As it started spraying my car with soap and then more soap and then water, I realized that it was missing the series of brushes that scrubs your car. I paid $14 for Chevron on Rowland Way to spray soap twice, water, and blow dry to keep my car dirty. I am upset that they even allowed me to pay for a car wash when there wasn't any wash provided. I am disappointed that my car is still dirty . Lastly, I feel really robbed by Chevron. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND DO NOT GET FOOLED WITH THEIR CAR WASH AS I DID!!!!

Upon entering the…read morewash bay, it immediately became apparent that the equipment is not "new" and more importantly, was not functioning properly. The wash consisted of only water and brushes. Additionally, one of the internal components was visibly spraying water abnormally, suggesting mechanical malfunction. I went inside to inform the cashier, Oscar, that the wash was not working correctly and asked for either a refund or a coupon to return once the wash was repaired. His response was dismissive and unprofessional. He asked to inspect my vehicle and then stated, "It looks clean to me." My vehicle was only lightly dusty to begin with -- the point of the wash was not to remove heavy grime, but to receive the full wash treatment I paid for. Had I simply sprayed my car with a hose at home, it would look identical. I reiterated that I paid for a service that was not delivered and again requested a refund or future wash. Oscar refused and offered no resolution other than to call the 800 number for Loop. Read the reviews, nothing is going to change, looks like this same thing has been happening for years and the owner (Nancy) doesn't care.
