AMAZING!!! I never would of thought Longview would have such great Thai food. Everything tasted clean and delicious and the staff was very polite and on point although the restaurant was very busy. I had the egg drop soup and pad Thai. Best egg soup and I've tried plenty! Chicks pad Thai spice level 4 was also the best I've ever had. I am Asian so this comment is not racist but all of the cooks were also Asian which you could taste in the food. Authentic and a great atmosphere to dine in. My first visit here and I'm already planning my return visit. I had pineapple fried rice. It was as beautiful as it was delicious. It came served in half a fresh pineapple with chicken and shrimp in the most tasty jasmine rice I've ever had. This restaurant is a gem for Longview. This is the BEST Thai place in town. I love the cashew chicken. You can get it as spicy as you want. My wife also loves this place. We eat here every time we get a chance. Great addition to ethnic foods here in Longview...the staff is always super friendly. I love their thai tea and have tried pretty much all of their popular dishes and they're all very flavorful and come at a great price compared to the other thai restaurant in town. They messed up my order and instead of taking it off only offered to take off 20%. Then our server for in trouble for the kitchen's mistake. Then the owner tried to tell the server to take her name off the ticket so she wouldn't get that tip. She didn't (checked with the server before I left her a tip). Wife had a business meeting in Longview yesterday so I decided to drive here there. Found this place on Yelp so we decided to try it. The place was CLEAN and folks were friendly. Wife and I shared the Thai dumplings ($6.99) great and very different. Wife also had a cup of the coconut soup ($4.99). She said it was the vest she has ever had. I had the chicken Pad Thai ($10.99) tasty and different from any other place I have had it. Prices were fair, service was great and folks friendly. Have eaten nearly everything on the menu at this point and have not had a single bad experience. Don't order the food spicy unless you can really handle spice. If you DO like hot food however, you can really sate that craving here with a savory, sweet, and spicy curry. read more

seems they are short on staff. we waited around 45 mins for our appetizer and 30 for our food. wouldn't really recommend going here on the weekends, they're packed which ends in waiting for your food longer than expected. LeTourneau students come to Chiangmai very often as I have realized. We also get a lot of our events catered by them, and it has never disappointed! Yesterday was the first time I sat down at the restaurant itself and we were waited on by this really cool guy Chris! He made the lunch a really fun outing for my girlfriends and me. My friends got the beef noodle soup which has been the talk of the town since I came to Longview couple months ago. They have a spice scale and they take it very, very seriously! Their "Mild" level is good for anyone whose face goes red and hot at the slightest hint of spice in their food and their maximum spiciest level is only for the hardened spice enthusiasts who enjoy the tearing up and the flaming tongue and the temporary numbing of the tastebuds! When we have got their catering on previous occasions, we have ordered the Pad Thai, Fried Spring Rolls, Pineapple Fried Rice (my favorite by far), Chiangmai Thai Noodle, Green Curry Chicken over Jasmine Rice, Pad Ped, Krapraw Fried Rice, and Prik Khing. I also got the Green Tea boba with black pearl tapioca and it wasn't like traditional boba that I'm used to in the Bay Area, but it came mighty close to it! Definitely stop by here for fresh food that gives you value for money and close to authentic taste as well! read more

I ordered the Massaman Chicken Curry at a 4/5 spicy level, and everything lived up to my expectations. Massaman curry is a common dish served at many if not all Thai restaurants. The taste of the dish was on point, and the spiciness of the dish was also accurate. Although rating the spiciness of a food is subjective, I would expect a 5/5 to be a bit unbearable resulting in eating in increments and drinking lots of fluids and a 4/5 to be more tolerable with drinking of fluids less frequently. I ate the dish with just several sips of the Thai ice coffee. The Thai ice coffee is made on the spot even if you ordered for pickup, which is great bit of personal touch. The price was on the high side of Thai curries, but not expensive. They had my food items for me in the time they quoted on the phone. There is plenty of parking outside the restaurant. The only downside is that they do not have free Wifi. Now that I know their standard dish is done properly, the next time I will order other dishes. read more
