This circle k ins on main st hwy 78 in Ramona California. Thursday they have 40 cents of gas. The have food deals . Its a small store . But they do have a good selection of pop water beer food chips. The staff are polite . I been going in and out of this store over the years . I be back. read more

It's a shame that the "cashiers" have to make customers feel bad if they ask to be rung up instead of using the self-checkout. Heaven forbid if they actually have to do their job! Instead of having employees stand over the self checkout machine instructing customers how to use it, have them do it themselves! It's much faster and probably more efficient. After all, they probably went through training to become a cashier. The customer hasn't! Perhaps if they had to actually wait on customers, they wouldn't have to cop such an attitude! Gas stations have a nack for attracting the most interesting peolpe due to the reasonably priced junk food. My visit was interesting. The sun was shining, birds chirping and children's laughter was surrounding me. The kids and I went in to get the 88cent any size slushy drink. Everything was magical until we walked out the door. A dark cloud was over this store and i have to tell you I just about lost it. I held my kids close and side stepped to the car. Men with no shirts and tattoos smoking and jumping around. One man was walking toward the back wearing plastic bags as shoes. A lady with small amounts of clothes on hair in a side pony tail with questionable marks on her arms. Uh!!! We got to the car and drove off and there was quite, which didn't not last long because kids are curious about everything. I went there again and it was okay, a lot less scary. read more

This might be a little old, but I'm in a yelping mood today and HAD to write this one. Hi, my name is Alicia and I am addicted to Circle K fountain drinks. There...I've said it. I literally have to have a soda from Circle K (Pepsi, accept no substitutions) every day. There are other stores that try to fill my need, but nothing fills the bill like the foam cups from Circle K, filled 3/4 of the way with cubed (NOT crushed) ice and ice cold fizzy Pepsi. You can't beat the price and the drinks stay cold forever, even in the hot Ramona summer. I realize that I can get my Circle K fix anywhere, but I have a special spot in my heart for this one. I was walking my daughter to school one morning when she tripped on the sidewalk and skinned her knees and arms and split her lip. I was literally right in front of Circle K, so I ran in and frantically asked for some ice. The amazing older lady behind the counter not only gave me ice, but a bag and towels. It was such a nice gesture and I can't believe I didn't think of it until now. You rock, Circle K. I'll always be a fan. read more

Omg! I went into the store and got a drink and my grandson wanted one of those drinks that has the cheritors on it that is way over priced I told him no but another customer gave him the 3.00$ for it and I told the cashier that I would pay the. 04¢ off my card she had the 3.00 . Then all the sudden she gave me back the money after she charged the whole amount to my card. She and the assistant mgr don't know procedure how to reverse the charge is what they say. These people need to get on the ball on knowing how to run a business. read more

If you could eliminate the amount of tweakers this place holds past 8 pm, id probably rate it a 4 star. Other than that the store isn't organized to the convenience of the customers. Nice lady behind counter. But, she must have been recently stung by the ABC. Cuz she was a bit nuts about buying alcohol. I mean WOW she was over the edge on very little technicalities. my daughter pushed all the items across the counter so the clerk could reach them to scan, after I placed the wine bottle on the counter. Ok, people buying something in your store deserve eye contact and a bathroom! I will pass by any circle k to avoid rude ignorant employees.

All of the ladies who work here are nice, but Keith is no good. He isn't helpful at all. He didn't want to refill anything or do anything and he told us more than once it was because his shift was over. He was rude, and slow, and even told us "I'm about to be off, ask the other guy" who was no where to be found. It's a shame he doesn't take his job more seriously. I'll stick to coming in during the day for my .89 Thristbuster when one of the nice ladies is there to actually do her job. read more
