I have been coming to this office for YEARS, And every single time I say the same thing -I am so happy I found this practice . Everyone is amazingly kind , its almost like one big family. It's the same faces for years which is rare with doctors offices . Being a diabetic I have been to many different offices so I notice these things , by far this is my favorite . I have been seeing Jenna for years , I feel so comfortable speaking to her . She is kind and understanding. I saw Brooke Laine once and she was also amazing . The staff is always on point , always so nice and always smiling . Thank you guys for always having a positive attitude , it does not go unnoticed .

The doctor and nurse were very knowledgeable and, above all, CARING! Even though my test results hadn't come in yet, the doctor still called to see how I was doing anyway and gave me options if I didn't feel better. That's unheard of in my experience! I was surprised with my visit in the best way…read more Most of the urgent care centers that my insurance covered closed at 4 or 6 and I was scrambling to find someone and they closed at 8. When I got there, only one other person was is in the lobby. Just a note it's small inside plus they have seating blocked off due to COVID (Which I'm okay with). The staff was nice at the front desk and the paper work wasn't that long. I had another person in front of me , so I had to wait a bit in the exam room. The PA ( I'm saying PA cause usually doctors say that they are a doctor when they walk in, if she's a doctor I really do apologize ) asked me what brought me here and actually listened to what I had to say. She told me what she thought was wrong and ordered some X-rays. Additionally, she added an X-ray to see if what I thought happened was going on as well. Got the X-rays done and what she said was the right thing and she took her time out to explain why. Gave me a shot and I was on my way home. Woke up this morning in barely any pain compared to the day before. Thanks to the staff there for proving me wrong and taking good care of me.

His staff is amazing and understanding, helpful and reliable when it comes to helping you in whole. I have never had any complaints with this facility because they've always taken care of me and my family member. Let me be clear, We are not related to Dr Chin or any staff in this Office but we get treated as if we're family. Even to the day I have started coming back with Dr Chin this year because I left due to Insurance reasons since nothing has changed. It's the same energy as before as if I'm family, everyone remembers me, especially Dr Chin. 10/10 I recommend them to anyone.

But this place is got a good potentials, initially. The staff were extremely nice and friendly. We did not get to see the doctor in the initial visit. Instead we saw the PA who basically just took down our medical history for future references I guess. We were supposed to get our blood lab work done in the same visit. But somehow due to some unforeseen circumstances, we were denied at first. After pleading with the staff we were then allowed to get the blood work done. It's weird to me because we always get our blood work done. In the same annual physical visits. We never had to "request" for this service. Oh well, not all the offices were as nice as our previous doctor. Probably will still go back for our next annual check ups. But the next time I'll make sure I request to get the blood work done in the same visit!

After calling about…read more7 times (3 today in a row) I was finally able to get someone in the front office named Robin. I'm not sure if she knows how useless the rest of the staff is in general, or if she's just aware of the messages I've left the past three weeks begging for a prescription refill, but she was kind enough to offer immediate assistance. Besides that, I've been hung up on twice before I could even say "Hello" and if you leave a message, they will NOT call you back or help you. It's a shame that there are probably one or two good admins there that are being held back by the rest of their miserable and untrained staff. This isn't the first bad experience I've had with them and unfortunately it probably wont be the last until I find a new neurologist !

I showed up for my appointment, and it was canceled. Never called me or emailed me to cancel. I took time off of work as well. I wasted precious time that I could be waiting for another neurologist with a better satisfaction score. The parking lot was empty too. That should have been another sign to stay away.
