Prices here for any of the food inside the store are high but for the drinks, it's pretty on average. You can get bags of ice, coffee, beer, use the restroom, play the lotto etc. Staff were quick to grab my receipt and to check me out when I came. Wouldn't see they were friendly but more like efficient at their jobs. Its located in a plaza next to a starbucks and other chain stores in the vicinity. Which makes getting in and out of it, not the easiest.

Blaming Sacramento and playing political games at the pump when it's Trump's fault gas is so expensive is what urged me to write this review. It's a gas station, it does the job. I'd give it five stars if it didn't charge more than everyone else by a big factor and staid out of politics. Much less lies. (It's highly inappropriate to be blaming Sacramento for gas taxes we voted for that pay for our roads when their price gouging and the war their candidate started is the reason for the cost.) And might I add too, the pumps are kept spotless. I just wish the people who go there got it together and realize it's shameful to yell or disrespect the gas station staff. Which is a big change for a convenience store of any kind which goes to show why they get 5 stars. They have everything from healthy snacks to chonky snacks. Coffee, and drinks. Hands down THE BEST ICE ON THE PLANET! Sonic has lost its crown to Circle K and their ice! Staff isn't pushy at all but will always inform you if the product you're buying is on sale if you buy more than one. They have gas pumps & clean restrooms. I'm not flattered -- I'm insulted. This isn't about following the law; it's about blind, lazy policy-making from a company that would rather treat everyone like a teenager than empower their staff to use basic human logic. The worst part? Watching an elderly woman with a walker get turned away because she didn't have her ID. She had to walk all the way back to her car empty-handed while the clerk apologized with their hands tied. That's not safety -- that's corporate cowardice hiding behind a policy and calling it "compliance." Circle K, your refusal to trust your own employees creates embarrassing, even dehumanizing experiences for your customers. It's pathetic. Grow up and fix it.

I was in and out of this gas station in a flash. I had read that this Costco had the shortest gas…read morelines and they were not joking. The line can easily protrude into the intersection, however the line is much shorter than other Costco's that have the same problem. The gas prices here were higher than what I thought they'd be ~$4.98 a gallon for regular, but I hadn't gassed up in minute so the prices could be similar at other Costco locations. I was pleased to see that this location also has a car wash, however I did not opt for the additional $7.99 for the wash. Have a wonderful day and thanks for reading.

He did not warn us that once the ticket runs through the machine like that it is voided for any additional plays. My wife asked him to print one play for each of those numbers he voided out for tonight's draw which I thought was a fair resolution. His response was to call my wife a gambling addict as he smiled. There are several other 7-11 stores in Poway, avoid this one! I don't appreciate anyone insulting my wife over a simple matter of customer service which he found to be a slight inconvenience. I will complain to the lottery office and give this man his wish as he said he wished there was no lottery machine in his store. People who want a lottery ticket will buy their cokes and hot dogs at the next 7-11 down the road. Too bad for this owner.
