At this point, it honestly feels like they have no intention of making this right (It's been 2 weeks and still no refund or replacement order for the one I've PAID for). I've followed their instructions, given them time to fix the situation, and I'm still out the money. The frustrating part is that I'd even be happy with just receiving the food I was originally promised, but apparently, neither that nor a refund is happening. I'm not asking for anything extra. I just want what I paid for or the refund I was told I would receive. The lack of communication and follow-through is beyond frustrating.
