I paid $15 for a car wash and it was supposed to be the best car wash. They had nobody over near the bucket with the brush to clean the tires. Also, their car wash skipped the pre-soak so it basically just started the brushes and the brushes were moving on a dirty dry car Their pre-soap does not work this car wash definitely needs some maintenance. read more

This is a dishonest business Jerry rigging an old car wash that literally rolled across my dry car, without so much as getting the surface wet ahead of time. This caused micro abrasions quite noticeable. In speaking with the manager, the best they would do is wash the car again! Unfortunately my car required about $250 in buffing and restoration. They were not helpful, didn't speak much English, and just didn't care. Not who you want to do business with. Do not ever get gas here if you do get a receipt I went here yesterday and got $47 worth of gas and they charge me $200 when I called to let them know that there was a machine or merchant error I was told by the staff member that I should have gotten a receipt well when I pressed for a receipt to be printed there was no Paper in the machine so I was running late to an appointment didn't have time most of us don't get receipt but when you have a complaint of $200 coming off your card of gas that's insane and for him to be rude about the situation not even try to come up with a solution that's a problem for me so I will not ever spend my money with this establishment again read more

Got a basic car wash here &Car STILL dirty. There was some unknown spill looking spots which the wash did not even clean in the tiniest bit. My wash didn't come with a dry, but it did have a rinse & there was still soap on the door handles when I got home 20 minutes later . think it may have also scratched the car some but not entirely sure. Prices are decent and you can pay inside or at the machine (with card only). Wouldn't come here again honestly, hope someone has better luck here read more

Beware leaky pump! Last night coming from union city on Mission Blvd headin back towards Cal State, I pulled into nearest pump (my tank on the driver side) After I paid for gas w/credit card outside (slow process too) Gas pump seal was kinda broken & it dripped gas all on my hand & onto the ground. Frustratingly pumped 6 gallons & there was a gas puddle underneath. Wasted money! Lucky paper towels stocked in the window squeegees, but how long has that been like that? They should close off that pump or at least fix it read more

DON'T GET A CAR WASH! The gas might be fine, I don't know... but the car wash was absolutely ridiculous. I found this place on Yelp and I drove down Mission because I wanted to get my car washed on the outside, the inside was fine. I pulled up to the car wash and what do I see? Two men -- one with a garden hose and the other a dirty squeegee in a mop bucket next to the car wash scrubbing down a car BEFORE it got into the car wash. Turns out this is their "special service." Why do they give this service? Because the car wash doesn't wash your car at all!!!! Like seriously not one bit, it was such a huge joke. I even went inside and the guy told me it's only meant to rinse off the car, not wash anything off... so according to the attendant it's an 8 dollar car rinse with unless you want two gas station employees scrubbing your car down with a dirty sponge. To top it off I asked if could hose the bird poop off my car and wipe it with their clean towels they use to dry the car after it comes out of the wash (because the dryer only goes for like 30 second and stops half way through) and they said yes... went to use the "clean towels" and they were filthy. I have no idea what is going on at this car wash, but... wow, just crazy. read more

I don't like this place because half the pumps don't work, also when I swipe my Safeway card for the discount deal, it just eats my points and doesn't give me a discount. The automatic touchless was carwash was one of the few around that didn't have all the spinning brushes which was great. No spinning brushes that put scratches on your paint, just high pressure water. Now they ruined it by turning it into a hand carwash were the guys start scrubbing with soapy mits and don't rinse the dirt of the car first meaning that they are grinding the dirt in as they scrub the car. All I want is a high pressure wash like it was. Now I'm back on a hunt for a true touchless carwash in this area. Yes I am a pain concerning car cleanliness and don't want anything or anybody rubbing on my paint. read more

Worst ever. I made the bad decision today stop here for a full tank of gas and a hand car wash. Paid $.10 per gallon to do so. Paid $16.99 for a silver wash that the nice guy working the wash couldn't figure out. Basicly went through the wash machine. And he dried it... I said that's it?! He said "oh you get wheel cleaning too" And I said and the interior? "Oh no that's another $5. Fine. So I gave him another five $21.99 total for a lack luster wash by a nice guy. Stepped insider during this for a breakfast sandwich (it was 930am) bought it and walked out. Sat down took a bite and the thing had to have been more than 2 weeks old. Walked back in and asked for only a refund of the sandwich(I bought some waters and a red bull) he said he couldn't because I used my credit card. He wen to the freezer to get me another and comes back with a spicy Italian sandwich. Larger than the breakfast sandwich but again... it's 930 am. He says "here it's ok" No. No it's not. It's morning I wanted a breakfast sandwich not a huge lunch burger. Just give me a buck back if it's that tough. He then went back to the freezer got 5 minutes and found the right frozen sandwich for me to microwave. This place just sucks. The car washes aren't detailed as to what you're getting and for what price. Their food is old and the guy running the station genius. (That was sarcasm). read more

The men servicing te station have it closed at 10:45 in the morning and have you wait til 11 so they can hand dry their own cars after they go through the car wash. MY CAR SMELLED LIKE AN OLD WET MOP!! Bought the Gold Package $17.99 asked if they would be cleaning the inside of my windows (in the past sometimes they do, sometimes they don't) and he said yes then I could tell he was thinking about it and then said well actually if you get this package which was like $5 more then they will clean them. OK I'm puzzled, you just said yes now you're changing it. He was clearly just trying to make a few extra bucks off of me. This establishment is never consistent but what do you expect for a gas station car wash. My 1 star review is due to the fact that they left my car smelling like a dirty old wet mop. The wash cloth they used was nasty and my car stunk for hours. I had to get it rehashed PROPERLY the next morning. I will NEVER go here again even if it is cheap. read more

Now I didn't come here for the gas but for the Super Cheap Car Wash for $6.99 without needing to buy gas. I gave it shot and it was alright. Definitely not for your super hard gunk and grime, but if you need a quick clean from mild dirt that's gathered this isn't too bad for its price( they also have a punch card so your 6th one is free... Even cheaper over time). But what gave made me give the 5 stars was the gentlemen behind the counter. He was kind and courteous.... He also came out to my car to give me a micro fiber towel to help dry out my car a bit better. He let me keep it so I can use the next time around. Never use their car wash it definitely will damage your rims and take a nip out of your tires. Friday night around 9pm I was a victim of damages rims on my Audi all four rims has been deeply scratches and nip out the tire. There's a metal bar on the ground near your tires that should have some kind of rubber or protection on it that prevents scratches not sure if a previous car taken it off but needs attention ASAP. Something told me to get out the car and look at the job the car wash did then I notice my tire stem cap missing look closer noticed very big noticeable deep scratches and piece of tire missing so I went inside to speak with someone. I walked inside trying to explain to the cashier but he was rude and replied it wasn't his fault so I asked for the manager and stated he was available he was on a vacation and there wasn't anyone I can speak with. So I called my insurance hopeful I wont have to come out of the pocket for something I spent money on just to get damage and almost forgot tire sensor light continue to come on.
