A very clean fuel station, nice employer, and what I liked most was the gasoline price alone with the quality of the fuel

Upon arrival, Melanie informed me that she could cash my tickets but could not sell additional tickets because the next shift employee had not arrived. I did not argue this didn't say one thing and handed over my tickets for payout. I had 16 winning tickets totaling $137. Melanie initially stated the total was $127. I calmly advised her the total was $137. She re-counted mentally and again stated it was $127. I then asked her to recount the tickets, at which point she claimed there were only 14 tickets and handed me the payout slips she had scanned into the system. I counted the tickets in front of her and confirmed there were 16. Rather than verifying her work, Melanie became argumentative and refused to acknowledge the discrepancy. Wanting to avoid unnecessary conflict, I asked for my tickets back so I could cash them elsewhere. At that point, her demeanor escalated and she became confrontational, ultimately calling me a "stupid bitch." And stating I was just mad because she wouldn't sell me any more tickets. I not once asked for any tickets since she's the one who offered that information at the beginning of our transaction. I again requested either my tickets or my correct payout. Melanie contacted someone I assumed was leadership and asked if she could return my tickets; she was told no. During this call, she misrepresented the situation by stating I was refusing to leave, while continuing to use insults toward me. The individual on the phone did not de-escalate the situation or request that she recount the tickets. This entire exchange occurred in front of more than ten customers, who were forced to witness the cashier arguing, using profanity, and name-calling. While I did become frustrated and responded verbally after repeated provocation, my requests remained consistent: either verify the count or return my tickets. Eventually, Melanie returned my tickets, and I again confirmed there were 16 tickets, yet only 15 payout slips had been generated. After the store cleared out, I asked her to pay me the amount she insisted was correct ($127) so I could leave. And explain I would not sit here arguing with her over $10. She continued to insult me while counting the money and tossed it on the counter. Despite repeatedly stating she would only pay $127, she ultimately paid me the correct amount of $137, confirming my original total. As I exited the store, I stated that the guest service was unacceptable. Melanie responded by telling me to "shut the f*** up" and then made a derogatory slur referencing my sexual orientation in Spanish. I have over 10 years of experience in guest service management, and I can confidently say this interaction reflects a complete failure in professionalism, accuracy, and customer respect. This situation could have been entirely avoided had the cashier simply verified her count. Instead, it escalated into verbal abuse, discrimination, and public embarrassment. I do not tolerate, verbal harassment, discriminatory, language, being called names by an employee, refusal to verify transactional accuracy, a hostile environment created for customer. Thanks a lot Melanie!

I buy gas at this gas station in particular because of the fact that they've had a restroom available for use. However over the past few years every time I've asked for the restroom key, whether I'm buying gas or something else at the time or not, I've got extreme attitude from whoever is working the counter. Not only have I received attitude when asking for the restroom key, but just in general. I am one of the most polite people you'll meet, I'm confident of that. This gas station used to be a pleasant experience, but over the last few years they have changed. Today I went in to ask for the restroom key, (today is Wednesday, October 2nd, and the time of my visit was exactly 12pm-noon), and the woman who was working the counter, who has been working here for years, (maybe she's the owner?), said to me "are you buying something?" I said "I'm sorry?" Because I thought that's what I heard, but I was shocked at her rude response, being that I have given them so much business over the years in buying my gas from their station for my pest control business, which can amount to around $100 a week some weeks. She responded with again "are you buying anything?" I said "no." She said "you can't use the restroom then." I said "I buy gas from you guys all the time." She ignored me and walked away. I walked out saying "you guys just lost a customer." If they can't provide something as simple as the option to use their PUBLIC restroom to a longtime, valuable customer, then they will no longer be receiving my business. I will be making a complaint with the city/county, or whoever I need to do so with.

I did just $10 of gas and I was in a hurry and ended up leaving without pouring gas and you know there's heavy traffic at the time and I realize I didn't fill up. So I keep calling the Quickstop number that's listed on Google and they weren't picking up. Turns out that's not their number and you know I asked them if they can help me and work with me because they literally just saw me five minutes ago and I come there everyday. but they told me someone else poured your gas. I asked the guy if they can help me in anyway they said there's not much we can do and I just told him like you know maybe you should update your phone on your website on google and the response was that's not my job like how is anyone supposed to get into contact with you? all of this would have been avoidable if they updated their number and told him to stop anyone from pouring. kinda rude for a manager to say

They also have staff inside walking around cleaning, and the bathrooms are very clean. They definitely care. The market is the real gem, as they have allllll the basics. You can get from produce to quality wine to fresh made sandwiches and even rotisserie chicken. This is not a normal convenience store, though it's the most convenient one I've ever been to! My Sandwich was amazing and huge for $8.99! I don't know how you can eat the really big ones, but bring your appetite if you try! The wine buyer is on point, as they have very quality vineyards and a variety on most of the grapes. Same with liquor and beer! The specialty items are also something to speak to. I got Columbia salami and they had types I can't find at any of the grocery stores anywhere! (see pic). They also have a ton of cooler foods like salads etc. And the coffee is also amazing. They actually have a good brand that produces quality coffee that pours itself so you can't accidently spill it (thank you). They have multiple types and brands actually. And one comes with the sandwich or ft drink. Let's also talk about the app which gives you great deals and discounts on gas - it's honestly the best. If you could only shop at Power Markets you'd be really saving a lot of money. They do cool Kings deals if they score over 100 points too - so thanks for that H&S! It's also a family owned and operated chain based in SoCal so you truly are shopping local and supporting a good cause. Just can't say enough good things about this place - you have to check it out!
