My only little pet peeve is when I ask where something is and get an "I think it's over there..." Costco is HUGE and can get super busy, so being sent in the wrong direction can turn into quite the adventure! I'd much rather someone double-check if they aren't sure. What really stood out during my last visit was how kind and accommodating the staff was when I lost my keys. My husband ended up having to bring me my spare, and I didn't get the call that my keys had been found until about 7:30 the next morning--but I was SO relieved they were found! Definitely saved me the hassle and expense of ordering another spare. This Costco is consistently clean, nicely stocked, and has a great team. Definitely my go-to location!

I had one chicken in my cart and she was extremely rude to me. Not to mention they're not allowing the food card to pay for hot chicken so I had to remove it once a month ago when I came in and their computer system is so insane that they're incapable of removing one item. I had to rescan everything in my cart. Rude service horrible staff and just the worst. We don't pay membership fees to be treated like this. The disrespect is so serious and good luck if you wanted one item from the food court it's a 30 mins wait minimum and that's with calling ahead for our pizza last time as well. If you're going to charge people to shop there at least treat them with dignity and respect. You can go ahead and refund my membership fee we won't be back

I give this a store 0/5 rating. My friend and I were traveling and stopped at a Chevron gas…read morestation At 2805 N McCarran, Sparks, Nevada. I was in the car while my friend pumped the gas. I heard my friend scream, and jumped out of the car to find her covered in gasoline from top to bottom. I went into the store, owed by Jacksons (Meridian, ID) and told the clerk what had happened. The store clerk said, "this is not the first time this happened." My friend has pumped gas for more than 35 years. she said the pump stopped at $21 something, she pulled out the pump and it gushed out like a hose. My friend washed up in their bathroom and removed the gas soaked clothes. With limited change of clothes she had to wrap a towel around her waist and walk through a Peppermill Resort Hotel like this. The clerk said she reported the problem with the pump right away but I saw a car pull up after us and pump gas at the same pump. When I returned back to our hotel I contacted Jacksons and left a message regarding this incident. The next morning I spoke to the Jacksons store manager, Larry Bechard regarding this incident. He wouldn't even listen to us, was argumentative and said the store clerk had a different story. My friend was quite distraught over this incident and now being accused of client error. We also spoke to Tim Morris, District Mgr regarding this incident. They refuse to admit any wrong doing. Did not offer to pay for her clothing and purse. He said the pump technician checked the pump and there is no problem. Why would the clerk say "this is not the first time this has happened." He made it out that it was my friends fault. Also I learned that this is not a Chevron owned station, they just use Chevron gas. I asked Jackson's store for a small amount of $250.00 to cover her clothing expenses without admitting wrong. They said they would give my friend a $100 Chevron gift card. What a slap in the face. Terrible customer service, poor reflection on Chevron as they said it is not their pump, it is up to Jacksons store.

You know that you are paying higher prices than you could if you went to a big box grocery store, but it's "convenient", right? Well, think about paying the "Everyday low price" of Walmart inside that "convenient" store. That's right, at Walmart's fuel station you get Walmart prices... Need milk? $1.88 not $2.99 like other stores! Also, they have fun stuff from the main store such as: Deli food, yogurts, eggs, bakery items-- all at the low Walmart price. So if you purchase bad candy, stale chips or flat beer here, good luck because they will not stand behind their product. So stupid for a $2 candy bar.
