We were so glad we did! This place specializes in GF sandwiches and the buns they use are fantastic! The three of us all had different sandwiches-the grumpy bear, the sneaky raccoon and the river run! We were all quite satisfied although we would normally not think of sandwiches as a complete dinner! The fellow who was working there was patient and kind and luckily spoke some English to help us with our decisions. The ambiance is inviting and cozy with a clean and trendy aesthetic. I would wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to those looking for a delicious gluten free meal in Paris!

It gets a cheaper rating but I thought the prices were very comparable to the other boulangeries in the neighborhood.Again they had great croissants (I tried them at every boulangerie we visited) and their large macaron "sandwiches" were also delicious (although not my MOST favorite of the ones we tried in Paris). This place was also just a few steps from our apartment so we visited it a lot as well. None of the women that served us during the week spoke English but again, you don't need much in a boulangerie. The service was always friendly and efficient. Often this place was busy but service was quick. No outdoor seating, and they were open until 8pm which was awesome. Later in the day you'll find that pastries and bread are not as fresh but even though we got macaron "sandwiches" at 7pm and they seemed a little damp from the fresh fruit in them, the taste was delicious. The outer shells of the macarons were slightly tough but the overall texture wasn't bad. the berries (we tried frambriose and fraise, or raspberry and strawberry) were incredibly fresh and tasty. I'm sure if we had purchased them earlier in the day they would have been even better. We also had the coffee eclairs and they were amazing!!! I don't care that much for eclairs as I do no like the type of bread used for them, but these were good enough that I'd get them again. The filling was rich and the coffee taste was outstanding.

They allow one group at a time into the shop for a fully curated Jamon Beurre experience. Yep, that is all you can get here. Ham sandwiches, but it's a much more involved experience than that. When you walk in, there is an entire wall with a cooler displaying every kind of ham possible. You have to pick whether you want cured or just baked ham. What region? They offer Italian, French, Spanish and then you have to narrow it down to the region! Then you do the same with the cheese. I ended up getting two sandwiches, the cured ham from Spain's basque country paired with Ossau-Iraty, or basque sheep milk cheese. My other sandwich was a French baked ham sandwich with comte. Which was the winner? I have to say, the cured meat from Spain was out of this world and in our taste test, was the top winner. I know, I shouldn't say that in France!

The owner is a very kind Italian woman who is very knowledgeable about the meats and the cheeses. She makes sure that you end up with a pairing you are happy with! They serve jambon beurre sandwiches which is basically just ham and butter on a baguette. However, you can add cheese for 4.50 euro. The decision tree really is: 1) cured vs cooked ham 2) cheese or no cheese 3) cow vs sheep's cheese. My husband and I both went for the cooked ham since this one is more traditional in France. The cooked ham has different flavors out of which we got one with truffle ham and the other with Bergamont which is a citrus fruit. We both got cheese: the truffle ham was paired with a buttery and sweet cow's emmental, while the Bergamont we paired with a nutty and earthy sheep's Ossau-Iraty. Both pairings worked beautifully! The baguette was perfect. It had a substantial crust without being too hard and had a fluffy and moist inside. The quality of the products was evidently very high. There is no seating inside so we took ours to the Temple Square a few blocks away since it was a beautiful day! Highly recommend you try. Not sure I would use longer than 20 min out of a trip to line up for it so I suggest you come during off hours.

I got a few pastries and it was still early enough that they were still warm! The Croissant was probably the best I had on this trip. It helped that the Croissant was fresh and warm, but it was also crispy on the outside and buttery & flaky on the inside. The Pain au Chocolat was also great but it could have used more chocolate for my liking. The Chausson aux Pommes was sweet, slightly acidic from the apples, and definitely heavier of the pastries. I've also never had fresh madeleines before and knew this would be the place to try them. The Madeleine Glacée were buttery and lightly sweet; these actually go so well with a cup of coffee or just a bite if you need a quick snack. All in all, great try!
