Terrible experience at Wash Tub - New Braunfels location…read more On the morning of June 30th, I took my red Ford F-150 (Illinois plates) to the Wash Tub at 1054 N Business I-35, New Braunfels, TX. After getting my truck washed, I drove home only to find significant damage to the rear driver's side fender--damage that was definitely not there before the wash. I immediately contacted the location. The manager called me back and claimed there was "no evidence" that the damage occurred there and that my truck was already damaged when I arrived--which is completely false. I then asked to review the video footage of my vehicle, which he claimed to have watched. He refused to share it with me and said it was "too difficult to get" because they'd have to "call New York." This is absolutely unacceptable. It's clear they are avoiding accountability, and their refusal to provide video footage raises serious concerns about how they handle customer complaints. Zero responsibility, zero customer care. I will be pursuing further action through my insurance and a formal investigation. I urge others to think twice before trusting this place with your vehicle. Very disappointed.
