I sometimes will stop in here to get my FREE Terrible's Tuesday item. It's not in the most convenient location from where I live but works out better for me if I need to run to the plaza across the street or the one up the street. Staff has always been nice, store is well stocked with items and is clean. I've used their car wash when it was FREE one Tuesday & had issues with it. It stopped working while I was in it so I had to drive out & go back in the store. When I had punched my code in I asked for a receipt & it didn't give me one. I explained to the cashier my issues & she was able to print me out another code. I like that it's touch free, meaning non of the brushes or equipment touches my car. Their PBR cans always have an old sale price tag on the column so when you go to purchase them they don't ring up the sale price that they're advertised at. This is due to the beer rep. not being on top of things. When I was in there this past Tuesday to buy one it was the incorrect size so I went back to the cooker to find the whole sleeve files with the wrong size advertised for .99. I told the cashier but she didn't seem to care or mention that it would be fixed. Be careful of this issue when buying drinks "on sale." I always take a picture of the tag to shows the cashier & they will sell it to you for the price advertised even though it's wrong. read more

This Chevron Gas Station/Terrible's Convenience Store is my go to for gas, brushless car wash, drinks and snacks. The staff are nice and friendly. The store is kept clean whenever I go and the items are always stocked up. I like it when the fountain beverage station/food station are clean, the counters are wiped down and there's no straw wrappers, etc laying around on the counters. The car wash area and vacuum station are decent and convenient. Some of the vacuum cleaners hardly have any strong suction power. However, they do need to do a daily check up on the gas station area for receipt papers or routine maintenance to see if they're working properly because there's times where I want my gas receipt and the Terrible Rewards coupons and I can't get them because the machine isn't working properly or out of paper. That's why the three stars. Other than that, no other issues and I will be back again and again. read more

The vacuum cleaners for the car wash are all out of service, and there's no sign telling you that they don't work! If I knew that don't work, I wouldn't used the drive through car wash! read more

I used to go for car washes all the time when they had two employees and they soaked your car down before the wash and hand dried it after. I have tried it multiple times since they switched over to the new equipment but today was the last straw. I got home and literally had to re wash my car since it missed both lower sides of my car and the back. I pay extra for no spots and the whole front of my car had spots. Don't waste your money here find another car wash. read more

I visited this location today to get gas. I tried the first pump and there was a problem with the pump all the gas spilled out. I was charged around $4.5. I went inside to report the issues but I was also afraid to start my car since there was gas all over the ground. A lady worker came out to inspect but she was quick to inform me that her shift hadn't even started and she has not clocked in yet. I told her "I don't know what to say, don't come to inspect. She went back in a Second Lady who was decent came out to put something like sand to cover the gas spill. I went to a second pump to try to get gas with the second worker who name was pearl watching me as I tried to pump gas, again the same thing all the gas spilled out. I asked her for a refund of the two charge which was around $8 total since I did not get any gas and she said her supervisor will have to give the refund. I went inside and the rude lady named Starr told me that she was doing me a courtesy of refund me $3 total to which I told her I didn't get any gas. She was quick to reply oh you didn't get any gas sarcastically. How would I know how much of got in and how much was spilled all I knew was most of the gas was on the ground. She refused to cancel the transactions and give me my money . She had me complete an incident report. As I was leaving another sarcastic remark of have a good day from Starr, I could tell from her tone. I told her I will dispute the charges with my credit card. I went to another chevron gas station near my house and was able to get gas without any problems. Customers be aware . This location is horrible they charge you without giving you the gas and the employees, specially that supervisor named Starr, she referred to herself as Starr with two RRs is rude and does not know anything about customer service. The irony was that the other employees witnessed the pump error and still they refused to make it right. With some many options to get gas it's smart not to alienate your customers . I will dispute the charge with my credit but I will also be sure not to visit this chevron station again. Your loss chevron!!! read more

In the last 3 months I have had to constant go inside to get my receipt. Today again. I was the only one in the store and the woman was sticking shelves and told me she'd be right there. I waited because I was getting a car wash. I asked her why they don't replace the tape. She said they do all the time. I told her number 2 needs replacing now. Still waiting for it to happen as I sit in the car wash line. Other cars using it and having to go inside or just not get a receipt. They aren't going to fix it because it's been broken for 2 months and she's not reporting it to management. I'm eager to see if they've replaced all the broken nozzles for the vacuum. Last time I came about half were broken. So disappointing. I used to be impressed with this Chevron. Not anymore. Update-vacuums half still not working and the ones that have tubes can't pick up anything. What a joke. I'm going back to Shell or hand wash. read more

OMG - Car Wash "Got To Get It Done" What a Necessity to be driving in a nice clean car, sparkling like a star in the sky at night! We all hate the dreaded thought about taking our car to the car wash, but we love it when its done! Well, the car wash at Chevron Get N Go, is actually easy, convenient, don't even have to get out of the car, and makes you Happy When Its Done. Been there a few times! :) Its not like most car washes, where you just drive through, it is actually manned with 2-3 guys that at the beginning clean your car off with soft brushes before it even starts the drive through with some more delicate brushes as they whisper in the wind "kinda like 50 hands washing your car at the same time". Makes for a 100% cleaner car. When driving through the car wash, I put on some old 70's music and totally enjoy the ride like i'm in the movies "grease". oops, your right, i'm aging myself. LOL! When you are done going through the washer part of the car wash, you then pull out and stop at a designated spot and the guys dry off those running water spots we always have. So Cool! So Complete! Then Stop off at the do it yourself vacuums and hit the inside. The prices are very very reasonable for a high class service, the staff is very professional, the vacuums are awesome, and I totally recommend a drive through of this car wash! Great Job Guys! I love how this Chevron is never busy, even on the weekends. I always drive up, pump my gas then bounce! They have been have legit window cleaners at each pump and the window cleaners actually work! Yay! The only issue I have about this gas station is getting out. From Horizon Ridge, during rush hour it's hard to get into the left turning lane to turn into Eastern. Just FYI. read more

This review is about the car wash. I've been getting my car washed here for at least a year, they recently have changed the car wash attendants. I was there yesterday and the two guys working there never made eye contact and when I pulled around to have them dry off the car like they've done every time, and then I tip them no less than $5. Lol, they did not look at my car, walk towards my car, let alone wipe the car down. There wasn't even another car there, they were too busy filling the buckets with water. Upside, I saved $5 and I'll go somewhere else next time. Sad part is I won't be getting gas there either, I really would go there just for the amazing car wash. read more

This was a really weird interaction with the employee working the cash register. So, I tried ordering a sandwich last night at 9:30 PM and was told by the Employee "Dustin" that the wait would be 20 minutes! What made this weird is there was no other customers in line but me. I asked him why it would take 20 minutes and he said he had to help other customers before me if they came in the store. Huh? I told him I was a paying customer just as much as the other ones were. He rolled his eyes and said he "understood" I asked him again why the wait to make a sandwich would take 20 minutes where there was NO ONE in line to "pay." His response was that he can't allow 7-8 people to wait while he makes a sandwich! Obviously if there was a long line I'd be happy to wait until you rung them up, but with NO ONE IN LINE I was was pretty shocked with the 20 minutes wait comment. Plus he lack of customer service sucked! He basically assumed 7-8 customers would walk into the store while he was making ONE sandwich and it would take 20 minutes to ring up those people who DIDN'T even exist. We've been buying these sandwiches for years where there was only one employee in the evening and have never been told it would take 20 minutes in an empty store. They've always made the sandwiches and asked if we could hold on if other customers walked in after us. The automated drive-thru CAR WASH IS THE BEST FOR THE PRICE!!! It starts off with an attendant, "pre-washing your car, giving it a nice scrub down first. Then, you are guided through the automated car wash. After being air dried in the automated car was, the attendant meets up with you again to hand dry your car with two microfiber cloths, finishing up your car. Those human touches make it so worth the &12.99 I paid and my car looks great now! read more

Good convient turn off S eastern or off Horizon Ridge if traveling East. Mid to high end price range. No additional charge using credit card at pump, so increased convenience. Was pretty open at 4 pm on a Tuesday, no line for pumps. Could use hand sanitizer for added sanitation. Pump ground has dried gasoline at multiple locations, so maybe not much cleaning of the pavement occurring, or just circumstance to that day. Overall, I was in and out quick without spending complete top dollar. Good place to stop on your way to your destination. But not going to be my go to gas station. read more

Eastern is one of the busiest streets on the southeast side of the valley. That being said you'd think the large & seemingly conveniently located Chevron on Eastern & Serene would be well maintained & in top condition co suffering the opportunity for revenue! Not the case. The pumps are all broke down, won't read your card, screens are foggy of broken all together. It's literally the closest station to our house, but I will not waste my time trying to use it again. I came by last night, 2 pumps I tried didn't work & after a long day just decided to call it a day. I came back this morning (still in need of gas) and tried 2 other pumps, neither of which worked. So if I could give this place negative stars for their car wash and then their management's customer service, I would. That car wash scratched my brand new windshield all over with deep scratches. They are very obviously scratches from brushes going in the same directions as the machines inside the car wash. I don't even want to think about what they do to people's paint. My car's paint is very old so I'm not even concerned if it got scratched at this point but like I said, the windshield is brand new and WAS crystal clear but now when the sun hits it I can see all these scratches. As far as the customer service, I called that same day and the employee told me that the manager, Scott Timmons is there Mon- Fri from 6am till around 2. The next Monday I called and spoke to him he was unbelievably rude and nasty. He told me that even if I showed him my car I couldn't prove anything and even if we looked at his cameras to see if any scratches were there before the wash that they are not responsible for anything that happens in the car wash. He said very nastily, "there are signs you can read that say what we are and are not responsible for." So pretty much he was talking to me like I'm just some some stupid female and he had no reason to care whatsoever. I'm sure there are signs but I do not believe people go to a car wash to get their cars all scratched up. I'm not saying all cars get scratched by the equipment but possibly there was something abrasive from the previous car that scratched mine but he was hearing none of it. That is not how a store manager should treat any customer and I obviously will never go there again, not to mention their gas prices are astronomically higher than Sams Club or Smith's. read more

This station is horrible. They refuse manufacturer coupons, but whatever that's not that big of a deal just annoying. Their fountain sodas were down and I wanted a fountain so I asked if I could get a free cup of ice with my purchase of a bottled soda that is 1.99 compared to the 99 cents I would have spent on a fountain. The manager said no we will charge you for the cup. I bought it and let them know they just lost my business which is pretty substantial. I usually buy my gas and cigarettes there. He said oh well very smugly and I walked out. I recommend going to the texaco across the street because this place doesn't value their customers at all! read more
