I was on time for my appointment and I did not have to wait long to be seen. My appointment was also pretty efficient. When I filled out my information forms online everything had transferred and they already had my patient portal set up before my appointment. I didn't have to complete paperwork over or resubmit my insurance information. The nurse practitioner made sure to ask questions, and really understand any concerns I had, and she also made it easy for me to get the care I needed. I was pleased with my experience.

I know how to check a background, I know what a thorough exam and appointment is, and I know what rushing a patient through in order to see more patients a day for money means to the patient. I had a great doctor in Dallas (Dr. Bonnet) and I could not find a satisfactory one after moving to Austin that met my scrupulous checks & desire for excellence. At other offices I was rushed through appointments, kept waiting endlessly due to overbooking, or not questioned well during the appointment or answered thoroughly...or not called back when I had a question or needed something or had to get a refill, etc... Dr. Browining is unique & wonderful!! And I thank the above posters who allowed me to finally find him! You are not only never kept waiting for much time at all, he is amazingly smart in discussions, he is so thorough in questions and answers that you feel you are his only patient... He has state-of-the-art equipment. He is caring, thorough, and beyond impressive. I've already recommended him and immediately gotten the response back that he was an incredible doctor who spends a great deal of time to ensure you are cared for. He will not schedule unecessary procedures or cram patients in as so many doctors do when a monetary business becomes a goal over care...yet, like today when I needed an ultrasound, (which is what made me think to write this), he ensures I immediately get the care needed. Care is evident in this office...but that means very little if the physician isn't a brilliant doctor...and I've been beyond impressed in that regard as well. He obviously is one of those doctors with a passion for what he does and for what's current in medical journals. I can't speak highly enough of him and his assistant for bravely going where no one should have to go. I hope this does not sound like an exaggeration, but I feel like I owe my life to him. In 2021 "Doctor" Ondash sent me home with antibiotic ear…read moredrops, which was fine except for that fact my ear was swollen shut due to infection and no antibiotics could get in - I fixed his idiocy by going to an ENT specialist three days later with the competence to aspirate the ear and get the antibiotics to the infection. ENT guy said it was in the top three worst ear infections he had seen that year.  Fast forward to this week - Just got released from the hospital after 3 days in the ICU for a subdural hematoma. The day prior to going to the ER I went to Premier and saw "Doctor" Hale, explained the horrible headaches I had been having without letup, slurred speech issues, typing issues - and he gave me an ibuprofen shot and sent me on my way with no follow up. He said he would call to discuss the emailed blood work results with a phone call - nada. The ER doctors were absolutely appalled at the zero interest/lack of concern about the cause of the headaches, which was easily determined with a simple CT scan. They are the McDonalds of the medical field,

This was a plus because it's so annoying to fill out forms and check in online, only to have to do it again once you get to the clinic. They didn't make me wait to be seen, even though I was a little early. I was happy about that too. The doctor I was good. She listened to my concerns. She also continued to check to see if I had questions and if my concerns were being addressed during the entire visit. I was also able to get lab work done there and I did not have to wait long for results from my labs and tests. The clinic was clean any my exam room was clean. I had a good experience here and I hope this continues with future visits.

Go somewhere that has their own imaging so you can get results immediately (urgently). This was an absolute nightmare with BSW AND their app (garbage)! The front desk didn't know how to do intake, and we waited a long time while in pain. I don't recommend this for urgent care, and if you want any kind of communication with your providers or doctors, run away from the app immediately. They are incapable of customer service via phone, and incapable of building an app that works - don't even bother. Bummer since they're so close - but never again. I'm born and raised right here, now I know to avoid.

Throughout Covid they have adjusted their operation to insure safe treatment and some testing is even done as you sit in your car for extra precaution.
