He was extremely rude and was using foul language and accusing me of trying to use red dye diesel in my passenger car. My car has a transfer tank inside the trunk that is connected to the filler neck of my car. I offered to show him the system and to prove I was not lying and I was not going to be using the red dye diesel on public roads. But he said, and I quote "gtfu out of here I'm not buying that bull $h*t" now I have to drive all the way to Napa to fill up my transfer tank because of the cashiers complete incompetence.

I specifically requested vacuuming and cleaning of upholstery, floor mats, and dashboard. I had some severe upholstery staining. I didn't expect the stains to fully come out, but it's clear that they didn't even TRY to clean them, even a little. The upholstery was not even damp. And there are floor and other areas that are still FILTHY. This place is awful. This is what my car interior still looks like $48 plus tip later. What a ripoff. UPDATE: I just noticed that the cashier, "Sergio," never specified "upholstery cleaning" on my receipt. I don't know if it was supposed to be included in the original package, but I do recall I had tried to pay for just the $16 basic wash and all other services à la carte because I wanted certain ones (upholstery cleaning) and not others (clearcoat and fancy tire treatments). He said the $40 wash package had everything I needed except the interior mats, which I could add à la carte, so I did that. But he also seemed not very attentive to what I was asking for. I had to keep repeating my specific cleaning requests -- and yet still ended up with a dirty car.

I had just purchased one a few days prior, but they said it was defective, and they would return it for me and replace it. It's possible right? I told them I needed a diagnostic and that the battery was new. They never ran the diagnostic, but instead charged me over $200.00 for getting another battery and putting it in. I could have, (and previously did), done that myself. Meanwhile, my car continued to have starting problems because they did not take the time to find out what the real problem was. Which is why I took my car there in the first place. Find another mechanic.
