Perhaps, that will change after my review but for now, this is my local neighborhood gas station. If you live in the Ustick & Eagle Road area, your choices for gas stations are several blocks east or west or going further south on Eagle Rd and then have to contend with those idiotic yellow concrete " Disneyland attraction " barriers. First of all, I LOVE that Executive members can go from 9-10 am weekdays before the rush starts. Second, I never have to wait to get gas, as long as I'm willing to use the pump on the opposite side of my gas door. There was one member at the optical desk being helped by a female employee. I was fortunate enough to be helped by Sergey, a licensed optician (I didn't know that Costco employed opticians). He knew just what to do and took my bent frames with the lens popped out and put it all together to make my glasses as good as new. Thank you Sergey!!! Overall, I love my Costco, and in the nearly year and a half since we moved to Idaho, and a year or more after my last review, I have had very good experiences. One last example: the woman helping us to return some items later in the day (yes, I went to Costco twice in a day) was VERY nice.

The new initiative is to self check out and get in line. What the suits and ties didn't factor was how big that line would get with all the customer's carts. There is no 'parking lot' for the carts so the line to hand off the receipt to the food court person is simply unorganized and chaotic.
