We booked Marcus last year for our July 18, 2020 wedding but pandemic hit and we needed to postponed up to this year of August 21, 2021. He was very understanding of the situation but very sad for what had happened to his industry too. Pandemic crippled all the industries especially the entertainment industry, but despite of that MARCUS still managed to GAVE us THE BEST PARTY EVER last Saturday!!! I received a Lot of compliments about our DJ! How nice he was, how organized he was, and how he was present and has presence of mind during an emotional like this. Marcus is great and He's really the Master DJ! He knows when to set up the mood and able to get everyone in the dance floor and have fun! He's a genuinely good person. He helped us to find some decorations for our reception (because the decorator Ive found online that we hired and we paid wasn't replyng anymore!) and he found us a very talented ice sculptor. I wished I coordinated everything with Marcus so I didn't had to worry about other things anymore about the wedding . We Trust him 100%. If you're looking for a DJ that would give you the party that you want, you want to get this man. He's very easy to talk to, replies right away and he (always) answered my calls regardless of the time we've called him, he has the system that was easy to navigate to organize all the songs you wanted to play on your event, his sound systems was good. If you have questions about Wedding or Event stuff, ask Marcus and He's able to help you and give you some good people to do the designated jobs. He has good connection because this guy has been in this industry for 18 years, doing his dream job and will show up eventhough it's his birthday.

So our wedding was unexpectedly stressful (more than I realized), the decisions and $$thrown down was more than we knew when my husband proposed. On behalf of myself and hub... Marcus Windsor .. you were our lucky star. Day of: you calmed me, brought us snacks during outdoor pics, served us our dinner drinks to our table (when our venue didn't), bustled my dress (whoa)!!, and we got SO many compliments on our DJ. You also kept me in check when the hoopla and chaos was going on. You were literally my day-of wedding coordinator. OH, and you captured so many camera shots that my photog didn't. Marcus, you KNOW weddings and u care and you're beyond pro. #chicagomobiledjs!

Great music selections and packing kept the party going!!! Marcus was great!

Our philosophy was to let Marcus feel the room and play what got the crowd going, and he did not disappoint.

Could not have nicer things to say about working with My Chef and Jamie Walsh for our wedding day…read morecatering. We met Jamie at our venue's vendor expo and were immediately impressed by their services, pricing, and vast food offerings. It was a no brainer to book with their group! We had our tasting a couple months before our wedding day; which is complimentary to the couple and a $50 charge for any additional guest to join. They have you select 8-10 appetizers, 2 salads, and 4 entrees to taste at their Naperville location. They also have displays of china, silverware, glasses and more to help couples select what aligns aesthetically for their special day. Jamie worked with us to make small modifications to their standard offerings to make the food exactly what we wanted! Our wedding day came and we were floored by the quality/presentation of food, level of detail in place settings, and service from all staff members. We had multiple guests say that this was some of the best wedding food they've had, steaks were not over cooked, and food tasted fresh. Jamie also let us add desserts a week out to reallocate money from a couple of guests who last minute were unable to attend. Their team was even nice enough to service items not purchased through their group: disposables for the late night snack, display and refilling of cupcakes, etc. Overall, their group went above and beyond for us under Jamie's leadership. Our tables looked great, our food was wonderful, and their team was fabulous. We truly appreciate all they've done for us and could not recommend them more! It's not just his talent with super fun and surprising balloon characters but his adaptive nature and outstanding personality, engaging everyone at the parties/events. I would absolutely recommend him for all types of occasions : private or big birthday parties, festivals, block parties, - anywhere there will be children!! He is one less thing at your party you need to worry about because he is a sure thing! Truly, he is a whole family favorite!!

It's through him that I heard of the Central Street Busker Festival that took place the next day and his line was loooong! Most recently, we went to his show last week that the Mt. Prospect Public Library held for spring break. That was very very well attended, with a long line of folks waiting to get in (and that's with all of us registered to attend!), but the show was a lot of fun. He did a little magic, a little comedy, and some fun balloon tricks. This guy has been doing this all his adult life--unless that's also a joke and part of his act--but regardless, he's great at his job. I'm looking forward to seeing him again and my little one having the chance to pick her balloon creation on her own.

We ended up dividing the 90 minutes into (3) 30 minute games so our groups could keep rotating. They have lockers to lock belongings in, rooms can host up to 6 people and have options to order simple beverages while you play. Our first game was Box Party which is their version of a Mario Party. There are a couple of mini game options as you work through the map. This by far was our group's favorite game! We chose the 30 minute game but easily could have played it for the full 90 minutes. Our second game was Floor is Lava. This one was fun but a bit harder than I was expecting it to be. There are parts where you bump into other players so I recommend playing with good friends or family. This is more of a group task game. Our third game was Angry Birds. This overall was the group's least favorite as it wasn't very physical. The game takes on the classic idea of launching birds at towers to get points. This was more individual tasks than team tasks. Overall, this was such a fun experience! They offer games for any aged guest and for any comfort level of players together. I enjoyed having the personalization of our "meeps" to play in each game too.

I won't ruin it, but I will say it was definitely fun and there was some intensity to it. While it utilized VR headsets, tt definitely was not a full VR experience. You interact with the game on the walls. There was an option to purchase beverages during the experience which we did not do. After the ad popped up a few times it got to be a little annoying. It was just the two of us so we were able to do each game repeatedly, which made it even more fun because it allowed us to figure out how to solve the puzzles. Because of that I wouldn't suggest going with more than four or five people. Overall, I would say it was worth the trip to Oakbrook.

Literally my 3 year old could have done what they did. We have never been so embarrassed!!

DO NOT hire this CLOWNS in any circumstances, I repeat, DO NOT hire them…read more I hired them to provide entertainment to our daughter and son's birthday party with specific instruction that I need someone to come and do magic show and games. The day before the event, the owner calls to inform me that the performer that was supposed to come is sick and they have replacement. The replacement may not be able to perform what we have had requested but that's the best they can do on short time. After heated conversation with the owner (which he was very rude over the phone, I still can't believe they are in service providing industry with this kind of attitude), we mutually agreed that it would be best just to cancel the service. Now comes the worst part, I had already put down $75.00 deposit which I was promised that I will get back. No brainer, right? I guess not, after repeated inquires and promises I have yet to receive the deposit back. Now they are not answering my repeated request for return deposit and its been three weeks. If I had time, I would take them to small claim court to get the deposit back but rather I am working with my Credit Card company to recover the deposit. I had hired them to relieve the stress of providing the entertainment to the children at birthday party but ended up causing more stress. Even if they provide the service for FREE, I would suggest not to hire them. You are better off spending that money buying gifts/toys for your guests. Very disappointed.

First, I want to say thank you to TopAct for helping me get 3 additional tickets so I could bring my friends along, I reached out to Oliver after seeing the event was sold out, and he was able to open the ticket sale back up for me so I could grab the additional tickets!! We were absolutely ecstatic!! The planning process is very well put together! We got our character sheets over a week in advance, which made it easy to start planning our outfits and get in character. Along with the character sheet was an overview of the murder as well as a list of suspects. I was very impressed by the detail that TopAct went into for the characters and event! You don't just get a name with a few clues, you get a whole page of information about your character that really helps you give the character depth, and you don't have to create a whole backstory yourself. Walking into the event, I was immediately impressed! The Martini Room was a great venue, and the decorations they placed (along with the dead body) really helped it feel 'on theme'. I could go on about how fun the event was, but I'll keep it relatively brief. The planning was fantastic, the TopAct reps guided us all through the evening and ensured we were mingling, talking, and looking for clues. I played one of the suspects, and it was probably the most fun to be one so if you have the chance, I recommend it :) They wrapped up the evening very well, and the murder was not incredibly easy to solve - which was great! It made you think, and not everyone was able to get the right answer in the end so it wasn't something you could solve in 10 minutes. Overall, a massive 5 stars to TopAct - I highly recommend!!!

We were given instructions/character sketches prior to the event so that we were ready to assume our characters as soon as we arrived. The storyline was interesting to follow (and be a part of) as we worked to solve the mystery. Would definitely recommend for a fun night out as a date or with a group of friends.
