This place sucks. The guy who works nights, constantly talks to himself, always looks very dirty, Is the absolute worst. He speaks no English, which is a problem because he constantly messes things up and will not fix it. Also, I have earned 1200 points, and was prompted to use some for a free item. Every time it would show up on the screen he kept hitting cancel before I could except it. It happened 4 times and I kept asking him to please ring it up again and DONT press Cancel so I can accept it. He got mad at me went to another computer and helped 2 other guests that were behind me. So rude. He came back and this time I Video'd it so I could show him since their is a language barrier. Inside, the store is bigger than the normal 7-Eleven. Customer service though? SHIT. Lol. How does this place have a star and a half? This place is a dump and a half. Even at two AM. You would think that the employees here would be cleaning the outside of this place since it's not busy but no all the urine and soda stains are still theres. First off Northern California is no gem. Especially in these kinds of areas. The Indian people in Northern California cater to the interests and share the interests of white Americans. They are willing to call the police on you without understanding the situation and with no repercussion to what that officer might do or if my life might be taken from me over this. I stopped in on this 7-Eleven at about 7 PM today specifically for some promotional items that were advertised within the store. I couldn't find the items so I went up to the cashier and asked him about it, he was completely unable to understand me. I'm still not sure if the store stocked what I was looking for because the attendant and I were just about literally speaking two different languages. Which is no fault on his end but it would have been nice to have another cashier that could help out those who aren't quite fluent in Spanish. This, of course, was all after my walk through the store where I noticed there were boxes that had been flattened and were laid down on the floor like a "red carpet" for the average man. The store was in disarray and not what I would describe as clean. Considering the traffic I imagine they get and how late it was in the day, I'm certainly understanding of how a store couldn't possibly be in a perfect state. I was purchasing lotto tickets and basically rushed me to get back to his phone convo with both head phones in. Today, I told him I wanted 15$ at my pump and he charged 50$. I corrected him and he replied really rudely! He gave me horrible customer service and people should be greeted with a smile and not rushed out. Plus he had both head phones in the whole time AGAIN!
