Wow. Just wow. Stopped by here after shopping at the Walmart just behind it (on the corner of Blue Diamond and Rainbow Blvd.). I needed some gas, but while I was here I noticed they had 3 - 25-ounce cans of Bud Light Lime for $5.50 plus tax. Pretty good deal, right? So, I decide to pick up the 3 can deal. This was less than an hour ago (around 2:30 pm on 8/9/23). The middle-aged Asian lady working the register was extraordinarily rude. I can't believe what i just experienced at this place. It first rang up to $7.58 for the 3 cans. I mention the sign and the deal. She says. "that's not the right price". I told her there is a sign posted and if she wanted me to take it down. She doesn't believe me. We walk back to the cooler and she says that sign is wrong. The sign mentions that it is for the 25-ounce cans. Seems pretty cut and dry to me, but she is still unconvinced. I told her you have it posted and I want that price. She very hesitantly agrees to sell it to me at the price that is POSTED ON THE SIGN IN THEIR STORE. So, I add 14.50$ in gas to make it an even 20$. My credit card gets mysteriously declined....7 times in a row. I am absolutely convinced she was doing something on her end to kill the transaction because it would instantly decline. She had taken it personally (insane) and was trying her best to not sell me the beer at the posted price. Luckily, I had a 20$ bill on me and paid with that. You should have seen the sour look on her face. Little piece of advice: If you don't want to sell a product at that price, then maybe take the flipping signs down. I know it was only 2$ we're talking about here, but it is absolutely the principle of the matter. Not to mention being treated so rudely for expecting them to *gasp* honor the prices they advertise and have posted in their store. 1 star. read more

I hate giving 1 star reviews but I went to this gas station for 18 straight months. They stocked(well used to stock, general snus is mint). About 5-6 weeks ago, they must have got a new manager or went under new management because all of a sudden, they just stopped ordering or re stocking a product I've purchased every other day for a year and a half. To make it worse, i told the new manager/store clerk and this morning was my 7th trip to this gas station to leave empty handed when I've taken the necessary steps to make sure this product is stocked. Needless to say, management/ownership is terrible at inventory and running a business. Mark my words, I'll never step foot in this gas station again. It's unfortunate. read more

Whoever was working last night closed the entire gas station at 11:30pm ... with a sign in the door saying that the store will be closed from the hours of 2am-4am, correct me if I'm wrong, but 11:30 is NOT 2am.. then when trying to call the store to see their updated hours of business so this doesn't happen again, he doesn't answer the phone all night long, I try again in the morning, again no answer.. I try again at 8am, he finally answers!! He says "Hello" like he's answering his own personal phone.. I'm sorry, I thought this was a place of business? Who am I even calling right now? I reply with "uhhh hello?" And he says "can I help you?" And I say , "actually yes I was looking to speak with a manager" he replies with "there isn't one in the store right now" so I reply with "ok, and your name was?" And he straight hangs up on me. I enjoy the convenience of this location. It is a petrol station, along with a store, and a McDonald's. There are several bays for petrol. It is usually always clean. The prices are reasonable. The store interior was very clean, and fully stocked shelves. Plus it carries the tea I love ( Teavana) most stations don't carry it. read more

Gas light on!! Get gas now!! We pulled in and I decided to pay inside and grab some water as well. There was a long line but I thought they were just busy. I realized that their computer system was down, hence the long line to pay. I get technology sucks sometimes. Instead of staying calm and reassuring the customers that everything is being taken care of, the guy behind the counter was clearly getting frustrated. He was rubbing his face in panic, making exasperated noises and slamming his hands down on the counter. Like I said, I get technology sucks, but stay calm. Showing frustration just makes the customers frustrated and they end up leaving, which is exactly what I did. Advice to management, teach your employees stress management. It goes a long way. read more

What a worthless car wash. Purchased a $13.00 (best they offer) and my car looked as dusty as it did when I drove it in. When I went inside to tell one of the cashiers, he gave me a rewash. However, he acted like my vehicle was the problem. Insinuating that my car was very dirty. I never let my car get "dirty". Usually I go to the Terribles on Valley View and Sahara, where I always get a great car wash. I drive a Lincoln, and take pride in keeping my cars nice. I had to use my windshield cleaner just to get the dust off after the first wash even. Sorry I stopped, and won't ever again. read more

I grab some gas and attempt to buy a soda but the coke is out... Tell the lady working the cash register and she just shrugs her shoulders.. Wow... This is why I try and only stop at GREEN VALLEY GROCERY Stations.. Sure they a have few less locations but at least they're staffed properly and the people are helpful. read more

This store used to be the BEST IN TOWN. The employees cared about the store, and they cared about their customers. Tali, Diana and Wallace were amazing! They left to go to a new store, and the new staff is awful! Simply awful! They are not helpful at all, they let the store and parking lot get messy, and I swear it would kill them to smile. They are the least friendly staff I've ever encountered in a convenience store. UPDATE: 3/18 New staff has come in and I am happy to go to this store again. Gas station that also has a McDonald's attached to it, parking is a little hectic at times because of this; it could also be a little bit cleaner, but I'm guessing with the extra foot traffic from the McDonald's it's hard to keep up. read more

There's not much to say about your typical gas station but this one is fine. It's always packed and the prices are never the lowest in town (heck, you can find cheaper gas less than half a mile down the street) but it's on a busy corner, has 2 Redbox machines, sells fresh Krispy Kreme donuts and is attached to a McDonald's with a drive-thru. The station sells Chevron gas and they will take your Vons shopper's card for a gas discount -- you can save up to 20 cents off per gallon. read more

Went there this morning to get an oil change. The guy there insisted we needed synthetic oil which is double the price of semisynthetic oil. I told the guy when we get our oil change at the Acura Dealership they use semisynthetic and it's a lot less then what they were quoting us for synthetic oil. If there was a Acura Dealership closer we would have went there instead, but this was close and convenient. We couldn't justify paying more then double so We ended up going across the street which charged us $40, the same price as the Acura Dealership, instead of the $100 they were trying to charge us. read more

Chevron - Still dirty after the car wash!!! Ridiculous! - Gas Stations Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

On several occasion I have stopped at this location to refuel, and for the past five months every time I try and use my Chevron credit to save money, the automatic credit card for Chevron is unable to authorize purchase. I come to this station at least once a week. Although I could make a stop anywhere, this is my favorite. The main reason is the staff!! They are always busy, but still give great service not rushing you! There are 2 employees that are my favs-John and Wilbert. No matter if I'm having a bad day, I still walk out of there with a smile! Good car wash. Like how it doesn't hit the car at all, sprays it very thoroughly and good trying time. Only downside is you have to go over it with a towel afterwards but hey that's expected. read more

This was the worst car service and oil change experience I have ever had. They cost me more money in repairs. Later in the evening after we had our car serviced, our check tire pressure light came on and while driving down the freeway our tire blew. I had to buy a new tire. They supposedly had checked all of the tire pressure and changed the oil. A few weeks later I had to have a fan belt replaced in my car, and the shop that I took it to said that it looked like they had never changed the oil. read more

Always get my car washed here as I live down the street! Usually a line for the car wash since it is the touch free kind, better for the paint. Typically vacuum the inside of my cat here as well. I am a fan of both services the vacuum seems to last longer than most coin operated vacuums. Don't spend time inside so not sure about the employees. read more
