Glad it was my first stop! Definitely worth it. Will do business again. THANKS.

DO NOT USE AFFORDABLE TRANSMISSION in Kuna, Idaho. I had my…read moretransmission rebuilt 5 years ago. And it is now undriveable. They only gave me a1 year warranty. Most places give you 3 to 5 yrs. First of all, the are not affordable. They were more then every place I've recently got a bid. I paid 5400.00 5 yrs. ago. To start off, the first time i took my truck there, i had a small problem and the mechanic started to fix it with a zip tie.i walked into the office and had them fix it right. That should have been a red flag. Then i took it my truck back to have my transmission rebuilt. When ipicked it up, i asked the guy in the office if the same guy that did my last repair was the same guy that rebuilt my transmission. He said yes. I knew right then i was going to have problems. About 1 1/2 years later i started having problems. Hi rpms before it would shift, rough shifts, not shifting at all over 3000 rpms. I definitely would not recommend this place and i see lots of other complaints in yelp also. DO NOT USE AFFORDABLE TRAMSMISSION. I'm sure you will regret this choice...! JEFF

I will always take my vehicle here from now on!! Oh yeah, the cost was so very reasonable.

My wife and I were first time customers of Driven Automotive. We recently moved to the area and…read morewere looking for a professional automotive mechanic to build a relationship with. Driven Automotive exceeded expectations. The barometer for me is always customer service. From the first impression, service writer Steve Lee knocked it out of the park. I requested service on my vehicle on short notice and Steve was kind enough to place me on a waitlist. Not expecting a call back, he did indeed and squeezed my vehicle in the next day. The Driven Automotive facilities are modern, well maintained, and make it obvious that customer impressions matter to them. Steve conveyed clear understanding of our maintenance needs and gave us clear expectations. Ultimately, Driven Automotive didn't try to upsell me on service not readily needed and provided solid advice and guidance on potential future service. The credibility already established from the first phone call gave me confidence that Driven Automotive are pros interested in letting their work product and reputation be their greatest selling point. We were really impressed and planning to be loyal customers moving forward with all our vehicles!
