When you call, you cannot speak with a human being directly. You get a creepy AI bot that either tries to chat you up or asks you to leave a message and wait for a call back at THEIR convenience. What's next...vending machines for your prescriptions?
Pharmacy customers deserve more respect from a medical provider. In the end, companies do not profit either...it's called "customer churn," i.e., disgusted customers who leave and never return.
Even though it is a bit of a drive, I'm switching to Square Care Medical and Pharmacy, a locally-owned, independent pharmacy wherein real humans answer the phone. In fact, I'm cutting off all businesses that distance themselves from, are rude to, or foist their labor onto their customers.
Update: drove up to the window to pickup my LAST Rx. Window was closed. A faceless voice said, "we're closed for lunch." There was no sign on the window indicating this. So no one can man the window during a time when customers may be using THEIR lunch hour to pickup prescriptions? Oh, my giddy aunt...this place is a mess.
