-Takeout review- nicely packed! What I ordered the rice bowl half and half which was BOGO. I love that they made it a full bowl of each instead of going with half and half on each! The vegan chicken strips were good! I like the serving size and amount, enough for one person (or two). I also got the fries, though I thought I got seasoned fries, I was surprised to see it was waffle fries! and not much seasoning. The fries was also a decent amount. Overall nice! Environment Located in the plaza with Aldi, there is plenty of parking available. The inside is fairly large and nicely decorated. I went around 2p and it wasn't busy. My oder was ready in 10 mins Niceness of the staff Someone greeted me as soon as I walked up. They quickly confirmed my order and I was on my way out. Dollar It was not bad I thought, I ordered via Ubereats, not sure the pricing in person. It was 7$ for the fries and the pogo bowls was $15. Yes/No? I would order from here again. I would love to eat here one day to try what I should be trying... fried chicken!

I'm delighted to see that Korean Fried Chicken has reached Orlando, and the west side. The secret to why this chicken is so good is that it's fried twice--once at a lower temperature, and then again at a higher temperature to create a really crispy exterior. The chicken is then typically coated with spicy sauce. Chi-Kin offers a wide assortment of sauces, and we liked all of the ones we tried. A good way to sample their offerings is the combo meal, a reasonably priced assortment of wings/drums and tenders, plus two sides. You have your choice of two sauces for both the wings and the tenders, a total of four sauces, but note that the pieces will already be sauced, so you must decide in advance what sauce goes where. We had hot gochu jang, thai chili, buffalo, and yuzu lemon pepper (which is more of a rub). I think next time I will stick to the tenders, as they are wonderfully moist and crispy on the outside, giving them all the advantages of wings, but you get a lot more meat. For sides we had the bulgogi fries and the pickled cucumbers (probably the only healthy thing on the menu!) Service was really friendly and fast. Definitely a place I'll visit again!

People working there are great and the inside is very clean! But the food is okay if you were in the mood for korean food. The breading isnt the same as some other areas and the flavor isnt quite there.

First time having Korean Fried chicken and tbh, i dont see what the craze is for. I got the sandwich and fries. They cautioned me the hot was gonna be but tbh. It was a nice mixture of gochujung and honey. I would say it really was medium heat. Significantly less than the Chicken Fire "Hot". The sandwich was two trenders and it hit the spot. Fries were unadorened waffle fries. Would i get it again? Not really.

This is the first time I tried Chi-Kin. I like the fried chicken that is fresh but the sauces are quite sweet for me. Bulgogi fries were also great. I think it's a little too expensive for what I got though.

The wings are crispy, and the flavors are yummy! We tried the Thai chili, sweet gochujang, and lemon pepper. The d'oh boys are a delicious dessert! The staff are friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is fun and clean. Would eat here again!

What a great addition to this side of town. If you are ordering to-go, they have the a touch screen pad where you order. If you are planning on eating in, you can sit wherever and they'll wait on you. A very simple menu with sauces to choose from. They have vegan options as well. We ordered the 5 wing combo with fries, 3 tenders snd bulgolgi fries. A total of $31. The breading of the chicken is crispy and has great texture & tossed in Sweet gochugang. A sweet and spicy tang. French fries are waffle fries with their special seasoning. Bulgolgi fries had tender beef with spicy mayo. Everything was really good and we are excited to go back and try more of the menu. The food was quick and the place just had great vibes.

Everyone grabbed some already crispy and delicious

So happy to have them on this side of town. So I know it's crazy but we have been twice! My whole family loves it. And we are three generations. My mom is not a chicken person. The first time she went she had the wings and enjoyed them but the second time she got a beef bulgogi bowl and loved it. She said it will be her go to. My vegetarian 10 year old LOVES the vegan Sammie. He gets it with rice and a drink and is such a great value as well. His twin and I share wings we love all the flavors. Fried rice and some, kimchi, turnip kimchi as well and we are so happy. I have to add the second time the server came over and immediately remembered us. She even remembered my son's order and a little error we had with our last meal. I was so impressed she remembered us. I know it's been less than a week but they have seen a ton of people all while doing the soft opening so things I am sure have been crazy. So impressed. They also do an incredible job clearing tables to keep the flow moving so people can get a table quickly.

The atmosphere was nice The staff was pleasant as well. The food was Nothing special. Fried chicken and wings are nothing different than anywhere else . I felt the amount of sauce you're allowed is not generous at all. The honey one was good. You got a good portion with the family feast though. But not special enough to return

First time trying this place, not busy when we first got there but steadily more parties came. We ordered at kiosk not knowing that that's for take out. They also have sit down service. Menu is easy enough, we got the family meal which includes sides but you can sub fries for an upcharge. Food came out pretty quickly. The wings and tenders were pretty good all were saucy except for the lemon pepper. The lemon flavor is definitely stronger than pepper and in a good way. The sweet soy on the sweeter end and toddler approved. The spicy honey and spicy gochujang weren't overpowering but did leave a lingering heat in your mouth. Fries were okay the added things were tasty but our actual fries were soggy. Inside was clean and servers were attentive. There is a standalone sink in the dining area which is nice given how sticky your fingers get, but it was a little clogged. Overall nice addition to winter garden area and hope it succeeds!

The beef ribs were mostly fat and still very tough to chew. The chicken was woody breast, making it dry and very difficult to eat. The rice was even worse. They replaced it three times. The first two batches were hard, and the third batch was actually undercooked. The service was by far the biggest disappointment. Even though ordering is done on an iPad, they still kept forgetting items. We had to remind the staff multiple times before the food finally arrived. Every dish took 10-15 minutes or longer to arrive, yet customers are expected to finish their meal within a 90-minute time limit. This is a Japanese BBQ restaurant where the staff is simply bringing out raw meat for customers to grill at the table. There is really no reason it should take 10-15 minutes to deliver each order. To make it even more frustrating, the restaurant wasn't even busy. During our entire meal, there were only two or three other tables occupied, so it's hard to understand why the service was so slow and disorganized. To make matters worse, an 18% service charge was automatically added to the bill. I don't mind paying a service charge for good service, but charging that much when the service is this slow and disappointing feels completely unjustified. Our bill was over $210 for three people, and that didn't even include any drinks. At that price, there are many better Japanese BBQ options available. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back, and I can't recommend this place.

My waitress was delightful and answered all my questions. She was attentive but not overly in my space. We connected over a conversation about hiking, and I was generally pleased with the service. The hot pot itself was great. I went with a standard Sechuan spicy broth and ordered all my favorite accoutrement: two types of beef, enoki mushrooms, tofu skin, tofu puff, napa, bok choy, rice cake, and ramen noodle. My mixture of sesame oil, garlic, sesame seeds and scallions was prefect and evoked memories of hot pot from days of old.
