It's really easy to get gas somewhere else and moving forward, I will be getting gas elsewhere. A simple flip of a switch could've saved a customer.

And lastly I just felt like her tone and the was she was was unruly it's 745am. I don't know why it would kill her to turn on the air first. I just left and went to pump gas at ARCO. I was going to return what I bought but honestly I didn't feel like scooping down to her level and being petty. She Seriously needs to be put on a later shift if she's going to be talking to people the way she did and calling them liars. Looks like she's not a morning person.

The guys here have two important qualities that I look for in a mechanic. 1. They're competent. 2. They're honest. They've never tried to upsale me unneeded services, in fact they have told me that I don't require services I have requested, and every time they catch something going wrong, they'll show me the problem. They've diagnosed several mystery issues I've had with my vehicles and got them running right. They have fair pricing on their parts and labor with a solid garuntee on their work. And I feel better paying local workers in my community than stuffing more miney into an international corporation for frankly poorer service.

I believe we have found it! Dave and Michele Tanguay and Tech James really filled the bill. We had a wiring issue with our lights. They diagnosed and repaired it all the while keeping us in the loop about the progress. What could not be repair was our cruise control and they said as much and didn't charge for trying. I paid all the fees,…read moreand attempted to order online because I do not give them an autopay access because they charge entirely too much given the tank rental fees and then all of the other associated fees that make propane unaffordable. So - I tried to order online only to have my order status say that I needed to call customer service to place my order -- but they still charged me for the gas and all of the other fees and placed it as a "credit" on my account. The service is now ordered but will not be delivered for 7 days. When it is delivered they insist on a leak check that will cost $150 for them to see that my one device will start once the gas is delivered ~ $150 that will only require that they look in and see that the gas stove lights. In the end, I will probably either convert my stove and water heater to electric or change to a new propane company. Amerigas does not have any programs for unemployed or disabled persons and as a utility company should be required to make accommodations for such accounts. The representative is given the stupidest closing for their greeting despite my disatisfaction - "Thank you for being a valued member of the Amerigas family"

However, emails generated after placing online orders, do not always reflect the agreed to pricing. this will then require a phone call to customer service were the dialect by those trying to assist customers is challenging at best to understand and the upsell from customer service when there is a considerable effort in not honoring the online pricing is unnecessary but a frequent condition when utilizing AmeriGas services.
