This location has consistently missed the mark. Our online and drive-thru orders frequently have items missing, our sandwiches are made wrong (even though our receipt reflects the correct order), or the item is sub-standard quality. There needs to be better quality control. I cannot believe they sold and served the sandwich that I received this evening. 1. You will never have the Authentic Chick fil a experience here. - I have come to this location 12 times. I keep thinking maybe, just maybe they will live up to the name. I get let down time and time again. They have the longest wait time. I might as well go to chilis, sit down, eat, and leave. First, I waited in the drive-thru 20+ minutes and there were only about 5/6 cars in front of me. Finally get to the window and they tell me to pull to the front because they don't have any nuggets ready. If I had not already paid for it because it was a mobile order, I probably would have left. The Chick-Fil-A on Little Road and I20 in Arlington is the ABSOLUTE worst location in all of the DFW metroplex. Every single time I order something from this location, there is something missing. I waited over 30 minutes tonight in line for something that was forgotten AGAIN. Not only did I waste 30 minutes, but I also got to go home to cold food. When I attempted to address this with the "manager," (that's putting it loosely) she made excuses... once again, as I have talked to her about this issue before. It appears nothing has been done to improve service recovery or quality improvement. "We were just waiting on food." Interesting that is the excuse every single time. The location off of Sublett doesn't have this issue and they typically go above and beyond to ensure that the issues are resolved instead of being dismissive. Late lunch for the teen. This location was a tad hard to find off the freeway but we got here. No outside attendant for what looks to be a busy line. Stopwatch set at the start of the drive line...reads 13min at the end. Only thing I'd suggest is a "preorder" menu board for further back in the line, so drivers can "plan" their order before hitting the speaker menu board. I use to love Chick-fil-A not so much anymore. I went on 1/4 my birthday lunch, I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich w/pepper jack cheese, waffle fries & a sunjoy. I went back again the the 6th for grilled nuggets and Mac and cheese. I'm giving 2 stars because chick fil a had gone down there are meh Deluxe sandwich, the chicken seemed old. The fries were dark brown hard and crunchy, like they were burnt. The only thing that didn't go in the trash was the sunjoy. HBD to me The 1/6 visit The grilled nuggets usually are juicy, mine were as if they had been sitting out and they were dry. The Mac & cheese was gross! I don't know if it wasn't mixed corrected the taste was nasty! The cheese on the top looked like dumped it from a previous order into mine. My supplier is in the area and I will stop by here occasionally for lunch. This location is always hopping and until today I had always had a 5 star experience. Today was a little different, but I am hoping it was an exception to the rule. First the good, which is the food. Dern those nuggets are good. The customer service is always on point. Also, it is not widely known, but they have packets of Texas Pete hot sauce. I am a hot sauce aficionado, and ol Pete is a decent choice. Now, as I have said, I have been to this location at lunch a handful of times. This was the first time they did not have any expeditors working the line. Usually there are a couple of employees out there taking orders and running cards. Today, nothing. They were relying on their speaker boards. There are two and usually the line is MOVING. When I pulled up, there weren't too may people in the drive through and I thought I had scored. The reality, was it was taking so long, people were parking and going in. It took a long time to get through the drive through today. I ended up being a few minutes late to work because this process took way longer than I had anticipated. The Chick-fil-A at I 20 and little road, in south, Arlington is my favorite! Except no substitutes. I have been coming here for years because there's one closer to my apartment but they have soggy fries and don't get everything out in the order and I have other issues and I have another one closer to my school that I work at, but they can't get out the orders that I need. The one on 20 in Little Road always delivers. When I needed 100 breakfast sandwiches for my students for UIL to encourage them to get out of bed and get on the bus... They got up and cook those things so I can get there before the bus... They even threw in a heat box to keep them warm so the kids could have them fresh. They never have soggy fries or, I've gotten them... Everything is always excellent. Highly recommend love the staff... Even at 5:30 in the morning they are friendly. Great service, as usual. I've only had one mistake, EVER with a different location, and it was resolved ASAP. Amazing! Food is hot, freshly cooked. Waffle fries are hot and fresh. My 1/2 and 1/2 drink was perfectly mixed. Nuggets were hot and fresh. Exactly the dipping sauces I asked for. When I got to the window, I opened my app and noticed I had a reward for the new (or limited time) key lime shake drink thing. So I told her, and she was like, awesome ok. And got it t me the same time I got my food, just as quick. And let me tell you, that is delicious!!! If you like key lime pies. YUMMMM!!! Only thing missing, is whipped cream. But it was good!!! Another solid experience at this must-visit venue whenever I'm in my old neighborhood. Have yet to have less than a pleasant experience here. The staff are all so super-friendly and ready to serve you. The food has always been prepared well and never looks flung together like many of their competitors (I'm looking at you McD's, BK, & Wendy's!). Two drive-thru lanes and staff taking orders outside to speed up the process are huge pluses. There's also ample parking if you prefer to dine in or step inside to order and take your food to go. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner...you just can't go wrong. Food is delicious and their lemonade is terrific, especially when it's hot outside. Okay, so that's practically 80% of the year in Houston. Always have a good experience here. Great Chick-fil-A! They always check on us if there's not too many people and are always kind.

Last two times have been here fries were soggy out of the drive thru. 90% of the time food is from the order is missing.

I love the food here as I do all locations, however, one thing that can be improved upon is the morning drive-thru stopping at the very beginning to ask for a name on the order. I get it, ChickFilA wants to be professional, but why am I constantly asked for my name, which is obviously a burden on those taking my order, as they constantly have to ask me to repeat parts of my order afterwards. Also, they ask which condiments I'd like, yet 4 out of the last 5 times I've visited this location for breakfast the condiments were not there. Another time I received the wrong drink, and today I received beer instead of chicken. Like c'mon, if you can't get the core basics correct then stop wasting time on useless things. So I guess my point is, why do they waste such time and effort asking for a name at 6am when they don't address customers by it and don't get orders correct? It's not that difficult. read more

I adore you slathered in CFA sauce for without you my life would feel a loss. I adore you with a side of waffle fries especially the largest size. I adore your nuggets: grilled for me so that I can eat totally guilt free. I adore the choice of either tea, Sweet or not, just say oui. Dine in service is great, associates are friendly and the food is always hot and fresh. Don't go through the drive thru though - we've gone through multiple times only to get home with the wrong orders. It might look right with the first items, but is always wrong and then we have to come back to get new food. I have never had this experience at any other Chick-fil-A. Who doesn't love Chick-fil-A? Seriously this is one fast food place but I've never heard a negative thing about. I know it's sometimes frustrating, but I very respectful of their decision to not be open on Sundays. I'm old enough to remember when hardly any businesses were open on Sunday. I am always very impressed at how quickly you can get through the drive-through line here. How did they do it? Other fast food places need to take note. Chick-fil-A has their process down to a science. I am not, however, overjoyed at their new grilled chicken nuggets. It's almost as if the chicken is tasteless and they had to add a bunch of spices to make it tasteful. In my opinion the "new" chicken nuggets didn't work. I do love their salads. I am trying the cob salad today for the first time. I normally always get the grilled chicken salad. Also, lots of salad dressing options. Many more then an average drive-through. read more
