Purchased 4 new tires with a break and alignment inspection. Tires were put on with no problems but…read morewhen asked about the alignment and the break inspection we were told that the alignment was good and so were the breaks. However, when asked for the alignment report I was told that "the alignment printer was broken". Additionally I was told that the breaks were great but we already knew they had considerable wear. After, we asked the manager if the printer was broken and he said no. We then talked to the previous employee that gave us the update on the breaks we told him that his manager said the printer was working fine so we asked for the alignment data. The employee then said the brakes and the alignment was not actually checked. He lied. We then requested the inspection. Once completed, and a data sheet on the alignment was given to us we asked for a discount on the alignment from the manager for waisting our time and lying to us. The manager denied to negotiate so we will take our business elsewhere. I've had great service from Les Schwab in the past from other locations but I'm incredibly disappointed. Les Schwab did not stay true to their slogan.

They did but then the TPMS sensors would not take a program, so they didn't work. Because of this, they did not charge me one time. I took the trailer into the GMC dealer in Newport and they programmed them. They work perfectly now. GM said the characterization software that GM has is proprietary, so there was no way for Les Schwab to program them. I certainly don't fault Les Schwab for that. They are also great people and a pleasure to do business with. They are fantastic!
