We have been trying to get medical records, the voice box of the "business" office has been "full" for the last 2 weeks, their fax machine is always busy and every time we have come in no one has been in the records office to get what we needed... The front desk is somewhat informative but can't or don't want to really help much. Is this the way a business should be run?? Example: Me: "I have ______ and I have been researching a lot on my own, and I have read that I should take _______ for it." Dr. Smith: "I have ________ and I don't take _______." or "I have a friend with __________ and he doesn't need ___________." This was not a one time thing in any way, it was literally everytime I came to him with something. It almost became funny, knowing what he would say in advance, but then I decided I rather live than just have the temporary comic relief and stopped going to see him for good...
