Stopped with cars sick child & need for restroom. I have never been to a business with such a disgusting restroom. Dirty floors, walls, sink, tiolet, ceiling clear water damage mb mold. If there was an earthquake I am confident that I would have died in there. Bought hot tea & tiny bag of pretzels for $4 bucks which is dumb. Wish I had waited one more exit & gone to target but not familiar with area. I asked if they had saltine crackers and the teller looked at me annoyed and asked if I looked in chip aisle that I had just exited when walking towards her. Pumping gas when all of a sudden it comes pouring out all over me, apparently the nozzle plastic was shattered and te valve stop no longer functional when the tank is full, go inside tell the cashier its broken and i have gas all over me and she looks at me like it's not her problem and just says in broken English "ok i'll tell guy", I ask for some wipes she says "bathroom in back", I go to the bathroom and there's no paper towels, why? Well they've all been used and have feces all over them in the trash bin, great, I go back up front and tell the cashier who again looks like I'm causing her too much grief when she hands me some paper towels, I go back to the disgusting bathroom and I've seen some rancid gas station bathrooms, proceed to run water over my arm and leg and then see there's no soap! WTF! At this point I'm beside myself, I walk out of the place to my car, the pump hasn't even been taped off so no one else can use it and I have to stop from getting on with my vacation weekend trip and drive back home to wash off the gasoline. I'd give NO stars but I can't, I swear I'm never going to an ARCO again. Summary: Customer service- sucks, knowing what to do when a customer is doused with gasoline- no training, bathroom upkeep- atrocious, gas pump safety measures- none. read more

This location gave me the creeps. I had my dog in my arm coming in, and the clerk tells me no dogs because a guest had said something, which I understood so I immediately complied, waited for my mom to get back to the car, and then went in to grab some coffee while she pumped our gas. The clerk is cleaning as I was the only one in, and at first, everything is fine. We exchange pleasantries, and he continues to say," I apologize for earlier, I love dogs but the customer I was helping disagreed. Fu****g blood guys." In which I freeze for a moment, and awkwardly laughed. I tried to tune him out from there on, as he continues to talk about the customer, making me slightly uncomfortable. He asks me if I know about them, but I kinda shrug him off by saying, "Oh, not really.. I'm not from the area.." and this and that, and he just continues. It was pretty uncomfortable for me so I was glad to get out. read more

Stop here on my way home quite often to top of my tank, get a drink and a snack for the boring ride up 99. Prices here are no worse than anywhere else and the staff is always pleasant and helpful and the location is perfect. Fill er up and bang ur on the freeway. read more

Unbelievably horrible customer service. I paid for a couple of drinks with my ATM and after being prompted by the machine with the "Do you want cash back" question, I chose $40. The young man at the register rang me up but when the cash drawer opened, he immediately closed it, grabbed the receipt and crumpled it in his hand and said "no cash back". I thought "no big deal" said okay and started walking out. After a few steps a turned to him and asked if I was charged for the $40. He hesitantly answered "yes". This kid was going to let me leave the store and undoubtedly pocket the money. This is why he crumpled the receipt and threw it away. I asked him to cancel the purchase and he said he couldn't and that I'd have to wait until $40 worth of purchases were made by other customers before he could give me my money. Needless to say it was 11:30pm and there were no other customers around......... He then lied and said he only had $20 in his register and I told him that I doubted that. After pressing him more, he said he had more but that he needed it for the night. After more pressing he reluctantly gave me my money. All the time he kept pointing at this hand scribbled sign that said "no cash back" that was taped up by the register. I suggested that they put the sign on the CC machine or remove the "cash back" prompt all together. On my way out of the door he tells me that maybe I should read the sign next time......oh hell no! I continued to walk out but told him to FO. He then started cursing at me. I asked him for his name and like a child he shows me "Bally" on shirt and tells me to take a picture of it. Now after reading a few other reviews of this location I'm going to take a wild leap and say this kid is the son or some other relative of the stores owner. That might account for his arrogance when I asked for his name. I sent in a complaint on the AM PM web sight a few days ago but haven't heard anything back. Until I do, I guaranty I will not use ANY AM PM location for any purchases. read more

Very rude business owner and cashier. I went in to get redeem my winning scratchers total of 5 winning $18 and fill my gas tank. The cashier said you need to scratch the bottom off in a rude tone of voice. I was like scratched the bottom off. I said okay and did it. Then he put them through the machine and then he came back to the counter. He said you have $14 I said no the machine says $18 and I counted it. He insisted he was right. I asked for my tickets back and then he said here is one more. He had kept it on the bottom of all the tickets. No sorry no anything - then the owner gives me this dirty look like I did something wrong. I was not the one who was trying to steal from one of your customers. Get that right bud!! Never again will I step foot in this location. read more

This is absolutely the worst place to stop for gas. The owner is rude and has zero concept of customer service. I used cash instead of my debit card, since this was an unfamilar station and BIG mistake! My $20 got jammed in their self service machine and at first, the clerk was trying to tell me that it doesn't take cash. ??? Then he tries to give me some form to fill out rather than fixing the situation. The owner refused to refund! Sounds like a scam to me. Stay away from this Arco station! read more

This is actually the WORST ARCO IN TOWN! Its right next to that park filled with homeless and every single time I have been there I get hit up for money or cigarettes, one guy even knocked on my car window. Its ridiculous how that area of town has run rampant with homeless. I have been asked for money at the jack in the box, arco and the taco trucks in that area its freaking ridiculous......I stay away from that side of town. read more
