The first time I was told it couldn't be filled because it was almost dark and the employee was working alone. Tried again a few weeks later and was told to wait by the large propane tank. After a while employee comes out and then tells me he can't fill it up because he's busy and working alone and to come back another day. Made a point to tell him their customer service is awful and I won't be coming back for propane or gas for that matter ever again.

Traffic flow in and out and wait times are usually better than most other Costco's no matter the time of day. For some reason even when packed it is less stressful than going to another one (specifically Carmel Mt.) The staff is always nice and helpful at all Costco gas stations we've been to. Prices are less than our other local gas stations for sure. There are some comparable on Poway road if paying cash but overall Costco has better gas prices.
