The employee refused to help and told me they "stop propane after dark" and that I needed to come back tomorrow. I explained that I couldn't because I was leaving early in the morning and was just asking for a little understanding and customer service. He didn't care whatsoever and just repeated that he didn't want to do it. The frustrating part is that it was obvious the tank COULD have been filled, this wasn't about inability, it was about unwillingness. No compassion, no attempt to help, no effort to make a sale or take care of a customer. Just complete indifference. A business with 1.7 stars on Yelp clearly has a reputation for a reason, and after this experience I understand why. Customer service goes a long way, and this place has none. Instead of helping someone out for a few minutes, they lost a customer permanently. I'll definitely be warning friends and family to avoid this place. Definitely DON'T buy propane here. And honestly, with gas stations on the other two corners of the intersection, take your business anywhere else. Whether it's for gas, diesel, a drink in the convenience store, or even a snack, I'd recommend supporting one of the other stations because I'm sure they would appreciate you as a customer far more than this place does. I had a propane tank that was a different size and couldn't just do a standard cylinder exchange somewhere else, which is why I needed a reliable place to fill it. Instead, I got terrible service and zero willingness to help.

The first time I was told it couldn't be filled because it was almost dark and the employee was working alone. Tried again a few weeks later and was told to wait by the large propane tank. After a while employee comes out and then tells me he can't fill it up because he's busy and working alone and to come back another day. Made a point to tell him their customer service is awful and I won't be coming back for propane or gas for that matter ever again.

My car seemed to respond well to this brand but its not my first choice. While the prices for gas this day weren't terrible, you'll most likely be paying a high price for the quality of gas you get. And evenmoreso, if you're looking for a snacks inside the store, you'll be paying a premium. Your best bet is to stop by the local store. Prices here for any of the food inside the store are high but for the drinks, it's pretty on average. You can get bags of ice, coffee, beer, use the restroom, play the lotto etc. Staff were quick to grab my receipt and to check me out when I came. Wouldn't see they were friendly but more like efficient at their jobs. Its located in a plaza next to a starbucks and other chain stores in the vicinity. Which makes getting in and out of it, not the easiest.

If you want the most expensive gas in town and to be price gouged with a side of bullshit, Chevron is the place to be. Blaming Sacramento and playing political games at the pump when it's Trump's fault gas is so expensive is what urged me to write this review. It's a gas station, it does the job. I'd give it five stars if it didn't charge more than everyone else by a big factor and staid out of politics. Much less lies. (It's highly inappropriate to be blaming Sacramento for gas taxes we voted for that pay for our roads when their price gouging and the war their candidate started is the reason for the cost.) My next car will be an EV. Chevron can die.

Which is a big change for a convenience store of any kind which goes to show why they get 5 stars. They have everything from healthy snacks to chonky snacks. Coffee, and drinks. Hands down THE BEST ICE ON THE PLANET! Sonic has lost its crown to Circle K and their ice! Staff isn't pushy at all but will always inform you if the product you're buying is on sale if you buy more than one. They have gas pumps & clean restrooms. Seriously worth the stop for any of your needs! Shout out to Preston, Suran and Brenda working today!

Circle K: Where Common Sense Goes to Die…read more It's absolutely ridiculous that at 50 years old, I'm still getting carded at Circle K because corporate doesn't trust their own employees to make a simple judgment call. I'm not flattered -- I'm insulted. This isn't about following the law; it's about blind, lazy policy-making from a company that would rather treat everyone like a teenager than empower their staff to use basic human logic. The worst part? Watching an elderly woman with a walker get turned away because she didn't have her ID. She had to walk all the way back to her car empty-handed while the clerk apologized with their hands tied. That's not safety -- that's corporate cowardice hiding behind a policy and calling it "compliance." Circle K, your refusal to trust your own employees creates embarrassing, even dehumanizing experiences for your customers. It's pathetic. Grow up and fix it.
