Plenty of snacks and a ton of great stuff for coffee and such. One complaint - the men's bathroom isn't nearly big enough. There's just one stall and one urinal. Honestly, the ladies bathroom queue moved quicker which is unusual.

I rarely see people get away with cutting lines but this one takes the cake. I brought it to her attention he cut the line, she just continued to ring him up. I'm going to follow up my Yelp buddy Frank T's 6/7/2018 review and say that I agree with him…read more Compared to numerous other QuikTrip stores I've visited over the past decade in metro Atlanta and along interstates in North and South Carolina, this QT at 316 and Winder Hwy in Dacula could use a facelift. It's not Generation 3 and those became the norm for QT beginning in 2012. This is QT store #766. It's popular and busy because of its location. It's situated roughly halfway between Atlanta and Athens. I visited this location to fill up on my way from Atlanta to nearby Winder to play golf at The Chimneys Golf Course. I was a little surprised at how busy this place was on a Saturday morning before 8am. It was really busy, inside and out. While here, I saw two different meetups, one of which looked like an import scene meetup. An import scene meetup before 8am on a Saturday? Maybe they were headed somewhere. The gas station has 20 pumps. This one even has a separate filling area for semis (truck diesel). I usually only see those at QTs off an interstate. Like other QTs in metro Atlanta, maybe they should build a new, bigger one nearby and close this one down. This one might be too small for the area now. It looks like there's enough land for them to expand on the current lot or build across the highway(s). It'd be nice if they created access to this QT from 316. As of right now, if you're on 316, you have to turn at the light and enter from Winder Hwy. All in all though, an OK QT. And I'm a fan of QT.

It's a big accessibility issue because the only entrance is a side entrance. Oh, wait - it gets better. If you turn right on Rock Springs to try and turn left into RaceTrac, you might get a ticket if there's police there - because there's *double yellow lines*. You have to literally go down Rock Springs, make a u-turn somewhere, and turn RIGHT into the store to make a legal turn. 3) The gas pumps often don't have my receipts - and I have to go stand in line inside to get them. 4) There's almost always just 1-2 people working, and the lines are always super long when I go in. Otherwise, the store is decently clean. But they really need to step up their game, especially with the new QT down the road.

The convenience store is well stocked with snacks and drinks including coolers of sodas and juices, a huge selection of slushie options, roller grill hot dogs with unlimited toppings, lots of sweet and salty snacks and a section of grab-and-go fresh foods. Either way ; I recently get something to eat and take a break while I'm doing Uber eats. I went to approach the kiosk to order me something to eat because I was hungry. Usually, I was stopping right chat because I am employee Racetrac and one thing about Racetrac. If you thought we strive on guest service, I know I should have probably not been here, but it was on the way so I went anyway. The roller grill food looked fantastic and all options were Available for use. I don't remember the girls name in the kitchen, but I know it started with a J she was very helpful. She was sweet and I truly enjoyed her great customer service as far as the cashiers. I can't say it was the best experience . hate complaining, but things are expensive and just eating and surviving it. The least you can do is not a robot now don't give me wrong. He did everything great it just felt like his demeanor . He didn't want me there. And I'm sorry I'm not trying to throw a race there, but she even gave me two coupons for a fountain drink and I thought that was really nice! He literally sounded like an AI robot. pretty sure he won't be reprimanded for this because he is white and it is what it is . This is the WORST gas station that I've been to. The cashier working here is extremely rude…read more 1. From the moment I walked into the store until I left, the cashier was constantly talking on the phone which was on a loud speaker. 2. When I asked him for the alto vape pod, he looked genuinely bothered and told me to just "go get it." What's the point of having a cashier's counter? So I had to go behind the counter and get an item that was like 3 feet away from him. 3. No receipt or even an offer of receipt. He was busy talking on his phone. 4. The marked price for the item was $13.49, but the packaging says $3.50 off. So, obviously the final price before tax should be $9.99, but when I finally get the receipt, its marked as $10.10 each. When I told the cashier about it, he thinks I'm the crazy one and tells me to do the math. What the hell??? 5. When I showed him on my calculator how $13.49 - $3.50 = $9.99, he first tells me some gibberish about how the computer registers the price as such, and that when I told him that the price is wrong, he gives ME an attitude?? He was like why are you fussing about small change? Wtf?! 6. As I'm proceeding to leave the store, he taps on the counter, looks at me straight in the eye and says something in his own language. I don't understand his language, but I'm pretty sure from context that it's probably not something nice 7. Even at this point he refuses to get off the phone. I now understand why this place has such low ratings.

This is QuikTrip store #786 located just off I-985 Exit 4 in Buford. This is an older QT, i.e. not…read moreone of the newer Generation 3 stores that began popping up in the Atlanta metro starting in 2012. However, I believe the inside has been renovated because it features a QT Kitchens in the back which provides fresh ready-made foods daily. While I'm spoiled by the Gen3 QTs, the older gen QTs (including this one) still get the job done. This location is busy and for good reason. It's spacious and clean, inside and out, including the restrooms. There are 24 fuel pumps. The gas is inexpensive, there's free air for your tires, and service is good. The store is open 24/7. QT reminds me of Chick-fil-A in that the company does a great job training their staff to provide excellent customer service. They're neatly dressed in their signature red polos, warmly greet every customer they come across, and keep the property looking tidy. This QT has a sizable corner greenspace and I saw one employee combing the ground for litter. If you're getting back on the highway after filling up here, it's best to exit directly onto Buford Dr. If you exit the property via Satellite Blvd, you'll be forced to make a U-turn since Satellite is divided and has a concrete median.
