They have updated this location and it is much improved. Also, using the iOS app, I was able to simplify the process and save money.

Last year I gave them 5 stars, for the great service the attendant provided, didn't say anything…read moreabout slow pumping thinking it was a one time thing. This time , February 21 , 9 pm ,I had a bit more then a half full tank , about 306, on my Ford truck , but I decided to stop by same station , to support business and fill up full tank for a long 4 hour drive ahead north as it was getting very cold, super windy and very late. Same pump, same slow, new attendant. I went inside to let her know, she apologized and said it was because of a strong wind and other people pumping, there was one person but he left, and i thought it is going little faster than before, so I decided to wait...the station was convenient, next to freeway and usually fill up tank once a month, so i thought it is what it is now and went inside a car to make a call a let know my family that I'd be later then expected because of the slow pump., When i looked at the pump it was already 104.08$ , i came out and the diesel was pouring all over , i tried stopping and unhooking the thing, it would not let me, so i just pulled out the nozzle and lifted up overflowing diesel and put it back to pump. Of course I am very disappointed and frustrated, I had diesel all over the side of the truck, mirror, my clothes, shoes, hands , was charged all on my credit card, plus in need for car wash, dry clean, and shoe clean and probably car check as it the tank was overfull , i never had such a big amount of diesel in my tank before, i believe was about 580 something , usually the fullest number i get is 500 Next day I called the owner, whose attitude to me was as negligent as his care for the gas station ..He offered reimbursement for 2 gallons, which is 11$, he smirked about my clothing getting the diesel and said it was my responsibility to watch it. What can I say, I did watch it , but the pumping was super slow, outside is super cold, so i watched from the window. There was no sign that it can malfunction, never experienced that before... I don't think it is fair and not sure what to do about this.. The owner should be responsible for his pump and check his filters not to pump slow since last year or who knows how long it' s been going. HE IS RESPONSIBLE TO PUT A WARNING SIGN FOR CUSTOMERS THAT THE equipment IS MALFUNCTIONING! Oh yes , and the bathroom didn' t have soap in the dispenser , instead had brown gooey leaks around the soap pump, I got it on my fingers as i tried to push for soap, it look like rust mixed with old dried soap. Thanks Universe , the brown gooey yikjes didn't smell like feces. So 1 star instead of 2 . Thank you for reading and BEWARE!

I think one of the eployees needs to take a customer service and attitude course. This is my first…read morebad review I've written, but on this day, which is today, I am fed up with the resting "bleep" face and rude short answers I get from one person that I believe is the manager. I don't know if it is just me or if this is the norm. Anyways I'm done going there if she is there. This is unfortunate because I like the coffee and it is across the street from my laundry mat I like. All i did was ask for more half n half and I got attitude. Also the first time i shot it back and to her slight surprise she had to come up with a reason why the half n half was empty. Initially, she told me there was half n half in those little containers in front of me. Like I didn't know that already! I am not a picky customer but I want cold half n half and I don't like using a crap ton of those annoying little plastic containers. I wanted to put cream in my coffee and go. And for a coffee station that has a carafe machine for cream it should go without saying that when it is empty and a customer wants that particular type then you should oblige instead of acting rude and annoyed that, I the customer even asked. The reason i am complaining is because she is rude to me every single time and I have been nice and compliant and chop it up to her maybe being a miserable person or thinking she is at least miserable working there. Im done being a lamb to her. Next time I'm going to ask to speak with her manager and bring it to her attention that I am not a pushover and I don't like being treated that way. I also don't need or want special attention. I know customer service is hard and it sucks sometimes but if that is your job then do it!!!!!!!!!
