A gentleman by the name of Walter, Thinks it's OK to be rude to a customer who is being kind enough to let him know he did not want to cut another customer in line. This man in previous nights this season has asked me for a job working at my pumpkin patch. I was willing to try him out as I would with anyone, but after experiencing how he treats customers for something so small, I'd rather hiring some high school kid than him. I've already tried some of the travel sized samples. :-) I came in particularly for nail supplies ie clippers and cuticle products. Low n behold the super nice attendant unlocked the product for me and then she informed me of the BOGO deal happening for anything in that section. Lo and behold I had already had another item that I was getting from there! The section was neat and tidy too. Always a bonus. So I got the BOGO deal, used my CVS rewards cash and left spending less than 4 dollars on probably $30 worth of product if regular priced. All three staffers that we encountered this day were super nice and they each went above and beyond to be helpful.

I've never seen…read morea pharmacy with such long lines and each person had a full on conversation with the staff at the window. The pickup window doesn't deal with insurance info so they sent me to another line after waiting in line for window D to input insurance info. The only saving grace is if you have a bar code then you can get in the express line which is significantly faster but even then sometimes there's a line for that. Also the floors are dirty. No one vacuums? Granted the 1 star I'm giving is for the friendly staff. But maybe they're understaff or their system is just not very efficient.

I rarely check in because its listed as San Diego Gas and Carwash instead of what it is...a Shell! I just can never find it when I try to check in so it's a pain in the butt. While I am a fan of this gas station, I'm noticing as it ages, the vacuums are breaking at an alarming rate. They either don't have any suction or stations are missing hoses completely. I often find myself going from station to station to find one that works. The car wash also sometimes smells really bad. I have to wonder if they reuse the water and if it's safe - the smell is unbearable sometimes when you go through. You can't escape it. I noticed they recently placed people at the end of the car wash to dry off the cars better....I LOVE this and willing to tip/pay extra for that extra level of service. While I'm a fan...I really hope they start fixing these things to keep me from going to a location closer to the house. If I'm just getting gas and getting a car wash, I can get that at Bressi but I regularly have to vacuum after a week of activities with the kiddo and 8/10, i'm able to do so here.
