I was very impressed with this young woman, as she was both kind and professional. She listened very well and answered the myriad of questions I had about my diagnosis. She took her time, and I never felt rushed, nor was there any evidence that she was impatient with me, despite all my questions and concerns. She printed out my Chest CT results, as well as all of the blood tests she wanted to rule-out any auto-immune diseases, which she also thoroughly explained. Within a few days after having those blood tests run...NP Rodriquez called me to personally give me the results, and to offer suggestions for treatment, regarding the one test which was slightly elevated. Her explanations and reassurances helped to make me feel calm and confident. I explained that I wanted to confer with both my PCP and my Cardiologist, and she was very amenable to such. She reminded me of my lung function test and my follow-up with an MD Pulmonologist. As I left... I told her that I always research the Reviews of any medical professional to whom I am referred...and that ALL of hers were excellent, and after my time with her I completely understood why. Mine was the most rushed appointment I have ever experienced. The next thing I knew an assistant was giving me what I learned was a totally unnecessary shot of a serious medication. I subsequently went to an outstanding pulmonologist who suspected that I had a life-threatening and very rare condition. He immediately ordered a battery of tests which confirmed his diagnosis and sent me on to an ENT for surgery. I consider Rotkis the very worst doctor I've gone to in my life.

I was number 10 and was happy to wait 20 minutes because I knew I would speak with a person in the medical office, not a call center. The front desk takes calls in between patients, so they are doing double duty. I was treated with kindness, respect, and patience. I left a message after each call and NO ONE returned my calls. The last message was : " I no longer want to be a patient with this doctor". Finally a monitor, not at the office but some "service", called to schedule an appointment. I asked, if they did not get my message. No! After explaining my concern they just said thanks and hung up. I called yesterday and spoke to Dr. Adras medical assisstant (wish I knew her name) she is one of the rudest people I've ever been around. She acted as if I was bothering her and was in a hurry to hang up. I told her I wish I didn't have to call I'am only calling because I'm sick. She is in the medical field and I'm sure was taught about caring and being nice. When I said I need more than the cough meds precribed to me when I saw the doctor on the 10th, she said she would send him a note. I explained I have a fevor, headache and chills. They are very quick to request up-front payment, but now it has literally been weeks since I first ordered and nothing has arrived. I first called in July to order my supplies. Nothing came. Then I called again at the beginning of August, and they requested pre-payment. Two weeks later, I called yet again and found out that my order had still not been shipped. The rep I spoke with then promised to send it out "expedited delivery." Seven days later, nothing. I call back today and it supposedly has been shipped out, set to arrive in another two days. I'm finding a new company!
