system acted as your background music. ATTIRE Totally casual, so I would normally be in a t-shirt, boardshorts, and flip-flops. OVERALL Chick-Fil-A's ATL Concourse A Domestic Terminal location didn't fail, and it was a nice reunion of sorts. The menu was tight and to the point. The food was very good albeit unhealthy, and the service was straightforward. The prices were reasonably elevated as expected of any airport eatery, and the location was centralized to the surrounding gates (bathrooms nearby). I found very good value based on the prices, service, and experience noted above (TOTAL paid experience was around $12.00 BEFORE any discounts and/or tip). And, they accepted my credit card of choice... AMEX! 4.0 STARS

I couldn't resist. I was sitting in the food court, minding my own business and writing Yelp reviews during my layover when three separate people took the seat near me with Chick-fil-A takeout. And all of them had waffle fries that smelled heavenly. I had no choice. Despite the long queue, it moved fast and I placed my order for a classic chicken sandwich and a large order of the waffle fries. A minute later, my name was called and I had my lunch in a bag. When I thanked the young lady, I got the "My pleasure" response which was unexpected as I believe that this is a concession-operated location. The sandwich was perfect. Served hot and assembled properly with a cooked chicken breast and two pickle slices on their classic bun. The fries. Oh, the fries. Hot, crispy and as delicious as they smelled. I did get one ketchup and one Buffalo sauce for dipping. Perfection. I don't eat CFA often. This was a great lunch and I was good for my next flight. Great chic fila nuggets. The sweet tea is the best! I was suprise of the quality of food being in the airport. They were crazy busy. The bin was packed with premade items. I tell you, my nuggets were hot, moist and juicy.

Waitress even told us that she'll take our order then bring our waters so that we could speed up the process, since she was the only server. When she came back with the waters, she also brought our check! We had our check for over half an hour before we even saw food. Matter of fact, the waitress said she would discount the tab because of our unusually long almost-an-hour-in-this-place wait, but she never did. We just paid for the the overpriced food & left because lunchtime was over & my husband had to go back to his conference in the hotel. I took the food back to the room to be eaten later. Now the burger was really good, I will say that. It was cooked nicely, was really thick, had flavor to it, came with all the fixings like red onion, tomato, leaf lettuce & condiments. Steak fries accompanied it, love that cut the best. The buffalo wings were super huge! We were like wtf, lol. But thatsa good thing of course. Now the cheese pizza we ordered for my daughter looked so sad. Looked like a supersized version of the little pizzas you make with a Lunchable. I was not impressed. $16 for that! Seating was plentiful, the restaurant was nice enough, just a fail in general outside of that though.
