Maybe because it's kind of tucked away at the end of a strip mall but the explores and employees take pride in having the place stay clean. I feel like they could have a tad more assortment on drinks, candy, and snack. They probably have something adjacent to what you are hankering for so that's pretty nice! I like to grab the tall cans of Coke but they don't carry them. It's all good. I'm not supposed to be drinking soda. Definitely will be back!

This location has inconsistency with their service. The cashiers aren't the nicest or very welcoming. But I will say, they get you in and out. HEB has pretty much everything you need and I like that everything is well stocked and organized. Their meat department is the star of the show. There's also an area where they put out some hot and ready to eat meals. They have rotisserie chicken, chicken wings/bites etc. if you come early in the morning they put out some kolaches, sausage/bacon egg and cheese croissant, empanadas etc. If you're in the mood for sushi and don't wanna pay restaurant prices they also have a sushi station where you see them prepare it and you just grab and go. In addition to sushi, there's also spring rolls, dumplings etc. During crawfish season, they're outside selling ready to eat crawfish, you can also order them uncooked as well. So, in my opinion whoever is boiling up some crawfish needs major help on seasoning. It was bland, barely spicy and not saucy at all. No hint of Louisiana seasoning, old bay or zatarain's. Once I bring it home I have to doctor it up with my own seasonings cuz that ain't it. If you want cooked crawfish for an affordable price go to the HEB on beechnut. Overall, the location is fine. It's convenient and it gets the job done. I will say go early as possible because it's very busy during the afternoon/evening time. I usually go around 6:30am-7am and even at that time there's a good amount of people there. Will I come back? Yes.

This is one of my favourite gas stations, even though the air doesn't seem to work it and it ate up my money, and even though I have a few problems with the pumps and whatnot, but the prices are usually cheaper than most, and even though they're really busy and it can be a pain to get in and out of here, it's nice to have a cheap gas station over here right across from the store that I usually go to (HEB), and that's why I give them a good score.

I requested a refill of a prescription with their automated system…read more system replied that the prescription had no refills and they would have to call my doctor to get refill permission. After not hearing from cvs for about a week, I called the automated system again to get a status according to their computer they were still waiting for the doctors approval. My doctor has never been slow in granting approvals for refills so I was a bit confused, so I talked to my doctor office and they said the approval had been sent days ago. Anyway, I asked my Doctor to send the approval again so I had my medicine the next day. I use the automated system to check the status of my refill and it said my prescription was in refill status. Apparently One doesn't care to get one's prescription refill honored after the pharmacy gets the OK. It just changes the status to refill capable and so then I said OK fine automated system. Please refill this. Checked the status later and the status is we're working on it. It'll be ready in a while . No useful time. Couple of days later I checked the status on the prescription refill and it's still in. We're working on it status. I decide I need to talk to a person and ask for the pharmacist via their automated system. I don't know who I Actually got, may have been the pharmacist it may have been a clerk, but I complained that it was taking forever to get refilled and that person told me they couldn't refill it because they hadn't Gotten permission from the doctor yet. funny. They changed the status to refill then they the status again to. We're working on it and this person has the nerve to tell we're still waiting on the doCyprus permission. either somebody is grossly incompetent or a flat out liar. Check the status again today back in refill status. apparently that we're working on it status isn't operative anymore. I think I need to find a new pharmacy this totally unacceptable.

This is definitely a good location of CVS located by Kirkwood, although it can be a nightmare to get to over to the north side of the street, but it's useful having it over here when we happen to be here, and it's a pretty decent location for one of these awful big box pharmacies, and the parking lot is a little small but it's not bad. Believe it or not they're organic sweetener which is Agave, and it is really excellent and we can't really figure out why but it is. So we often come back just for that. It's cheaper than HEB and Walmart and tastes way better, even when it's not on sale. The Eckerd that was here before is now long gone, but you can find its replacement which is CVS which just bought it out, and it's not so different except for being more expensive, so if you're coming here looking for an Eckerd, don't come here, but if you're coming here looking for a pharmacy in general just keep on coming because it's a CVS with similarly high prices and basically the same products for the most part.
