This is a great place to stop between Sacramento and the bay area. Good fuel prices. .10 cents more for credit which is standard and prices seem very fair. You could buy the cheapest gas and then spend extra on a little bottle of Techron but what would be the point of that? Receipt didn't print at the pump. Shows carelessness. I get this a lot at budget stations but Chevrons usually not. Maintaining pumps should be a priority and cashiers should take a hint if people keep coming in for receipts. There was a little line in the store to get my receipt. The store was large and filled with all sorts of goodies. I hear gas stations do this on purpose to get you to walk in the door as the make more profit off hot dogs and ice bags that fuel. read more

We stopped at this location for gas and noticed they were selling POP MART Lububu blind boxes. I picked one up for my co-worker's daughter, but when she opened it, we discovered the figure inside was a counterfeit -- it has 10 teeth instead of 9, which is a known sign of a fake. The box looked authentic at first glance, but upon opening, we noticed it had clearly been reglued, indicating it had been tampered with or resealed after the original figure was swapped out. Her daughter was so excited to receive her first Lububu, and she's now very disappointed. Do not trust what this vendor sells. I will be disputing the charge. read more

The bathroom has been "updated" since previous reviews, but it has a weird seat that doesn't quite fit, and there is no mirror nor handle on the door. Strange. Anywho, the folks in the front are STILL rude. Yelled at me to "INSERT YOUR CARD" like secs after they scanned my bag of sunflower seeds, but I only stopped for gas really quickly and unfortunately drank too many bottles of water so the restroom was needed. On my way home, stopped to get milk. $4.99/gal. A-OK but not much else. Fuel does seem to cost a bit more out here in...Dixon? The city limit line must be very close because I always figured this to be Davis. It's just off 80 using the Pedrick exit. I love me some Techron!! Prices: Best prices for a commuter...for a Chevron... AM Fill-ups: Nothing out of the norm, not too crazy at all... PM Fill-ups: They do have those weird windshield fixer guys roaming around, I just ignore them, as politely as one can do so. Also, more traffic because of the fruit stand/business which is in the same parking lot. Receipts: Its a hit or miss, some pumps must run out of the receipt tape faster than others. One of the pumps, the keypad doesn't work well, so that one is a for sure No on that pump. Snacks: Plethora of snackage at this spot. They even have a Subway inside, however I'm not sure if they keep their standards on par to a regular Subway... Customer Service: I don't think this exists at gas stations :( As good as a gas station can get... read more

Chevron likes to be known for their well lit pumps, convenience store and their clean bathrooms. I would take away the chevron name from this location! Today there was only one functioning bathroom and a line almost TO THE DOOR of people waiting. Once I got inside the men's room had no seat covers, no paper towels and the lock wasn't aligned properly. Definitely not the experience Chevron is striving for. Yuck!!! Also while waiting in line I noticed the selection of knick-knacks were gun loving, political and inappropriate on so many levels. I'll be taking my gas-filling-bladder-emptying stops elsewhere. Avoid this dump. As you try to fuel your vehicle someone will approach you and try to sell you windshield chip repair or car care products. Telling these guys "No, thank you" won't help. They will not buzz off until another new victim pulls in for gas. I travel HWY 113 and I-80 fairly often and quit stopping here years ago because of these jerks. I forgot to gas up in Davis last week and stopped here again, against my better judgement. Yep, same old sales pitch for car polish. Worst Chevron station ever. Low prices for Chevron gas however you need to pay cash to get the cheaper price. Store clerk is shady because coming back for change after pumping my gas he tries to short me 25 cents and I catch it right away. He pretends like it's an honest mistake but I highly doubt it, I'm from NYC and I've been around the block many times. I always know to count my change when dealing with certain types of people! Imagine if he gets over on 500 people a day for 25 cents, that's an extra $125 he's pocketing tax free! I can't prove it but I can smell a crook from a mile away! It's you're regular gas station that's pretty much in the middle of no where. There isn't anyone swarming me & my car trying to wash my windows or sell anything. I have yet to browse inside the food mart yet. If you're almost on empty then this is the place to stop & fill up. The 76 down the road has the same gas prices as this Chevron so take your pick. read more

If I could put 0 stars I would have, I purchased subway sandwiches and the ladies were super rude, super bad customer service, they didn't make or my sisters feel welcomed at all. We couldn't even purchase our sandwiches at subway we had to go to the chevron register which was weird. The chevron workers tried to over charge me $15!!! Worst Customer Service and Disrespect EVER. Two weeks ago, i stop in to put a few dollars in the tank on my way to the bay area. This guy runs my card 3 times and charges me for the gas, but tells me that my card has been declined. I'm on the phone with my bank and they are telling me on speaker-phone in front of the many customers in line and the cashier that I am at a chevron in Dixon, Ca and your card is pending charges. This guy starts yelling at the tip top of his voice about he doesn't want to talk to the bank, my card was declined and he needs to help the other customers, because I am holding them up. I told the guy in a smooth and calm tone, to "stop raising your voice at me sir and who do you think you are speaking to me like this? I am a customer just like them and you need to rectify this foul up bloops bleeps and blunder you committed immediately, they'll have to wait." So this whole entire time he is blatantly being disrespectful, my banking representative is listening, hearing and apologizing for the cashiers UN-professional tone and attitude towards me. An American born citizen spending my hard earned American Currency. I walked out before I had to teach him some manners the ole fashion way. My banking rep. reversed the charges and I went to the 76 across the highway. If this is the type of service offered I DON"T NEED IT. I was really surprised that they would do this, but the price advertised on the signs (which convinced me to pull in) were lower than the price that showed on the pump. I realized this after I finished filling up, but won't go back again now. Don't buy your gas here! I recently attempted to fill my car with REGULAR. Shortly after the gas started flowing, I noticed the SUPREME light was lit on the pump. When I informed the clerk of the malfunction, he did not deny that I pressed the button for regular, but proceeded to claim the position of my car was sensed by the pump--causing it to switch to supreme! (My car was parked properly.) I asked him to clarify, and he repeated this nonsense! When I told him I would contact the BBB he replied, "Go ahead! We already know about the problem!". What? A moment earlier he claimed the position of my car was at fault! To call this guy shady is an understatement! How many other people have been victimized in this way? How do you spell S-C-A-M? Had manufacturer .75 coupon off of David's Sunflower seeds and when I gave them to Sabdjeet he didn't take off the discount. I asked if he took them off and he said yes! I checked my receipt and he hadn't so I called him out on the $2.25 he owed me (there were three bags and three coupons). He tried to give me .62 cents back, and I told him that wasn't the value of the manufacturers coupons- money that David's Sunflower Seeds gives back to him! He gave me the money but then followed me out to my car and accused me of stealing from him!! I will NEVER go back- I don't recommend that ANYONE go here without checking their receipts before leaving because it seems that this place is double dipping by not applying manufacturer coupons and then (speculation here) probably sending them in to get reimbursed ... The wife and I were on route to 6 flags with the grandkids. Will pulled in for snacks and drinks and the restroom. My wife went in first and I stayed out with the sleeping kids. Since we were not buying gas he said they did not have any bathrooms. I know this is a lie because it was our normal pit stop. Poor customer service.. Wouldn't repeat ever again.. I bought $200 diesel. Went in for for a soft drink, some chips, a gallon of milk, cup of coffee and a subway sandwich..upon paying the clerk didn't put my things in a bag.. I had to ask him for a bag. He was then going to give me a small paper bag just for my soda bottle. He was going to leave out my other stuff. I asked him that I needed a bigger bag for my other items. Then he did give me a bigger bag, but he kind of threw my items in the bag.then started going off in a different language that he speaks, I didn't understand what he was speaking.
