Seems like everyone decided to double park while pumping gas today. I had to wait for the car taking up to spaces to finish pumping. Not cool. This gas station is moderately sized but not well maintained. Graffiti all over the gas pumps. Overall needs some maintenance but accesible to many parts of Hayward. Lots of snack options. read more

WORST customer service EVER. My husband just took my four year old son in to use the bathroom and the cashier very loudly refused to let him use the bathroom because he didn't want anyone "pooping in HIS bathroom". Other customers overheard and said that wasn't right of him and he again repeated "i don't want anyone pooping in my bathroom". Then WTF are bathrooms for?. It was a FOUR year old child. Two things annoy me about this gas station: 1) the autofill clips have been removed from all of the pumps. Standing there holding the fuel pump feels like such a waste of time when I can be doing other things like wasting money on energy drinks inside of the convenience stores or cleaning the junk out of my messy car. 2) when traveling south on Mission (which I always am), you have to either make a left, or bust a U-turn on fletcher ln (maybe not a big deal but the light seems to take forever) Other than that, the prices are generally pretty decent compared to the other stations in the area, and the guy behind the counter in the AM seems to hate his job, lol. read more

This is my gas station. I come in here to get my gas, and to make a special concoction of hot cocoa, white mocha, and coffee mate hazel nut creamer. (it's for my daughter, who is 4.. not for me , I swear) I come here usually after a hang over (as I fill up most Sundays, right before work) The cashiers usually are either this Indian guy who alwys gives me dirty looks, and this gay guy that seems like he hates working there. I think its funny that he listens to another radio station behind the counter, as the 'chevron chosen' radio station plays in the store. It just creates this loud jumble of crappy kelly clarkson / john cougar mellancamp feedback. But eh - whatever. To each his own. -1 star for the shifty looks from the Indian guy. read more

Yesterday evening, March 4, 07. I went to this gas station. Normally I am pretty satisfied with service here. This time, It was a total night mare. I had a bad feeling as soon as the pump started to pump fuel. Not only did the pump vibrated, but it did not automatically stop when my tank was full. I had gasoline on me and portion of my car around the tank area. Their was almost an oil puddle, which was scary. I asked my younger sibling to call the clerk. He came out, and was not surprised to know that this happened, though he mentioned this was the first time this problem occurred. I got little help from the gas station. Their was a puddle of gas. I walked away with a dollar in my pocket from a paid out the clerk gave after talking to "higher authority" on the phone. Possibly a supervisor or the owner. It was not so much that I just spend a $ 3.00 over what I would have if the pump worked, but the fact that their was gas that exposed to the air, and if any type of flame was near it, this would've lead to many lives in danger. I normally don't make a big issue out of small things. but this is gasoline we are talking about people! After I left the gas station, the puddle of gas remained, as the clerk took no action. I will not go back to this gas station until I receive an e-mail from the cooperation confirming my request of this maintenance issue is looked at. read more

I went here for a car wash because they have the automatic car wash with no brushes so the paint does not get damaged or scratched. I brought in a brand new back prius less a month old. The worker used a big sweeper brush to prewash the car and scrubbed aggressively on the hood and other areas of the car. The car was tilting left and right with each aggressive brush stroke. They did not rinse or resoak the brush. The automatic car wash part was perfect. Then the worker dried the car using dirty towels. The worker also wiped extremely aggressively. He scratched the entire car. There are swirl marks in the paint. The black plastic trim is partiailly white. The hood of my car has yellow chemical marks etched in the paint. There are swirl marks all over the car and the windshield has an 8 inch scratch in it. I wanted to talk to the owner and get the insurance information but said he was unavailable and that they would not give me his contact information or the insurance information. I called my insurance company and have filed a claim. I recieved a quote from a few paint and body shops in the area and it will cost me $1800 to fix the paint or $4000 to repaint the car. The yellow chemical has damaged the clear coat of the car and they said the scratches were extemely deep and that they can only fix 75% of the damage. I think will sue them and take them to small claims court if they do not cooperate and get back to me. read more

Takes about 3-4x longer to pump gas here. No idea why. Maybe they want you to buy stuff? Or watch the TV on the pump?

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. How many pumps and for how long have they been down?!? Fix your damn pumps!!! I had to go inside to prepay. The only problem is the guy couldn't figure it out. He couldn't figure out how to add my Safeway bonus points. And he sure as hell didn't know how to process my transaction. I had to leave and go to a different gas station whose pumps actually work. I'm never coming back to this place again!!! read more

Come early so it's fast, it's expensive but better gas quality and conveniently located
