I was there every week for a while and never had a problem getting someone to help me, I never even had to leave my car. There are eight gas pumps and the prices are always lower than the nearby gas stations. The pumps are open 24 hrs a day which is great! They have a discount card if you ask one of the attendants which takes 30 cents off the listed price. They also have a happy hour discount between 6pm-8am every day for 40 cents off. If you have a discount card they will give you an additional 10 cents off. It is great they have so many discounts on gas especially since gas is over $4 these days.

When I came inside, despite their being a restroom with a locked door on the exterior of the building, the cashier told me that there were no restrooms. I get that it's up to a business to allow for customers to use their restrooms, but when you are a gas station along the highway it just feels wrong to not have that as a service. Just beware that if you choose to stop here, it's very bare bones, and there are no public restrooms.

Today my son had a small accident at their gas station. The woman, Dela, who claims to be the manager, told me son, she knew what to do and took pictures of his license and insurance card before allowing him to call his parents. She told him, "this happens all the time," and sent him on his way. Who tells a kid what to do and doesn't allow him to call someone who's looking out for their best interest. My son left there thinking he did the right thing, without taking pictures or calling me because that's what she told him to do. (Now he should have been smarter, but he was overwhelmed.) People who manipulate kids when they're scared and upset are awful. I expect better in our small community.

I stop by The Loop when I need to grab something. It has been remodeled and they do a great job keeping it clean. They have a big selection of drinks and snacks. I like how visible everything is in the fridge section. The staff is always nice and helpful.

Shell is a Top Tier major fuel brand, and has a reputation for being pricey gas. I was at this Shell/ Loop Market at about 850pm on a Tuesday. The car wash was closed, so I couldn't review that. The food mart was very clean and well organized. It looks like they were doing re-stocking or maybe an inventory count. I was looking for something to eat, and Oh Look! They have hotdogs! $1.99 for 1/4-lb hotdog. So I asked for a hotdog for two reasons: (1) I like their hotdogs, and (2) I wanted to see how he serves it to me. I told the clerk about my weird hotdog experience at the Loop Market in Daly City last week. He didn't know why they served hotdogs like that. The clerk served the hotdogs on buns, on their own paper tray. Very nice, but the buns weren't fresh. The actual hotdog was fresh and juicy, and probably still within it's holding time for best quality. So in general, a good experience at this Shell station. The food mart is equipped with modern dispensers and fresh food tables. Also, lots of packaged foods are available. Note: Posted sign says no pump assistance for disabled persons at this station.

Today they have signs on three pumps saying that you have to go inside to pay. It happens a lot. Update on 5/8/27: the pump tells me to go in and see the attendant. I go inside and the attendant is rubbing off scratchers for s customer and doesn't want to sell me gas. Go figure.
